It was the end of summer, and the beginning of Emilia's first year of college. She was going to be housing with a few other people, she hadn't met any of them before. Her mother drove her to the house, pulling up outside when they reached the address. "Wow, it's pretty big," Emilia said, looking up at the house. Unlocking her door, Emilia stepped out onto the curb, still looking up at the house. She wasn't sure if any of her new roommates were here yet, but she supposed she would find out soon.
Unhitching the back of her mothers car, she unloaded her things onto her new porch. Emilia walked back to her mothers car, and knelt down to the window. "I'll call you tonight, I promise." She said, giving a smile to her worried mother. Her mother drove away, and Emilia walked back onto the porch and opened the front door slowly.

Alice pulled to the side of the road, she had no idea where she was going. She had directions, but she wasn't very good at reading them. "I'm going to guess I have to go left here," She said, completely unsure. She pulled back away from the curb and continued on her random path. Eventually she reached a street that matched the address on her paper. Driving slowly down the street, Alice looked side to side, watching for the number to show up. She seen the number and pulled her car into the drive way. There was a young brown haired girl on the front porch, opening the front door. Alice didn't feel like loading everything into the house at the moment, so she simply grabbed her purse and made her way to the front door.

Jinyao Vincent sighed softly as he waited for the doors to open so he could finally get off this stuffy plane. He had just flown a days worth of air travel from Europe, Britain to be exact. He was he in the United States on an art major international student special thing. He still did not get why he got this special chance to be in the US but right now, he didn’t care, he wanted out of this plane. “Oh bloody hell, come on!” he yelled semi loudly as the flight attendants finally opened the door and people started to move out of the plane.

He arrived at the port, finally going t the food court and eating some actual food. He received several lovie-eyes stares from girls and one or two guys. Laughing softly, he knew it had something to do with his look, they spiked up blond/black hair and his whole outfit. He remembered high school way back when; sure, he was a loner more but many girls tried to ask him out, though he never would say yes, they just were not his type.

Walking down to the first floor of this huge airport, he wandered over to the luggage area and soon grabbed his. He looked for a cab and then finally he was on his way to the new house he would be staying. He told the cab to stop when he say the house from the picture. He looked at the address and smiled. “Wonderful.” Paying the fees, he grabbed his luggage and walked up to the sidewalk. He looked around and did not see any boxes, meaning he arrived here before his own things did. “Here we go.” He walked up slowly to the front porch, seeing two girls already there he put on a smiled and waved slightly. “Good day ladies.” His accent heavy, his voice fluid as he walked up to the pouch and put down his luggage for a second.



Karaline was mentally trying to kill herself. Her parents dragged her, her brothers and sister on a family road trip to drop Kara off at her new home. “Please kill me now, please.” She whispered softly as he head lay on the glass window. She closed her eyes, hoping the day; the trip would go by faster, luckily for her she did not sleep all night. Once her eyes were closed, everything went back. Dreams started up in her head, nightmares bleed into each other as she could hear screaming and yelling in the background. She could see these things, things she has not dreamt about for years now. She whimper in her sleep and curled up in the car.

She woke up suddenly to some one shaking her body. “Wake up wake up! There’s a cute guy at you new house’s porch!” Kara’s sister woke her up just in time, right before the kill. Kara sighed and nodded, but in the end, she just grabbed her backpack and walked up to the house. She waved good-bye and then walked up. She looked at the group that showed for right now. She waved and then walked to the door. “I’m sorry, I must go up to my room, I feel rather horrid and a family trip took everything I have right out of me. I’ll be in my room if anyone should need me, I’m Karaline by the way.” She smiled softly and then nodded, heading into the house and up to her room. she closed the door behind her and just fell onto the bed, closing her eyes.

As Emilia opened the door another girl pulled up into the drive way. She was tall, thin, and blonde. She looked very tired. Moments later a taxi cab pulled out, and a boy exited it. Oh this boy is gorgous, Emilia thought to herself. She studdered slightly, "Hello, I'm Emilia." Now, she wasn't 'boy crazy' but she did love to look at some of the boys most would be crazy about.

The taxi drove off, and a car full of people drove up. It looked to be an entire family. A girl exited the car and walked up to the rest of them. Alice raised an eyebrow and turned towards the door. "I think I'll be picking my room now." She said, turning towards the door.
She opened the door and looked straight to the stairs. Walking up them she came to a long hallway, stretching the length of the house. She took a left and peeked into the first room. It was filled with much pink, and light colors. Ah, She thought, walking to the next door. This room was much more earthy colors. Greens and blues. It had a lovely full body mirror in the corner. Alice decided this would be the room for her. She walked in and sat on the bed. It had been a long drive and she was a bit worn out. She decided to have herself a nap.

Jinyao smiled softly at the 3 girls he has seen so far, quickly he flashed a smiled to the girl named Karaline before she headed up to her room. He then turned to the 2 girls left and then tilted his head slight, another girl was leaving to go to her room. He bowed his head as the other girl went to pick her room. Smiling softly, he turned to the last girl. She spoke, saying that her name was Emilia. He smiled, “It’s very nice to meet you Emilia, I’m Jinyao, but you can call me Jin if you like.” Right now he somewhat wished he didn’t have suck a heavy accent, maybe she might not understand him completely.

Emilia listened to his accent. It was thick, but understandable. She watched him smile at the girl named Karaline, and thought they might know eachother. Shaking it off, Emilia said, "We should probably find our rooms, before anyone else shows up." She figured maybe if she went quick should could get a 'good' room. She wasn't sure what they would look like, but she was very excited.
Emilia picked up two suitcases and looked down at the couple of boxes she had. She sighed. Deciding to get those boxes in a few minutes, she turned to the door, pushing it open with her foot. She held the door for Jin so he could enter too.

Jinyai nodded and watched as she grabbed some things and kicked the door open. He leaned down and shoved his bags to the side of the porch he leaned down and put on box over the other, picking them up. He walked inside and turned to the girl. “Now, I was raise a gentlemen and so, which is you room my dear?” he turned so her could see her and smiled softly. He really wanted to help but he didn’t want to seem weird about it.

Emilia looked back, and seen Jin picking up her boxes. What a nice boy, she thought to herself. She smiled at him, he was being a gentleman. "Well I'm not quite sure yet," She said. She hadn't been in the house yet, and she didn't think they had assigned rooms. Emilia walked towards to the stairs, "Guess I'll have to pick one," she said, looking back at him. "Thanks for the help, Jin." She smiled.
Emilia grasped her suitcases tighter, and made her way up the stairs. Jin followed, and they reached the second floor of the house. Seeing that two of the doors were already closed, she figured those rooms were taken. Turning left she went to the first open door and peeked in. It was lovely and pink, a very girly room. A smile lit up Emilia's face. "Well this is adorable." She said laughing. This would be her room. Walking into her new room she set her suitcases on the bed. She did another look around the room and smiled at Jin, who was standing in her doorway.

Aven was already in the car ready to go to the air port. He had on the same thing his sister had on. Sweat Pants and a plane shirt. Now a days airport people were all crazy. Aven tought if you dress with less its all for the best. Aven got out of the car and yelled for his sister to hurry up. They were running a bit late and he sure as hell didnt want to miss the plane.

Prim was finishing up her hair in the bathroom. Her brother made her were the same thing as him. She didnt like it but he was right about the less thing. She wanted to make him wait a bit seeing how he dressed her. So she dicided to take time on her hair. She herd Aven yelling for her and that was what she was waiting for. She smiled to her self and started to make her way outside. She passed her room on the way out and blew a kiss to it. Aven was waiting for her outside.

Prim came outside and Aven was waiting for her. The two of them were off to the airport. No one talked in the car until they got to the Airport. As the twins got out of the car they were given hugs by mom and dad. In the airport they learned that the flight they were to be on was delayed. This was good news to them seeing how they were late. The two went to the plane and found the seats they were to be in.

Prim was happy when she found her seat. She helped her parents pay for her ticket. She was in first class. She had a good window seat and she loved it. She loved the fact that her brother didnt get to have a first class like her. After the plane took off and they were in the air she tought it was time to change.

After she was in the bathroom she opened her bag and took out a loose top and a long skirt. She got dressed and found her seat again. She was happy that she did her hair at home. The plane moved to much for her to even do her make up. After a while the person with the drinks came around and she got a a coke. Prim put on her headphones after she was done with her drink. She soon fell asleep to her rock music. It wasnt until the plane landed before she woke up. She got up and joined her brother on the way to the taxi. It looked like he had a limp now.

Aven was sad at his seat. He was like right smacked in the middle of second class. He was mad at the fact that his sister lied to him. She didnt lie it was she didnt tell him. It was a long flight and he just wanted it to end fast. Aven shut his eyes and went to sleep. When the plane landed he woke up. His leg was in alot of pain. When he was asleep the chair infront of him layed back. It smashed his legg. It was fine but he had a slight limp. He started to walk to the taxi with out his sister. When she caught up he didnt even say a word to her.

The taxi was waiting for them outside. The twins baggs were already in the taxi. So they got in and the taxi driver took the to the new house. On the way both of them didnt talk but they did look at the sights. When the taxi came to a halt the driver got out and put the twins baggs on the curb. Prim and Aven got out and walked into the house. After a delayed flight they were the last to show up. Both of the twins didnt wait and went to the rooms that would be home for the next few years.

Inside his room Aven started to unpack his clothes. After he was done he layed on his bed and started to think what he should do next. He had alot left to do to his new room. He dicided to wait and do the rest a bit latter. Aven got up and opened his door incase anyone wanted to visit him.

Prim liked the color of her room. She unpacked verry fast and was finishing up the finaly things. She had a few posters to put up. She was going to put one on the back of her door. She just noticed that the door was still open. She got her poster and started to walk to the door to hang it up. Prim smiled as she was undoing the poster while she was walking. The poster was of two people

In midst of a dream Alice awoke. She could hear footsteps coming up the stairs. It sounded like more than one. Alice rubbed her eyes a bit and walked to her door. Peeking into the hallway she seen a girl enter a room, and a boy enter another. She didn't get a good look at either of them, so she thought she could go introduce herself.
Alice made her way to the closest open door, and looked in. She knocked lightly, as to not startle the person in there. Immediately a boy came to the door. "Hello, I'm Alice. I'll be staying in the room next to you." She said, gesturing to the right.

Aven was awake and sitting on his new bed. He was tired and didnt seem like unpacking right away. He got up and took a pair of fresh clothes out of the dresser he put them in. He started to walk to the door to get his towel that he hung on the back of his door. A girl showed up befor he had a chance to get it. The girl introed herself. She smiled and said "Hello i am Aven. Its nice to meet you." He put out his hand so she could shake it and smiled as her warm hand touched his. His hand was ice cold because he didnt shut his window. He ment to when he came in but forgot. He pulled his hand away and waited for her to say somthing else. He wasnt to big on talking to other people and didnt know what to say next.

He shook Alice's hand. Aven? She thought. Well that's a strange name. His hand was ice cold. Or maybe her hand was just warm. "Yeah, you too." She said in reply. There was no doubt Alice was attracted to this guy, she figured she wasn't the only one either.
Alice thought for a moment, she wasn't very good at making conversation. "So, are you from around here, or..?" She said, tucking her hair behind her ear.

Aven looked at her she wasnt really somone he would say was hot. He reached behind the door and brang out hie towel. "Me and my sister arnt from around here. We come from a small town in Arizona. What about you?"Aven motioned for her to come in as he turned around. He walked to the bed and put his clothes down. He sat on the edge of the bed and pointed to the small chair in his room. He hoped she would get the hint. He layed back to strech as he waited for her to come in and sit down. He wasnt sure if he was being to blunt. He was sure she wouldnt mind as he did not mind her in his room. It was the first day of school tomorrow but he didnt mind getting to know this girl.

Aven reached behind his door and grabbed a towel. "Oh that was your sister?" She asked. Well that makes sense, she Alice thought. They did arrive together, and they did look a bit alike. She figured it would be interesting to have a pair of siblings in the house.
Alice walked to the chair Aven had pointed at. She took a seat and made herself comfortable. He laid on his bed, stretched out, looking very comfortable himself. She looked at his window, which was wide open. There was a nice breeze coming through, making the room cooler.

Aven sat up and looked out the window. It was getting a bit cold in the room for the girl. He noticed this only because her nipples were poking out of her shirt. He got up and walked to the window closing it. He sat back on the bed and started to talk. "Yah shes my twin." he said in a soft voice. He didnt like his sister much but he did love her. They were twins and had a few strange momments. Aven looked at the girl infront of him and smiled.

Alice watched Aven get off of his bed, looking at her. Not sure what he was looking at she looked down while his back was turned. Immediately she turned red and put her arms across her chest. He closed the window, then sat himself back onto his bed. "Twin? That must be really interesting." She laughed, not thinking she was very funny. Really interesting? she thought to herself, feeling extremly lame. She continued to blush, sitting back further in the chair.

Aven looked at her and smiled when she spoke. He gave a slight laugh so she wouldnt seem lame. He sat and gave her comment some tought. He soon started talking. "Yah...Having a twin can be cool. Unless your other half is the devil. Luckly she has a on off switch."Aven started to laugh and hoped his sister didnt here what he said...but with his luck she did.

"The devil brother? That is so messed up."She gave her brother a evil look. She wanted to hit him but then she saw what he was talking to. "Hi. Im Primrose."Prim liked to say her name. It sounded sweet but she was so not. She didnt sit she just stood in the door way. She kept her eyes locked with her brothers.

Alice felt a bit awkward as his sister entered the room. She was beautiful, and looked very much like her brother. But of course, they're twins. "Alice." She said simply, looking the girl up and down. Primrose was a sweet name, but this girl didn't seem very sweet. Though Alice was sure she wasn't the devil as Aven had said. Primrose stood in the doorway silently, glaring at her twin. It was almost erie.

Aven put a fake smile on his face. His sister was rude in his eyes. "Perfect timing sister." He said in a cold voice. He stoped looking at his sister and patted the bed for her to sit down. He kinda knew she wouldnt sit but what she did next made his jaw drop.

Prim saw right trew her brothers fake smile. She smiled when he spoke to her. She looked at him funny when he patted the bed. She wanted to make him happy for a change. She felt bad because of the plane trip. She knew he hurt his kicking legg on the plane. The pain didnt last in her eyes but she knew it made him mad. She sat on the bed like he asked and said "Sorry about that brother. I didnt mean to be rude. SO what are we talking about?" Prim now had on just a bath robe.

Alice raised an eyebrow as the cold girl lightened up. She sat herself beside her brother, and looked to be in a better mood. "I was just introducing myself," Alice said to her. She wasn't sure how she felt about the two of them. She guessed they could be fighting a lot over the next semester.

Aven smiled at his sister and said "You know thats my robe." Aven smiled when she gave him a dirty look.

Prim was mad that he noticed. She got up and said "It was nice to meet you. Aven your an ass and you can have this robe." Prim let the robe fall to the floor and crossed her arms over her bare chest. He undies were black lace. She started walking out of the room and vanished as she turned out of sight. She went back to her room and found her robe. She soon put it on and sat on her bed.
