...And I need help/advice.

These are my requirements:

It MUST be able to play the sims 3 without little or any lag at all.
It MUST have over 40 gigabytes
It must have photoshop (or does photoshop even come with some computers...?)
It needs to go fast
It needs a easy-to-use web-cam
And finally...
It should be easy to figure out. I know how to work computers but sometimes I need to let my mind take a trip.

A computer with the requirements you're looking for shouldn't be hard to find at all. No computer comes with Photoshop unless there's some deal thingamajig (<- that's actually a word...o-o) going on at the store/site you're buying from. I suggest either a Dell or a Toshiba. They have good deals on decent computers. I just got a Toshiba. 3GB Ram, 320GB harddrive. It runs great but the webcam quality sucks major bawls. There's really not much more advice I can offer you unless you tell me what your budget is and more requirements you'd like.

Whatever you do, do not get a compaq.
I repeat. Do. Not. Get. A. Compaq. They suck.

If you want a high quality webcam, I think you're better off getting a separate webcam. I'm not sure what laptops would have high quality webcams. Besides, I like separate webcams better since you can rotate it and move it anywhere you need to (for as long as the cord is), plus you can use it on other computers if needed.

For a general brand, I'd suggest Dell. I think Asus and Vaio are supposed to be really good, too. And yeah, I don't think you can get photoshop already on it. I think for some laptops, you can make a deal to pay a bit extra to get photoshop added onto it, though... not sure.

Yah, Compaqs are one of the worst! I've never even had one cause I know it's a complete waste of money.

Separate webcams ftw! :)

I've heard Sony is a good one too.

Good luck finding one that meets your needs :)
