Asher gets up slowly. He slips out of his room and checks on the orphans. He grunts when he notices one of the more rowdy ones missing. "And on the day we're getting more, no less. Did I expect Gabriel to be better?" The orphanage is normally open to people with Elementals, which are humans with special powers. Of course, he's the only one aware of this. But the new ones are...different. He's not sure what they are.

Momo was grumbling, irritated. He hated being captured. He'd fled from every orphanage he'd been thrown into, but he was always recaptured.

This time, however, it was not his fault. He glared at his 'companion,' sitting next to him.

Razz felt really bad, and he flinched a way a bit at Momo's glare. He'd met Momo a few days ago, and they'd been traveling together. He had accidentally alerted the authorities to their hiding place, and they'd been captured...

Asher perks up when he hears one of the girls call for him. He heads for the door way. "Yes, Claudia?" Claudia is a very small, mousy girl, but nice. "The car is coming," she murmurs. Asher nods and heads out the doors. "Find Gabriel," he calls over his shoulder.

Razz played with his sleeves, hesitantly glancing at Momo.

"Do you think it will be a nice place?" he offered meekly, fearing the younger boy's temper.

Momo grumbled. "Don't talk to me. For now, and for a while. Or I'll hit you."

His experiences with orphanages were never pleasant...

Asher perks up as the car pulls into the driveway. He watches the people in the car carefully. As he walks over to the car he hears people calling for Gabriel. He nods to himself.

Gabriel 'Visllu' Keirce was just hovering in the trees when he heard people calling for him. "For fuck's sake, I'm still alive. Damn tight wad," he mutters to himself, meaning Asher. Everyone knew Asher was controlling.

Momo stayed in the car, arms folded across his chest moodily. He wasn't in the mood for anything, at all.

Razz peered out the window, half-timidly and half-curiously. It seemed Razz was the nicer of the two, for sure.

Asher walks over to the door and opens it slowly. "Welcome to Kerlev," he says cordially. He steps back to let them step out as Uriel, one of the younger boys yells, "Gabriel's still missing, Ash! We don't know where to look." Asher sighs. "That boy...is going to kill me." He just shakes his head.

Gabriel sighs when he hears Uriel say that they can't find him. He leans back against a tree, calmly.

Razz steps out slowly, but willingly. He seems to be afraid of getting scolded for disobeying.

Momo doesn't budge. He sits there, a venomous look on his face, like he'd rather be gulping down poison.

Asher looks at Momo. "You can come out. I'm not going to hurt you." His voice is calm and nice. He then glances at Razz. "What's your name?"

"R-Rasputin. But you can call me Razz," Razz replies, feeling a bit calmer once he registered the calm tone to the man's voice.

Momo's responding glare could have melted through steel. He continued to sit there. "Let me go. I'm much better off on my own."

Asher nods at Razz. "I'm Asher, but you can call me Ash." He then looks at Momo. "I'll leave you alone, once you're out of the car, so the driver can at least leave." He doesn't seem daunted by the glare, in fact it seems to amuse him.

Momo's glare only deepens. "That is not what I meant," he replies hollowly, wanting to find some way to escape.

Razz nods, cooperative. He seems a little afraid for Momo, though, because he's being so resistant.

Asher stares. "Then get out of the car." As he says that a small girl runs over and tugs on his sleeve. "Gabe and Uri are fighting again." Asher chews his lip, glancing between her and Momo.
