"Th-thank you... I n-need you." She answered quietly. Alita wasn't really sure what she was saying she was still very disoriented as she clung to him. She could make out his hansom face and eyes, but otherwise everything was a bit blurry. The brunette heard him say it was the king and she curtsied in response. As she curtsied she fell slightly forward the one guard reached to help her, but she stumbled back. Stepping softly forward again she was able to hold onto Saguine's arm as she tried to look at the king... they were really free.

Saguine looked at the King and all his guards and he held on to Alita with a fairly tight grip not wanting her to pass out since she was still a bit disoriented. Then the king smiled at the two and spoke, "It has been a great pleasure to watch you two defeat all of your opponents and earn your freedom. I hereby grant you free leave from the Earth Kingdom to return to your homes. Nobody from this Kingdom is permitted to lay a hand on you for the next few days so you have plenty of time to make it home. May the Earth God bestow his everlasting blessings upon you" and with that they turned and left. Jin watched them leave with a smile on his face then he hugged Alita trying not to squeeze too hard. "Let's go home..."

The king's words were a bit fuzzy sounding to her. Alita tried to her best to stay attentive while he was speaking. It was good for her to stand still because thanks to Jin she wasn't dripping blood. She was regaining a bit of her footing as they stood though she was a bit unsteady. The brunette was glad that the strong male kept a hold on her as they started to walk away. "I would love... that.. Jin." She said softly as she returned his hug. Alita kept a tight grip on him as they walked not wanting to fall.

(Time skipping)

It had been a day since the tournament had concluded and they had made it back safely to Jin's home. It was very lavish since he had no one else to spend his earnings on so he decorated his home like a king's. Most of his furniture had a similar color scheme of red and gold with black and white here and there depending upon the room but all his walls were white. Jin had spent most of the day in bed mending his wounds, he had told Alita she could sleep wherever she pleased since he had several spare rooms although it would not be awkward for them to sleep together since they had done so for a while now. His eye now had been bandaged up and he hadn't opened it since yesterday since the bandages went all the way around his head and there was no way to. He held his left eye open as he stared at his white ceiling thinking of the past few weeks and all that had happened. He didn't know if he could have ever had a better few weeks of his life, and now he was starting a new chapter.

Alita had almost slept the whole day since they returned. Her body was a lot weaker than she had thought it had been from all the training. Finally her color was returning and her body didn't hurt so badly when she moved. At first when she had tried to move she was in intense pain and stayed in the guest room. The wound in her side was healing very well thanks to Jin, and hopefully the scar over her lip wouldn't be too horribly bad. Slipping from her bed she pulled a robe on over her short blue nightie. Stepping from the bed she walked into Jin's room and knocked softly on the doorframe as she stood in the open doorway. "May, I come in?" she asked him softly as she looked at him laying there forcing his eye open.

Turning his head to look at the woman with his unbandaged eye Jin nodded, "Yeah, come in." He laid in bed with his shirt off and all of those bodily scars showing but he didn't mind. He was aching pretty badly in a few spots but none as bad as his right eye which he couldn't open yet thanks to the bandages. Smiling at her as she walked in Jin asked, "How are you feeling Alita?" He was worried that she was even more sore than he was, it was obvious that she had taken a bit more damage but he didn't know how her body would react. He had closed up her major wounds but couldn't do the same for himself if he had wanted too since he could only use the blood sub against others. It made him think of the few times he had almost passed out while making their way back home.

The brunette nodded and smiled then sat down on the foot of the bed next to his legs. She looked up at him and smiled. It hurt a little to smile due to the cut on her lip, but it wasn't bad. The worst pain was in her side where her mother and entirely pierced her... luckily she hadn't hit an organs or she would be in even worse shape. "I'm fairing alright. Much better than yesterday or the day before." She answered softly with a smile. Alita let her brown hair fall over her shoulder as she looked into his amber eyes. "How are you?" She asked him gently as she rested her hand on him leg gently. The girl wasn't exactly sure where he had been hurt and didn't want to irritate anything thus she was being extra cautious.

Saguine grinned at her then replied, "That's good, and I'm fine." Pointing at the bandaged right eye he continued, "Besides this eye of mine my body had seemed to ignore any other pain I may have been in." He patted the spot to his left inviting her up if she wanted to join him but she was free to refuse. He had worried about her all night not sure if she was comfortable but it looked like she was alright.

Smiling and nodding Alita shifted and scooted up to the top of the bed laying next to Saguine. She frowned a little when she saw his eye. "I feel bad. That must hurt quite bad. I would help you, but I can't excatly." She said softly with a small smile. Alita sat with her back against the headboard because she couldn't lay on her right side yet due to the large still healing hole. Lightly she took his hand and laced her fingers with his. "I meant to compliment on the beauty of your home. It's very lovely... and your maids are very nice." She said softly with a smile. They had taken good care of her as she laid in bed.

Jin smiled, "Ahh it's not so bad, your wounds seemed much more serious than mine, all I got was a scratch over the eye," he joked playfully. He could tell the wound on her side hadn't healed completely yet since she wouldn't lay on that side but all wounds took time to heal. Even with his blood sub he couldn't technically heal all he could do was start and speed up the process. Then replying to the compliment about his home he said, "Thank you, they take good care of the house while I'm gone as well." Reaching over with his free hand Jin stroked Alita's cheek, she was a vibrant young woman who had been able to open him up, she was definately worth his time.

Alita shrugged at Jin. "It's quite alright. I'll be better in no time at all." She giggled softly as she stared into his eyes. The brunette nodded as he complimented on the home and smiled. Softly, she nuzzled against his hand as he stroked her cheek. "Can I get you anything?" She asked him softly as she squeezed his hand. The brunette wanted to help him heal anyway she could. There was nothing she wanted more than to see him healthy. It was a mothering instinct of her's to want to care for him. She also worried, but it was her way of caring.

(Ok time skipping then)

Jin had spent the past week resting up and treating his wounds as he had the right to do so. A few days earlier he went in and talked to his commander and let him know the entirety of the situation in which he was advised to be careful with Alita since she could be a spy but the assassin knew better than that. It was early in the morning and the sun was beating down hard already on the fire kingdom as it always did. He got out of his bed and looked out of his window admiring that he was able to see again with both eyes. He had been scared that he may lose sight in his right eye but the vision had healed wonderfully, he was however left with a scar over his eye (picture it looking like the scar, Scar had on lion king). The scar didn't bother him, it served as a reminder of his survival and his new beginning as a man.

Over the past week Alita had been taking it easy. She hadn't even had the opportunity to leave the house yet. Her side hadn't healed entirely threw, but it was basically healed. The wound on her thigh was left as a large scar, otherwise there was a little mark on her lip, but nothing major. As the sun poured into the room over her face her brown eyes fluttered open, but she had no determination to actually get out of bed. It was hard that once she was used to just laying there to actually have to get up. Her brown hair rested splayed out on the pillow how she had slept.

Deciding to get up and go check and see how Alita was doing he got out of bed in his red and gold silk pajamas which consisted of a button down shirt, which was undone revealing his chiseled abs and all of the scars on his upper body including his arms, and some thin bottoms. Walking down the hallway to the room she had chosen to stay in since she came back with him, he knocked lightly on the door then peaked his head in, "Alita?" He called out to her not really able to see if she was awake or not but she did look beautiful to him even more so now. The past few days he had enjoyed spending with her and re-bonding to make up for what he felt like he had somewhat messed up while they were in prison. It was rough on him when he thought about it but he had come to terms with it and left the past in the past.

Alita was slightly surprised when she heard a voice. Lifting up her head she saw Jin. Her smile glowed as she pushed herself to sit up. After Jin had gone to see his commander he brought Alita back a few outfits for her since she had nothing here. She was wearing a periwinkle camisol and a pair of white satin shorts. Pushing herself up she smiled at Saguine as she sat up. "Good Morning." She said softly with a smile as her brown hair fell across her shoulders.

Opening the door fully he walked in a few steps with a smile on his face, "Good morning Alita. How are you feeling this morning?" He was wondering if she was feeling as lazy as he was but he knew he would need to report in again eventually so his assignments wouldn't pile up.

Alita grinned in return to his smile and patted the spot next to her in her bed. "I'm feeling well. I just don't want to get out of bed." She laughed softly a light blush coloring her cheeks. The brunette wondered if being in the fire kingdom she would be able to accept missions here, but she wasn't quite sure. Honestly, she wasn't even sure if she wanted to fight anymore. At least not anytime soon being she felt so warn out of fighting and the violence.

Smiling at the brunette he replied, "I understand the feeling. You are welcome to relax for as long as you'd like, but I have assignments piling up and I want to go ahead and take care of a few of them. I been inactive for long enough." Jin had thoroughly enjoyed his time resting up and spending it with Alita but he had to get himself together now and get ready to begin working again. He had wasted enough time, he also wondered if Alita was looking to do anything? He could get her signed on with a unit depending on what she wanted to do.

Alita nodded in agreement a smile on her face. "I understand. I would think they'd be piling up." She chewed on her lip as she thought about her question. How could she ask if her rival nation would let her work with them? "Is there anyway for me to be involved with the military... I know I'm from another kingdom, but I still wouldn't want my abilities to go to waste." She chuckled softly with a smile.

Finally deciding to go take a seat on the bed next to the lovely woman he replied, "What is it that you want to do? I can put in a recommendation for you when I head in today and then I'll let you know who to go talk to. Now you will probably still be interrogated but that's all procedure, the truth is we have many people from other kingdoms working in our army but we don't usually use them on the front lines so nobody usually notices when an element that's not theirs hits them but is working for us. As long as they don't fight somebody from their native kingdom then the secret is safe." It was a very true fact which was why so many people in the fire kingdom were of mixed diversities. It wasn't uncommon for a male of the fire kingdom to marry a female from another.

The brunette smiled as he took a seat next to her on the bed and smiled. She listened and nodded as she explained... back in the air kingdom she mostly did spy missions not assassination, but she would just sorta... spy. Then she thought what else she usually did and she was quite good at negotiating, but spying was more her thing. "I think I would like to spy... that's mostly what I did back home was spy... would that be alright?" Alita asked him softly her chocolate eyes looking into his. She understood that the fire men liked to marry women from other kingdoms... herself and Jin weren't married... could they be eventually?
