Manga are a bit too expensive in my opinion, but hey, people need to make money. I always feel bad when I buy them, but man, they look nice sitting in a set on my bookshelf. The last time I actually bought one was 2 years ago. I bought the whole set of Wolf's Rain (Collectors Edition) and I bought all the Fruit's Basket that were made up until that point.

I'm more into manga than anime and I though I've read some series online I still plan to buy the manga. I buy them about once per week.. I'm currently reading "Loveless."

I buy way to much to be honest.
Suzaku was the last Anime I bought which was only two weeks ago
Late Manga I got was back in August while in Tokyo. I can't really read it but, it was only 400 yen (about $4 each)
Black Bird is the title. Love it and got in all in Japanese. I am going to buy it in english once I see that it is out over here.

I haven't bought any manga for myself in a long time. Though I like to take advantage of store coupons when I can. But I do prefer to order from Right Stuf. Even though I have to pay extra for state sales tax it's still worth it.
Anime I usually wait for Christmas and my birthday in December to roll around and ask for things as gifts. Their usually too pricey or to hard to get myself.

I'll buy manga when I can. I used to buy them more frequently, but I have to be careful about my bank account ^^;;; as for anime dvd series...I don't buy those as often...I might try and get the Rurouni Kenshin series...and very possibly the One Piece series...though that may not happen because I don't want to give 4Kids money >_> but yeah...I can watch the animes online just as easily, so I don't see the point in spending a lot of money on anime dvds...I don't go buying the anime dvds very often because they're a lot of money...and that's money I don't have ^^;;;;

When I was working more it was my weekly fix! =p I would buy manga/anime on a rotating weekly schedule as it were. 10-15 mangas one week (typically weekends) then a series box set or couple movies the following week. That cycle carried on for a good 2-3 years.

I buy my manga typically when I'm near a Barnes and Noble. I usually go there every few months. Once I get there I usually just buy 1 or 2. As for anime I don't buy the series, but I do buy the movies.

I like owning my own dvd's of the series and movies I like the most so I can watch them whenever I want. Especially when they're series that are no longer on tv or not show at all. I don't particauarly like watching anime online. It takes way to long for it to buffer and the loading break kind of makes the whole anime watching experience less worth while. Plus at home I have a dial-up connection and so it takes extra super long to load. and then there's the fact the speakers broke so that idea is complety out anyway.
But my brother found a cool free downloadable anime website. When he came home last he had episodes of some things that weren't released in english. Come to think of it he well be coming home for Thanksgiving so I should bug him to get him to download more stuff. Don't remember the exact name of the site he used otherwise I would share it.

I actually haven't bought any manga for a while because I've been doing the bad/smart thing by reading it for free online. The last manga I bought was a volume of Ouran High School Host Club, and I bought the entire dvd set of Ouran off of E-Bay for really cheap. I'm so excited and happy!

Not that often do I buy manga or anime.
It's just not in my college budget.
The libraries near me have nice selections of manga.
Most of them I've read already though.
Or I just go on onemanga.com and read them there.

Not lately because most of my money goes to video games D:
I think the last manga I bought was called The Dreaming, or it was Hollow Fields. I love both of those manga, they have such good storylines <3

I go through series at a time, so whenever the newest book comes out.
At the moment, I'm stalking Banri Hidaka so I just bought four of her books last week. Usually I just get when I see something interesting. I buy about a book every week so really, just randomly...

Wow, I do wonder! I don't buy anime that often, I usually see them before they get licensed, but I usually buy around 4 manga each month, depending on income and if any of my regular titles are out!

I don't buy anime at all. I barely even watch anime, I can't sit still long enough to really enjoy it. As for manga-- I used to buy a ton. I think I have over 100 volumes by now? But ever since discovering online sites like OneManga and MangaFox I don't buy manga unless I have special loyalty to the series or publisher. Most of the manga I like doesn't get released stateside anyway, or someone like Tokyopop or Viz picks it up, and they don't meet my standards as far as translation goes.

I buy anime DVD often. I go to the anime store where I usually go to and ask for the latest anime. Of course, Im very picky in choosing an anime. It must have a good animation, good quality of sounds, good drawings and effects. I read of course its synopsis and it must be concise and can catch my attention^_^
