Milo looked at Alice and smiled. He remained on the swing and looked at Ashley. "Wet is ..more fun" he laughed.

Milo turned and looked at her smiling. "Don't be mean"

She giggled and shook her head.
"Ha!You don't know me very well."

Milo smiled and felt his hair soaked from the rain.

She looked over at Milo and snapped out of her stare. She had liked Milo ever since they had met, but having the little courage she did, she never did anything about it.

Alice sighed and looked around at her friends. "So... now what?" She was not an outdoorsy girl, she would admit it. She would much rather be inside, where it was warm, and playing on her laptop or one of her video game systems. Not standing in the rain like an idiot.

Her eyes grew wide before she ran to the nearby rusty garbage can and ralfed in it.
"I don't know."
She said before sitting on the swing again.

Milo stared at the ground quietly and listened to his friends moving around in the rain. "We could always go out somewhere" he suggested.

"We should go see....a movie."
She yawned while she spoke and stood up. She gasped and sat back down.

"Whats the matter?" Milo asked looking up at her.

"My back hurts really bad."
She said grimacing.

"Bummer but why does it hurt?" Milo asked.

She shrugged and stood up.
"I don't know, but I think I should go home."

"I will walk you home" Milo said standing up next to her.

She shook her head and smiled.
"No, you stay here and hang with these freaks. I'll be fine."
She started walking on the sidewalk.

"You sure?" he asked.

She laughed and just walked home. She curled up on her couch, not quite falling asleep.

Milo watched her silently.

She sighed and eventually fell asleep.

Milo looked at the other two said bye and went home. He went into his room and looked out his window.

Her eyes grew wide and she walked to the pond behind her house. She chucked a massive rock through the ice and jumped through, the jagged ice splitting open the flesh on her waist. She opened her eyes to a sheet of ice before they slowly closed. Perfect. She lost consciousness, and nobody would find her by morning, she would have success.

Xavier decide to call Katie in case she had gotten sick. She didn't answer. He called again. No answer. He tried again.

Milo decided to go check on her. The wind whipped his hair around. He went to where she always was, the pond behind her house. He walked over slowly until he saw someone in the water under the ice. He bolted towards her and dove into the water where she had fallen in. She was unconcious. He pulled her to the side of the river carefully and realized she was bleeding. He picked her up in his arms and he attempted to run to her house back door. His hand were full so he knocked on the door with his head as hard as he could.
