"Hi Jill" Kurai smiled kindly though now a bit quiet... that's how she was around others... other then these two, unless you got her mad of corse. "How have you been?" she asked softly with a smile as she whached Chris and snickered some at him and how he had to jump to give Jill a hug... though she was tall and she was deffinently taller then Kurai.

"Oh just fine," She said, her overly red painted lips cocked into a wry smile, "Nothing spectacular to report though, my grandparents house is just as tiny as here so...not exactly exiting. But hey, a change of scenery is a change of scenery. Ooooh Chris can i have one of your goldfish!? Yossarian died..."
"Swam up the filter again?" he said with a tilt of the head and she nodded sadly. Chris frowned but handed her one of the fish anyway, "Please dont kill this one"
Jill ignored him and grabbed the fish greedily. With a rather impish giggle she stared in at the fish and grinned, "Hello little guy, your name is Carlos the Pool Boy and your going to live in my bathtub!"
"Please tell me your joking," Chris whined.
"But of course," She laughed and wrapped her long, wiry arm around Kurai's shoulders, which looked rather awkward as she was at least a head taller than them all, "Now...your going to sing with me aren't you Kuri?" She said with the same impish grin.

Kurai stared at Jill then shook her head. "Uh uh you know I don't do that type of stuff..." she protested some feeling rather akward with Jill hugging her like this... or just hanging on her like this.

"YOU WILL SING!" She declared and for a second Chris could envisioned the cliche horror movie lightning bolts going off behind her. But she let out a giggle and it was all over as she let go of her.
"Seriously, lets go make fools of ourselves before all the mushy romantic couples and adorable little baby singers steal our karaoke spotlight!" She said, pointing to the skys as if she was about to conquer some great nation.

"And eh no." Kurai grumbled abviously not a singer... in public at least. She didn't like others to know how well she could sing... she didn't even think Josiah or Christain had ever heared her sing... Maybe Jill was the only one that had heared her sing before...

"Oh come on, i dont want to go up by myself..." She huffed, "Chris will you go with me?"
"Not on your life," He said with a grin.
"Nawww...that just leaves you Kurai..." She said with a pleading gaze.

"No no no no and a... hm let me think, and ah NO!" Kurai huffed to her friend turning so she wasn't looking at the pleading face of Jill's.

"Why do you hate me!?" She whined and let out a big huff of air as she plopped down on a nearby bench.

"I don't I just don't like singing out in public!" Kurai huffed and looked off to the large fierce-wheel and watched the lights on it move. The sinking feeling was getting stronger... like it was getting closer. Whatever was going to happen... it was going to happen soon she could just feel it.

(shouldn't we have the curse thing happen soon? Just wondering)

Jill let out a deep sigh and pushed herself out of her seat again.
"Well then," She said, putting on her grin again but with much less enthusiasm this time, "Ill just have to go at it solo then"
Chris chuckled as she sashayed off to the stage or wherever the event was to be held. Josiah grumbled and let out a long sigh of what appeared to be relief as she left.
"Thank God i can breathe again!" He said with yet annother huff.
"Got a bit of a crush do you?" Chris said with a laugh. The glare his cousin gave him was priceless.
"Ohhh attraction isn't even on the LIST of feelings I have towards her," He said ice-cold.
"You used to be such good friends," Chris said with a sad tinge to his voice.
"Yea, that was before she got me fired from my job," He hissed.
"You were shoplifting!"
"Irrelevant, and ether way it was just fifty bucks. She broke the bro-code,"
"Shes not a bro"
"The...friendship code then," He huffed, "...Anyone want anything to eat?...I need to piss so i might as well do something useful while i walk halfway across the fair ground"
"Get me cotton candy"

Kurai also let out a sigh of relief as she watched Jill walk off to the singing area. She didn't like singing in front of people... and there were allot of people here. She still had that horrible feeling though... she didn't know where it was coming from... she didn't know what was going to happen... all she knew was that there was something bad going on or going to happen soon... but what?

((Of course im going to kill Jill, shes been here all of two seconds, that's a classic set up for a cheap kill off tactic XD))

Chris deflated a bit as his cousin left, he literally filled the air with bad vibes, which could actually be attributed to his less than human body, and sat down on the bench lazily. With a bit of impatience and general awkwardness of just sitting there waiting for something to happen on stage and food, he drummed his fingers rhythmically on the wooden armrest. He shifted uncomfortably and scooted over a bit to make room for Kurai and patted the seat beside him, offering it to her.
He smiled a bit as a few people made their way up to the stage, singing Backstreet Boys, Elvis, and anything else that could be considered mildly cheesy, and making drunken fools of himself. Chris watched with mild interest as the first five contestants sang, badly, and left the stage but he was really waiting for Jill to go up there with a harem of teenagers that she had pulled together to sing with her. It was after the twelfth singer had gone that he started to wonder what was going on. Jill was too much of a ham to let anyone else steal her thunder.
"Huh...I wonder if Jill left..." He said, knitting his brows in confusion, "And wheres my cotton candy?"

Kurai smiled and sat next to Chris and watched boardly as each singer came up, made a fool of themselves, then went back down. "Maybe her mom or brother called her? Or something..." she offered not too awful worried... though she was starting to worry about that odd feeling that kept getting worse.

"Pitty, I was hoping shed do the Macarena to Queen again..." He said with a sigh. It was a good fifteen minuets later that they finally saw their first gimps of Josiah after his little bathroom break. But he didnt come back to sit with them. None of this was a big deal, Josiah with his usual aloof nature was probably just avoiding them, again. Chris was starting to get a little antsy though, he hadnt eaten yet.
"What do you say we go and get something for ourselves eh?" He said with a grin, "I'm tired of sitting here staring at them like an idiot..."

"eh okay... But what about Josi?" Kurai asked as she saw Josiah walking around... Though not coming over to them. She was rather borad now... And she wasn't paying attention to that feeling now... It was just getting annoying.

"What about him? Well be lucky if we see him again at all tonight," He said with a laugh. This happened often with his cousin, he would suddenly decide that he didnt want to see anyone for a few hours, or days if they were really unlucky, and would wander off on his own. Hed even get pissed off if you tried to hook up with him, so Chris had given up trying.
"Hes just being moody," He said with a sigh and lifted himself up off the bench, "Lets go entertain ourselves"

"Okay... hope whatever I'm feeling isn't going to find him.... I don't even think the darkest of energies wants to find him." Kurai laughed as she also got up. "Whatcha wanna do?" she asked lightly thinking of a few things that might be fun.

Chris joined her laughing with a little chuckle and shoved his hands into his pocket, "Yea, I think hed scare whatever it is off. So, moving on to a cheerier topic, we could go on a few of the rides, if you care to trust them to not fall apart, we could go play some more games...or we could just head out. Up to you really"

"Hm... maybe we should go over to one of the rides..." Kurai sugested lightly thinking of something to do and trying not to thinmk of that horrible feeling she had... it was still there and she didn't know what it was.

(he he he I say Jill vanishes and maybe someone related to my other girl is found dead... like her aunt or something?)

((Nawww, I wanted to slaughter. XD Im guessing that the other girl would be responsible for that? Thats fine i just want a bit of a heads up))

Chris smiled, "Thats what we'll do then. I recommend the scrambler, it looks the least glitchy, that and its, like, basically a giant egg beater with seats. What can go wrong!?"
He laughed at that and led her over to the rides. He could easily feel her distress at whatever it was she was sensing. It was a little disheartening to see her so worried over what seemed to be nothing at just about the only fun event the town put on. He smiled through it though and hoped that she would feel a bit cheerer after a ride or two and, more importantly, that she was wrong.

Kurai smiled lightly trying to make Chris see that she was okay. She was still worried about this feeling though.

(well I was thinking some of the townsfolk may think that she's the reason the woman died... Sorry it's so short)

Chris, didnt respond to her smile but felt a little more at ease that she was at least trying to look unworried, though he knew it to be a lie. Without another word he strode on over to the ride and took his place inside in one of the seats, leaving a space for his friend. The ride was incredibly fast for a carnival ride, which Chris wasn't in the habit of trusting very often, as it whirled around very much like an eggbeater, thus the name was appropriate. Chris found himself having quite a bit of fun, even if he was being squished up against the side of the seat rather painfully. Stupid laws of physics. The only downside to the ride was that it wasn't a very long one. It was at very most a little more than a minuet and the teenager manning it, who looked as bored as Josie usually did, cut that time down out of pure apathy.

When the ride was over Kurai stubbled out of it giggling some "Man I hate those type of rides!!!" she whined some complaining a bit about the ride. She really didn't actually like rides that went fast... so she obviously didn't like that one too awful much. "Come on there's gotta be something else to do around here! Where's Josie?" she complained a bit looking around for her friend though not finding him.

(No she's more of an inosent one... she comes in after the curse is put on the town... she's just blamed because she shows up like... the next day after ones found dead and the other missing... what do you think? No Kurai would be more of the one that would cause quite a bit of trouble...)

Chris laughed at that, "Hey, your the one who said you wanted to go on. And you didn't puke on me, so there's a bright side."
He chuckled again and hopped out of his seat in a much cheerier mood. He was a bit discouraged that she didn't like it but the adrenaline rush was detracting him marvelously.
"Hm...hes probably sulking somewhere..." He said with a sigh and flipped open his phone, sending a quick text to him but receiving no reply, "He ether doesn't want to see us or he has his phone off, ether way I'm sure hes fine. But if your worried we could go search for him. So... ether we go on a manhunt or try some games, otherwise I really don't know what else there is to do but go home."
