Hmmm...well I have a few phobias.
I have a fear of clowns...but thats pretty normalll....
One big thing though that terrifys me that alot of people make fun of me for and they do it to make me cringe----
I cant stand popping knuckles, it scares the beejebus out of me and makes me wince because the sound makes me twitch.

I get pretty freaked out about deep water.
Hence, I don't swim very much.
Also, I really don't like most types of bugs.
Creepy crawly critters, in my opinion.
Oh, and heights.
I can deal with roller coasters, but it always makes my stomach flip.
And every time I go up hill, I get all nervous. XD

I have two fears:
The first is a serious phobia of roller coasters. I can't ride them because I am afraid I will die. Before you laugh or snicker, understand that I have tried my hardest and done my best to understand everything about roller coasters. I know how they work, how they are built, and why they are built the way they are but still, whenever I get on one be it slow or fast, I come off crying my eyes out and shaking uncontrollably for hours on end. I have had to leave parks entirely because of this result. What pisses me off about it is that I have a complete understanding of them and I have no reason what so ever to be afraid of them.
My second is a bit more primal, I think. I have a debilitating fear of pitch black rooms. I mean the kind of dark where you can't even see your hand in front of your face. I can go in to a room that dark if a door is open and there is some kind of light working it's way in but the second that door closes and I am all alone, I find a corner and stay in it and cry. I won't move from that spot til someone comes in and turns on the light. What I find even more strfange is that I sleep in darkness. I have black-out curtains all over my windows.

I've got some weird fears.
The first is, I believe, a phobia. I'm insanely afraid of decaying corpses. I watch Law and Order all the time, but I've come to realize I cannot watch it when I'm alone. Should something come up, and I can usually tell when it will, I have to hide my face from the screen till my brother tells me it's gone. When I was in the sixth grade, before I had identified my fear, we took a field trip to an Egyptian museum and had to sit in front of an unwrapped mummy in a glass case while the person told us about it. I was so scared I almost started crying but held it in till I got home and started having nightmares. Learning about Pompeii was hard too.
Other than that, I'm afraid of washing dishes, bees/wasps(I am slightly allergic), getting shots, eating/drinking something someone else has already tried, driving, people in general, and a few others. All of these are to a far lesser extent than the first, I've never had a nightmare where I had to wash dishes or anything.
...At least I've never been afraid of spiders or dogs.

Oh my goodness, soooo many things make my skin crawl!! Lemme start the list:
-Spiders, well, really any bugs except for moths, and butterflies
-Nails on a chalkboard, or well, anything that makes that kind of sound
-When a bone rubs up against another bone, or someone mentions it
-When my nails rub up on a painted wall
-Touching cheap velvet
-Anything Medical related, like needles, surgery, when someone gets hurt, and so on. And this in particular is really bad because I'm in school right now learning how to become a pharmacy technician, and I have to learn about all of this kind of stuff xD

Reading some of the other posts make my skin crawl. Dunno why I'm scared of the dentist. Wasn't when I was little then went without my parents one time. Headstart had taken me. I came back and have never been able to be all that good with dentists ever again. Similar story with spiders. I used to chase my little brother with granddaddy long legs when I was younger. Now it bothers me to no end to see spiders, particularly large ones even when I know they can't get to me.

I'm afraid of the dark, clowns, and needles.
Dark: I ALWAYS slept in my mother's bed even when I had a room of my own. It was not until I was nine and moved with my dad and stepmother did I have to sleep by myself. I had to leave music on or have the television on a timer before I could fall asleep. I can sleep OK if there is another person sleeping in the room otherwise I have a night light. (I am eighteen years old...)
Clowns: When I was four I had the unfortunate luck of watching Steven King's "IT". I could not go to the bathroom on my own for days after that. To this day whenever I see a clown I immediately turn and walk right back or just make a run for it and cross the opposite street.
Needles: I hate the feeling of anything sharp piercing my skin. Much less something sharp that draws my blood out by the pint. @3@

Large crowds...I feel like I am pin upped and I almost cant breath, it makes my skin so crawly. I am quiet fine with being out on the city crowded side walks, but when I am in a building shoulder to shoulder, I start to have a panic attack. If something bad was to happen such as a fire, you have people trampled to death trying to navigate to one single door.

being the center of attention, i'd rather be wallpaper
i'm not scared of plants but i dont like to be in close proximity because i associate them with bugs and i hate walking in some types of grass because of the feeling under my feet, strangely flowers don't bother me though

claustrophobic - fear of enclosed small places. Sometimes when im in little spaces i feel like its gonna close in on my and suffocate i also feel i wont be able 2 get out and ill be stuck there forever.
Deep Water - sometimes when i go to the beach i try not go 2 the really really deep end as in more than twice the size of ur body big im afraid theres something down under there like a shark or a giant squid waiting looking at me waiting for the moment 2 grab me and drag me under
heights - i know most people are afraid of this but when im in a really high place i just feel like the winds gonna carry me out and drag in into the open air and ill fall 2 my death DX

Bees. Wasps.
I can't say they make my skin crawl, exactly. but I screech like mad or run for my life. Which is what I'm actually thinking about - my life. I've never been stung by a bee or wasp before.. what if I'm allergic!? ARGH!
Moths make my skin crawl. They're furry and.. yeah. Insects that are furry, basically. Butterflies also make my skin crawl, especially ones with intricate patterns. Fascinating creatures, but I still don't like looking at them. I had a huge picture book of animals and insects when I was a kid, and it had a whole double-paged section on butterflies and I'd always skip it.
Hrmph.

All bugs freak me out but I can handle them most of them irl. The ones I really can't stand are huge roaches and SPIDERS. I hate hate hate spiders so much.
I kill them as soon as I see them. Sometimes I feel bad that I can't handle them because my whole family doesn't believe in killing things even bugs. I really don't like to do it either but they freak me out too much more.

I am absolutely terrified of veins |: Ahaha, I know it sounds silly, but when it comes to blood tests & the likes I just cry ~ I'm alright with actual injections in my arms & stuff though...I don't even know why I'm so terrified? It's not the thought that they might take too much blood or whatever, it just freaks me out to no end. Even thinking about it. Ick.
Thunderstorms ~ I have no idea, I just am. I'm a huge wimp.
Other than that I think it's all good, apart from falling over (I have to laugh otherwise I'll cry) & being chased by a badger. Completely understandable. Although they're not phobias as such, they're just outright ridiculous.

I have no phobias, atleast that I know of, well maybe heights, I know I react really extreme if I look down from a really high place. But I don't really expose myself to heights, so I can't really say how I might react.
As of fears, it's definently a centipede. I really hate typing their name out, it just so creepy to me. And since I live in California, there's a never ending supply of them. I don't like bugs that have more than eight legs. Too many, I will flip out.
But the thing is, if I see one, I will kill it. I don't run off freaking out, even though I am freaking out as I try to obliterate it.
I always find it strange of how many people fear spiders, I don't know, I find them cute to be honest, and plus they can be easily killed. Centipedes? No. You have to like repeatly smash it over and over.
By the way, these lovely bugs arent tiny. 3-7 feet in length. It makes me cry a lot.
NOW IM ALL PARANOID IF ONE IS IN MY HOUSE.

Spider, but only if they are crawling on me. I used to hate them completely when I was younger, but now I find them fascinating. As long as they keep off of me, and out of my shower we can be friends ( I think).
When they are actually on me I freak out. Even thinking about it gives me goose-bumps, bleck.

I used to be completely disturbed by glitter. I am getting better at it but I still have to wash my hands immediately if I have to come into contact with it. It's like a disease, it gets on you and when you touch things it spreads.
KaciCake: I know how you feel. I used to have gender identity issues when I was in elementary school. I chopped off my hair and dressed in boy clothes. When I started developing breasts I would cry and fantisize about cutting them off.

I'm terrified that someone will ask me what my fears and phobias are. Then they'll sneak into my home and use those fears against me after they looked at my anxieties on an internet forum.

I'm very afraid of needles. Because I am often sick, I frequently get blood tests done. It is torture for 5 minutes... I hate it when people try to talk to me while it's getting done because I'm always looking at the ceiling and trying to clear my mind of all thought so I don't freak out. It's creepy when I see the blood in the syringe after they're done...

I'm always afraid that they're going to stick the needle in too far and it'll go right through my vein and I'll die from internal bleeding. :/

Lot of spider fears here, haha. Kind of expected that. =p
I myself have a fear of suicide. I guess the best way to describe it would be seeing someone commit the act, in real life or in a movie. The thought of suicide is too much for me sometimes as well. If I think too hard about it or see a scene in a movie featuring it(even if you dont SEE the person do it) it freaks me out.
Possible Spoiler:
An example of this would be during the movie The Royal Tenenbaums. There's a scene where someone, I won't say who, attempts suicide and all you really see is the blood run down the sink and it's all... ><
Anywhoo, long story short I just about blacked out.
So yeah, that's my fear. =/
