I think the phrase "don't worry" should be stricken from all languages everywhere. it is one of the more useless phrases I have encountered.

but it does let someone feel better. Or sometimes.

well, yeah, to some it can make them feel better.

I also hate on when you are feeling horrible about something a person always has to be like, well, when that happened to me, or something even worse happened to me ... um, good for you, but right now I hurt and I want soothing for that. my mom is STILL horrible about it.

ooh, I can relate to that. a cheating ex-husband for me. what makes people decide it is an okay thing to do? these people just don't stop to think about not only the moral impact, but all the people around them that they are hurting. I'm really sorry she did that to you guys.

well, that's why I asked if she minded my asking. when a person says they don't want to talk about, I respect that. I feel like that sometimes.
