Rose let out a growl at Momo when he told Cinnabar to shut up. Tory laughed and began to walk down the dock. "Alright then! Make sure she does'nt eat anyone then!" She called back at then. La'phar began to walk and slung an arm over dizzy's shoulders. "Do you drink?" He asked with a mischivious grin.

"La'phar likes to have drinking contests, its not vary fair since booze has little affect on him.. he could backrupt a king drinking." Tory said angierly. "So don't get any idea you bull headed fool!"

"Oh bull headed.. great pun.." Said Rhapsody sarcasticly.

Rose looked up at Cinnabar and made a small bark like sound before heading down the dock herself.

Cinnabar followed Rose, looking emotionless as ever.

Dizzy raised an eyebrow, grinning. "Indeed, I do drink. In my crew, at least, I'm undefeated. If you really want a challenge, you should challenge Cinnabar, though. He rarely ever drinks, and refuses to participate in contests. I've heard from Momo and Sinclair, though, that he can drink a full two days without getting sleepy."

La'phar let out a sound of admiration before he closed his eyes as the entered the town, the basic noises were heard people whispering monster and freak as he walked by but he ignored it. "They find me disgusting but as long as we do what we cane here for before they decide they need to run me out of town we should be alright." He said half joking.

Tory looked back at him. "La'phar, worry not, no one here would be able to take you in a fight anyway, at least none of the townsmen running around." She said before she paused at a building.

"Ah yes, a tavern is always a great place to start questioning.:"

"If someone looks at Cinnabar the wrong way and finds out he's a half-elf half-demon..." Dizzy muttered, "then we might have trouble. There's awful rumors going around that half-breeds like Cinnabar kidnap and eat human children, as well as rape them. If someone rubs Cinnabar the wrong way...he's not as level-headed as he seems. If he loses his temper..."

She was making sure Cinnabar, who was a little up ahead, couldn't hear her.

La'phar nodded his head. "Rose, is rather level headed when she cares about something enough to move...which is normally just for food.. but she seems to like him so she may be willing to back him up.." But that would be all the needed, a demon-elf and a werewolf tearing threw the town. "Ugh.. Captain I think we should work threw here as quickly as we can.." The minotaur said louder so the Tory could here him now.

The captain nodded her head. "True, no need to hang around and risk a possible issue." She told them before she let out a small sigh. "I don't like the land much anyway.."

Soon, Rose stopped infront of a store and barked. Then she looked up at Cinnabar. 'They have good food stuffs here...'

"Well...I hope he behaves," she mumbled. "He's not one for taking orders."

Cinnabar watched her, not enjoying the glares he was getting from the store owners. "Yes. It seems like it."

The wolf glared at the store owner. How dare he glare at Cinnabar! She could bite him in the leg.. chew on him a little... maybe transform only half way and give the guy a real scare. She then sat down. No no that would make the captain made. So she played the part of a dog and nudged Cinnabar in to the store. Were she sat between him and the store owner at all times.

Stange girl...

The owner's glaring at Cinnabar never ceased, even though he could tell Rose wasn't a dog and was something else. He must have seen a lot of non-humans in his day. It must have been Cinnabar's species in particular. He addressed Rose instead of him, though his eyes never left him. "Welcome. Are you looking to buy something?"

It was like he thought Cinnabar was going to destroy his store or something...or maybe he was just waiting for an excuse to grab the broom behind him and beat him over the head with it. It was a look of pure and utter disgust.

Cinnabar stared back at the man, seemingly emotionless.

The wolf tilted her head to the side before her voice echoed threw the mans head. "We required food stuffs to stock our ships, you will be paid handsomely for you assistance." She told him before she took a seat on the floor as she began to list off the things that they would need.

She leaned down and licked her paw before looking back up at the man. "I could have the captain come in if your would prefer that..." She said as she tilted her head to the side. "But Captains Tory and Dizzy would be a big angry if we did'nt do it ourselves."

She said this because well.. no one wanted an angry pirate in they're store... even if it was kinda a lie.

The man fidgeted and grumbled. "You can find everything on your list in here," he replied, never taking his eyes off of Cinnabar and still addressing her. "I don't care how much you pay me. Just get that Demon-Elf half-breed out of my store."

Cinnabar's eyes narrowed minutely, temper flaring. However, he remained still as stone. One other customer in the store, who had her child with her, overheard the owner saying that Cinnabar was a Demon-Elf half-breed. She quickly placed something she was looking at back on the shelf, scooped up her child, and scuttled out of the store, fearfully.

Rose nodded her head and removed a small pack she had been carrying around her middle before she began to transform, from the bag she removed a small dress which she pulled on before she began to gather all the things they needed. Once she was done she paid the man and took Cinnabar by the hand. "Lets go.." She told him as she headed out.

They did'nt need any trouble, not while what they were doing was so important to the captains. "I have enough here for both ships...we should be fine.." She told him with a look on concern just breifly before she appeared indiffrent once again.

Cinnabar went with, his intimidating stare not leaving the man's eyes until he was out of sight. He didn't seem to mind her holding his hand--he looked too ruffled over what just happened to care about much right now.

"I could have killed him, you know, and nobody would have noticed until they smelled rotting flesh," he commented idly. "He wasn't wearing a wedding ring. No one would have found him for days. Then we could have taken everything in the store."

Rose turned her blue eyes on the demon-elf and nodded her head. "You could have, you could have and we could have made off like bandits.. But, thats not the point." She said as she folded her hands behind her back and smiled sadly. "If you do that, you would be proving to them that you are no better then what they think of you.." she smiled a bit and then began to walk up the street again.

"Besides, your better then that."

Cinnabar muttered something under his breath about the majority of them 'not deserving' treatment as intelligent beings. He had a sour look on his face.

Nonetheless, he followed her, not commenting on her last statement. It was quite obvious that he didn't agree with her.

Soon Tory and La'phar had found the woman they had been talking about. She was an elderly cron and Tory had to move in vary close to her in order for her to be able to hear them. And well, it was starting to annoy Tory, from what she had heard this woman was supposed to tell them everything and instead she just seemed to be rambling about the kids running around her hut.

"Look lady, we just came here to ask you a few things.. do you know where it is?" The woman just stared at her and shook her head. "What are you talking about young lady?" "The legend! Is the legend true?" she asked leaning closer to her.

"It sure is."

Dizzy watched, seeming to enjoy the fact that Cinnabar and Momo were away from each other. Momo seemed content, purring to himself and looking around at everything with interested crimson eyes.

Though their eyes were the same color, Cinnabar's were cold and emotionless, while Momo's were bright, curious, and playful. It was a startling difference.

Rhapsody and Requiem stared down at Momo. They're eyes pulled back a bit as the cat girls examined him. "You are so cute!" Rhapsody finally said before Requiem yanked on her arm. "Oi, stop squeeling while the captain is trying to talk...." The twin said to her sister.

Tory sighed. "Just tell me were the damn thing is..." "What?" "The treasure." Suddenly the old womens eyes seemed to cloud over and she looked to the table infront of her. "Travel north, but be ware, the waters are evil...."

TOry blinked. "Evil waters?"

The woman said nothing else.

Momo's tiny mouth curled slowly into a playful, wicked smirk, but he kept his eyes on an interesting-looking carved mask hanging on the wall farthest from them.

Mimi, his elder sister, snorted. "Oh, don't praise him like that," she complained, huffily. "He's already got enough arrogant thoughts filling that head of his."

Momo wrinkled his nose, turning his eyes on her. "At least my skull is filled with something, sister dear," he retorted, grin widening. It was quite a toothy grin--his teeth were sharp and pointed at the ends.

Rhapsody giggled and Requiem hit her once again. "Hmm.. Rhapsody does'nt know any better ..." Requiem told them as her sister stood next to Momo abd wondered if she could get away with hugging him because he was so adorable.

Tory walked back to the group. "We have to go north.." She said with a sigh. "This woman is not helpful at all.." The captain said as she placed her hands on her hips. "Rhapsody, Requiem, behave you to.."

"It's fine--Momo's used to being coddled because of how little he is," Dizzy assured her, grinning. "He has the appearance of an eight year-old, but that's only because he's a Demonic Imp. He'll look like that for the rest of his life. He's fun to have around, but he can get irritating when he starts playing pranks on the rest of the crew."

Momo wrinkled his nose, smirking. "Me? Irritating?" he crooned, tilting his head. "Oh, Cap'n Dizz. Your words sting ever so much..."

Rhapsody them leaned down and hugged Momo. 'Well weather hes annoying or irritating or anything I think hes to cute!" She said and her sisiter shook her head once more. "Oi.. Captain are we ready?"

Tory nodded her head. "About as ready as we can be with such little information, Dizzy have you any ideas on how to proceed?"

Momo didn't return the hug, but he cackled a bit, impishly.

"We head north. Keep a good lookout. And if there's a fortress door in the way anywhere, we have Momo blow it up," Dizzy replied simply, grinning.
