Livianna yawned as she walked out of her dorm room and down to the halls that lead to the Dinning room. Where all the meals in the school where served. Sometimes you could get special permission to eat in your dorm but normally everything was down here. IN the mornings during school this is where everything started, first of the day's student separating. The cliques where formed and since today was also the beginning of school it was even more important. First if she looked even a little off she could be knocked off her place as the most popular girl in school. So she had woken up an hour early to make sure she was perfect. Walking into the dinning room she looked around and could see the first of the kids separated out. Grabbing breakfast she joined her friends from last year at a table in the front of the lunchroom. They would sit in the middle but it got to noisy.

Fate sighs as she looked around the large building. She hated having to go to a new school and she also hated that it was a boarding school. For someone that was a poor as she was, it took a lot of power to get into such a reknown school, but she would have traded that all away to have a friend or two with her at that moment.

"Well it's breakfast time." She sighs looking down at herself. She felt that she hardly looked ready for a big day. Her long icy blonde hair was a mess and her dress wasa little big for her. On top of that, she was exceptionally tall for a girl. She stood at 5'11" and her two inch shoes were not helping her case. She wanted to run from the school, but she knew that all of the money that it took to get her there would have all gone to waste, so she had to suck it up.

Fate moved slowly towards the cafeteria and she nearly tripped several times. This was not her forte and as she looked into the cafeteria she spotted all of the students and had to force herself from running away. Now she had to find a seat.

Livianna looked up from her breakfast when someone said something about a freak or nerd. She hadn't caught it. Her eyes shot up towards the door and followed the girl. She raised her eyebrows, to her friends this was a look of agreement but to her it was a look of examination. The girl was tall, really tall and since Livianna was 5'9 and she was taller it was clear why she fell under the freak category. Livianna would of stood up for her before she looked over the outfit, the dress was to big, the heels added to much to her already freaky height. Yeah it didn't work with her. She listened to her friends laughing at a joke or two made at the new girl's expense. She found the girl cute enough not that her friends knew that or anything. She continued to watch the girl out of the corner of her eye.

Fate looked at the people in the cafeteria and then she lookeddown before she made the mistake of making eye contact with any of them. She did not want to get on anyone's bad side on her first day. She walked into the cafeteria and found a table for her to sit alone. She had no clue how to order food there and what was on the menu would probably confuse her. This was a bad idea and starvation seemed to be a better idea each second.

Livianna noticed the girl had no food and sighed. She stood up and walked over maybe the girl just needed help getting adjusted. "Hey are you new?" She asked leaning on a chair at the girl's table. She looked around and pulled a touch screen pad from the middle of the table. "Here type in what you want. We have fruit bowls, pancakes, waffles, and then more fancy stuff." She said clicking breakfast and then a screen came up for her to type in her name.

Fate blinked at the girl and blushed slightly at how stupid she probably looked.
"Oh...yeah, thanks." She says looking at the fancy machine. She typed in 'Fate Amore' before she looked at all of the food. She wasn't exactly sure whatto push, but she points to the picture of a pancake and touches it.
"Then what?" She asks.

Livianna looked at the machine. "Press ok." She said pressing it for her. "Add any syrups you want or fruit you'd like on the side then press submit. The meals here are covered in our tuition so we don't have to pay or anything. The number on the screen that comes up afterwords is important remember it. The pad will blink when someone's food is up just go up and check to see if its your's. You'll know because each tray has a number on it and it'll match the number this shows you. If you forget just tell the lady your name and she'll find it for you again." She said simply with a nod.

"U-uh thank you very, very much." Fate says looking at the people around her again. "I-I'm Fate Amore by the way." She smiles as warmly as she could. She felt so nervous around this girl, even more so than she did around the others that just seemed to stare at her. She could not fathom why anyone would look ather out of all of the other people. Surely she was not the worst dressed or tallest.

Livianna smiled some. "Sure. I'm Livianna Lost. Its a funny name but that's me. Liv for short. Some people call me Anna but its up to you." She said simply before hearing someone call for her. "Well welcome to the school if you have anymore questions just ask. I'm nicer than anyone else at my table but don't get offended if I don't talk to you right away. Its sort of a status thing I got to keep up." She said with a smile. "See you around." She said quickly getting back to her table to deal with the jokes that would come till they got her angry.

Fate looked at the girl as she left and felt kind of sad that the others would deffidently be making fun of her. That was not the best welcoming.
"This school is full of a bunch of snobs..." She says to herself as she realized that her food was up.

She got up quickly and stumbled slightly, but regained herself just in time. She heard a few snickers, but she ignores them and walks over to grab her food.

Livianna felt kind of bad but she kept the people at her table in check the best she could. If this girl was able to pull through and become cool it would be really awesome but if she was a nerd her fate was sealed. She'd be sitting by herself or with a small group of friends for the rest of the two years she had left at the boarding school. Livianna thought she'd stop by Fate's dorm later but for now she was hanging with the people she was supposed to hang with.

Fate ate the food that she was given almost as soon as she was at her table. she was starving and she did not care if anyone stared at her as she ate. That was one thing that Fate would always have a problem with. She loved to eat, but never seemed to gain a pound. She was a stick, a bean pole, but she didn't mind.

After she was finished engulfing her pancakes she gets upand disposes of the trash before she heads back towards the exit. She did not have any reason to stayandclass was most likely going to start soon..

Livianna and her friends watched Fate eat with wide eyes. They looked at each other but didn't say anything. They left in a group and seemed to be similar to a pack of hyenas in the way they worked. Livianna ran the pack and the others followed their lead. Sighing as they worked their way to class.

Fate sighed as she made her way to the class that she was assigned to. First period was a simple history class. She had always liked history and although she was good at it, she felt that the teachers never really gave the subjects justice.

Livianna sat through reading and then history in the early mornings. She didn't seem much of Fate but between classes she had her eyes on her. She was different and that interested Liv. The girl was almost always in the corner of her eye for the rest of the day till lunch.

Fate made her way to the cafeteria as quickly as she could. She wanted to bo one of the first ones there and one of the first ones to leave. She was dreading having to face the cafeteria again, but she was also hoping that Livanna would be there. She really wanted to talk to her, but with the girl's gabbing friends around, it was going to be nearly impossible for her to strike up the conversation.

Livianna sat at a table alone ordering her food since she always got out of class before the rest of her friends. She was trying to decide what to eat her cute face looking at the pad with an indecisive look. She could never pick out lunch or dinner for that matter. Always caught between one or another and had to ask for help from people. Her eyes shifted only to see who was walking in. Smiling some seeing the new girl, Fate, come in. Poor thing was scared of this place now.

Fate ordered a large amount of food before she casually laid herhead on her table top. She was begining to worry if she was ever going to fit in at this new school. Was she even good enough to be there? Everyone else seemed to think that she was nothing more than a commoner that had wondered in. A freak with terrible fitting clothing.

Fate felt herself become depressed and she began to tracearound on the table. She wished that her artclass would come around soon.

Livianna looked around to make sure none of the other students she talked to were around and then walked over sitting at the table with Fate. "Hey how are you holding up?" She asked with a raised eyebrow. "I heard you got a scholarship or something like that, a lot of kids have labeled you as a nerd already." Liv said trying to say it nicely she just wanted Fate to know what was going on with her social life.

"Big surprise." Fate says looking away sadly. "I don't really care what they call me. I might be smart, but that is not the only reason that I got into this school." Fate sighs looking away from the girl shyly. "Are you sure that you are okay with being seen with me? It might put a dint in your social reputation." Fate says a little more coldly than she had intended to.

Livianna laughed some. "I'm known to be kind. So If i were to shun you that would look bad. Besides I don't see how much more I can do to destroy the rep I was given. I'm cool with it though." She said looking at her. "But to tell the truth if I spend to much time we're both going to be social outcasts." She said with a nod. "Not important though. I could live with that. Hey where's your dorm?" She asked wondering if it was close to her's she didn't have a room mate yet and it would make it easier to be a friend if they where close and she could sneak back and forth.

"They put me in one of the bigger ones, it is...room 3012." Fate smiles at Livanna. "It is supposed to be fancy and whatever, but I do not think that I will get along with my room mate...we have those here right?" Fate asks.

Livianna laughed and nodded. "Yep and I'm not that bad." Liv said with a grin before continuing. "The room isn't that bad its easy to make it your own. But it is really big." She said with a smile. Leaning back in her chair Liv smiled. "I can show you it after lunch." She said noticing that the menu was blinking. "Your up." She looked back at her's. "I'm up." She said with a nod before walking over to grab her food.

Fate blinked not believing that Livianna was her room mate. What were the odds of that? She smiles faintly before she gets to her feet and walks behind Livianna to get her large tray of food.
"I think that I would like that." Fate smiles before she takes her tray and heads back for her table.

Livianna smiled and then looked at her. "Well I'll see you after classes then and I'll help you get settled." She said sitting at her own table and was quickly crowded. She enjoyed the attention but that also meant and she knew it meant she couldn't hang out with Fate. The girl was cute and seemed to be unsure about the school and it made the preppy, energetic, girl feel bad.
