I HAD kitten up until a few months back. She died of poisoning and I still don't know which bastard neighbour did it. No one will admit to it. I'm so gutted. She was just under a year old!

Mau: Yeah it really broke my heart. She was a special kitten to me. The only one I have ever had that loved me even more than I loved her, and that's saying something. She was rather fond of other people so I get the feeling someone coaxed her and poisoned her. Would you like to see a pic of her? Her name was ashes because she had a smudge on her nose when she was a kitten and it looked like someone had put her face out in an ash tray lol.

I'm totally against animal abuse too. Sick people get sick thrill out of it and I get a thrill out of kicking the losers arses. How dare they think themselves the judge of who lives and who dies in the animal world? Pigs!

Not long before she died RIP!

You only spend $70 a paycheck on groceries.

We buy food for us. Diapers, wipes, baby food, extra formula because WIC doesn't supply enough. Also things we need for the house like dish washing detergent, Dreft (which is crazy expensive) and other cleaning stuff. Plus, he has to pay child support for his first kid, and gas for him to get to and from work (and our trip to your and my parents city killed us), plus bills. So.. money goes quick.

Yikes! See why I'd rather the cat? Less money less stress!

It sucks not ever having money, but being a parent has it's own advantages. Like, watching her reach new milestones and see how much she's changing and growing every day. It's rewarding in itself. :3

I can understand that entirely. I really want kids myself but I would really like to be finacially stable (or rich) before I do so I can enjoy every minute with my kids and never deny them anything.

but i had to give him back to the shelter once he started spraying.
