Fullmetal Alchemist! God damn i love that series! Its just awesome! In every way! DONT DENY IT! Palmoun got me into it in middle school XD
Buuut really the biggest one for me is Sherlock Holmes! And by that i mean the whole shebang. Ive read all the original cannon, watched as much of all the tv series and movies I can get my hands on (Granada, The 2009 film, BBC Sherlock, a bit of the Russian version, and so on). Im an absolute fan-girl! and I'm definitely not an expert on any of it...like at all. I just happened to get into it when i saw the 2009 film and wanted to see why so many people had a problem with the best bromance EVER. So I started reading the cannon and it was all downhill from there. Im also doing a large pop art painting series using the most famous actors to portray the characters.
Another is Contortionists...because its so amazingly awesome and i got into watching and drawing them when i saw Yuni's art on deviantart. Because, you know, im an idiot like that XD

Lets see:
-Going over story ideals in my head.
-Constantly checking to see if somebody has replied to a post of mine.
-Clone Troopers (ya know from Star Wars, I don't mean Stormtroopers, there is a diffrence).
-Giant Robots.
-Giant Monsters.
-Henshin Heroes.

Based on the last three, you can guess that I love Tokusatsu shows.

There are high periods and low periods for all my obsessions. Sometimes it seems like one isn't on my mind at all, it's just on a low while I focus on something else.

••• Zombies. I'm going through another high on my zombie obsession. I'm not really sure how I fell into this one. I've always liked zombies but it wasn't until I got interested in cannibalism and apocalypse type scenarios that I'd say I developed an obsession. I've seen all the zombie movies I could get my hands on, except for black and white ones. No black and white movies have been able to hold my interest. I'm starting to get into the books now. I have yet to read World War Z but I have read the Survival Guide and The New Dead amongst a few others. I'm actually thinking I may look for a zombie role play for my first attempt at role playing. It's just a budding interest.

••• Knitting. This is a rather recent obsession. I learned how to knit two or three months ago. Now I can't get enough of it even though I haven't progressed much from the basics yet. I'm onto my second scarf, my first being roughly two meters long. I'm looking through cloth patterns. There are some really cute ones. (:

••• Notebooks and journals and stationary/school supplies in general. I've always, even when really young, been obsessed with the school/work supply sections of stores. I love the smell and feel of new paper. I love pens. I love the pretty covers and the ideas of what someone may fill them with. They've taken on an almost magical quality for me. I really don't know where it comes from. Apparently my grandma also has a fascination with notebooks and journals. Runs in the family I guess.

••• Libraries and book stores. It's almost impossible to drag me out. Reading runs in my mom's side of the family. I was raised a reader and still continue enjoying being surround by so many written words, so many stories. The smell of places filled with books, especially libraries and book stores with second hand books is as magical as a fresh notebook or journal.

••• Harry Potter. I've hit a bit of a low with this obsession but it's still there. I didn't really read the books until I was twelve or thirteen but from then on I haven't put them down. My current knitting project is even a Slytherin scarf.

••• Genuinely vintage clothing - usually Victorian and forties - fifties type styles. I've never really been interested in fashion until recently. Like... within the past year or two. From there I've found the styles I'm attracted to aren't very modern - except, perhaps, my taste in footwear (platform mary janes, knee high boots, and combat-style boots). I think the interest spurred from looking at old clothing pasterns my mom has.

••• Batman and Grumpy Bear. My Batman obsession started when I was small. My parents had to sing the Batman theme for me many nights to make me go to sleep. Grumpy Bear didn't become an obsession until I was about twelve - fourteen. I'm not even sure how it started actually. May have been a shirt that attracted me. May have been the giant plushies. I still haven't found a giant Grumpy Bear plushie - much to my dismay.

••• Big bags. Something about a cute shoulder bag gets me. Probably 'cause it carries all my notebooks, novels, and lipgloss. They also make me feel ready for an apocalypse or to just generally take on the world. Not sure why... But they make me happy. C;

I have a habit of creation. I'll make characters then develop universes to go around them. Good guys bad guys. The only problem is that my version of bad guys aren't anywhere near PG13 so I can never play them on here. lol My bad guys are people you can truly hate. Field goal kicking puppies bad.

Okay let's see...I'm mostly obsessed with guys...but none of them...are who I know in real life. They are mostly celebs or from an anime show x]
The guys: Alexander Skarsgard (foreverz -yo!) Yusuke Urameshi from Yu Yu Hakusho. <--the main ones.
There is a whole huge list of guys that are celebs, but that will just take TOO long for me to name them.
I'm also obsessed with my diary (journal) I just love writing about my day and stuff I feel/ thinking about because...lately...I can't really trust or tell anyone about those things. It's either too personal, or they wouldn't understand. So. My diary is a big part/ portal to a whole new world. So many secrets. I always think of burning it once I finish, because if someone in my house got their hands on it...it can shatter their image of me, and burn their feelings, because sometimes I just rant about people...

Although it's kinda bad for me...I'm kinda obsessed with hiding my true feelings. Like around some specific people.
Also with movies...POLAR BEARS AND DOGS RULE also! Finally (not really but yeah I got to end this) making some dolls out of socks I don't really use anymore :] It's so fun for me <3

- Red vs Blue, a Halo machinima.
- The World God Only Knows, a manga and an anime show. Both are hilarious.
- Orange Juice. Seriously, who knew a healthy drink could be so addicting?

Obsessions? Hm...I'd say I have a few:

1. Robin Hood (seen all 3 BBC seasons, the 2010 movie, seen Prince of Theives, read a few books, seen the Disney version, need I go on?)

2. Sherlock Holmes (read most of the originals by Doyle and seen the 2009 movie, looking into the new BBC version...seems more modern though)

3. Doctor Who (Seen most of every season if not all...loved David Tenant as the Doctor...he is probably THE DOCTOR for me, the first one that got me hooked on the show and...well I just like him, not that the others and the new guy aren't good though.)

4. Fanfiction (spend quite a bit of my time on fanfiction .net, this summer and still reading stuff on there now, all of the previous obsessions can also fit into this category.)

5. Harry Potter (Need I say more than those two words? Loved it, and suprisingly kinda wanted Voldie and the Death Eaters to win...though I love the Weasely twins and Luna, Snape, Neville, and Harry. The rest of the light side?...eh they're okay.)

6. Wolves (My favorite animal)

Also, I definitely recommend checking out the new BBC Sherlock series. Its very modern, which is kind of the point of it X3, but its really fun to watch. I went into it expecting to hate it and ended up really loving it. If you can get past the fact that it is very modern and...a bit different in its own way, its really pretty darn enjoyable. It also has some great quotable moments in it too in my opinion. Plus its only three episodes, so its no great loss if you watch it and dont like it.

Erm right now I'm obsessed with:

The gym. I love my kickboxing classes. Always feel like a human being afterwords. (A sweaty human being, but a healthy feeling one)

Art. Love to draw it, love to see other people's art.

I take my baby to the river to feed the ducks and swans a lot. There's this little family of moor hens that live there too, and it really just struck me a few months ago how unbelievably cute they are; the way they bob their heads to try to swim faster, the way they dive under the water and stay there for ages... and the way they'll take on a giant goose or a swan for a piece of bread! :lol:
And this year I saw their babies for the first time, they're all cute and black and fluffy. They're waaay better than ducks!

I think I'm obsessed with the internet, particularly avatar forums. Haha I sound like a lonely dork now xP
