Hi guys, ValkyrieSkyes here, reporting for duty! You can just call me Val *winks* So, I'm looking for rp partners. I'm a little green in the ways of Mene (so far, I'm liking it!), but the battle trenches of rping are no stranger to me. I hope that we can develop a beautiful relationship over a nice little rp (Even if our characters end up trying to tear each other to shreds ^.^)

Now, I've got a few rules that are vital to a healthy relationship. Please bear with me, the injections will only take a moment ^.^
+I like literate, but will do Semi-lit at the least. I abhor one-liners but understand that they are sometimes necessary; as long as there is something to build off of and its a nice, big, juicy one-liner, then we won't send you to the chopping blocks. Paragraphs must follow the same rule; I don't care how long it is, if it doesn't have enough detail to choke a bull in it, then I don't care for it.
-I don't like fandoms, as a general rule. It's much more fun to create your own world, isn't it? And if I somehow royally screwed over canon, I'd just kill myself (I hate not being canon.) If you do convince me to do a fandom, then I'd rather do original characters over characters from the series.
+Chat-speak kills me. DON'T DO IT. (it's so important that it even got it's own little bullet!) I know this side of a Webster's Dictionary well enough to have at least decent grammar and spelling, and I only ask the same of you.
-If you're feeling a thread is dying, don't be afraid to tell me! If you really hate where it is going, point it out to me- what's a good partnership without good communication? It's like trying to win a soccer game with a group of people who've never even seen each other before; it just doesn't work.
+I generally only do hetero pairings. I have nothing against gay/lesbian/bi roleplays, I just personally cannot do them. I haven't grown that much as a roleplayer just yet; maybe one day I'll be able to step past these bounds.
-I don't do any sort of citrus. Don't even ask. I will do kissing, hugging, anything BELOW pg-13. Not only is it against the rules, that's something too intimate for me to do comfortably.
-You have to keep me interested. I can't stress this enough. If you're giving me boring posts with nothing for me to build off of, don't be surprised if it takes a while to reply. I can't force myself to write something productive without something to move off of.

*In the mountains of Colorado, two hikers meet each other. One is free spirited and enjoying nature, while the other is searching for an escape from their problems. When the two are trapped together in an abandoned ranger's outpost by a storm, can they learn to rely on each other or will things blow up in their faces?
*A young adult is stuck working a dead-end job at one of the hottest nightclubs in the city; things are glamorous, but they're miserable. One night they meet the son/daughter of a big-shot business producer, who hates the attention they recieve because of who their parents are. He/she finds him/herself intrigued by the young worker at the nightclub. Can they face adversity, hardship, and tragedy and find they're own happy endings?

Hiya! Your description sounds perfect! I generally love a paragraph or two at a time, allows for detail and increased interaction. I totally agree about staying below PG-13, anything else tends to get a bit weird with someone you're only chatting with. (Added bonus, I love capitalization, punctuation, AND spelling!)

Eh-herm, I mean *clears throat* that actually works great, because I usually only do het and I almost always play female XD I'd love to do a mixture of either three, but I think the nerdxjock mixed with the zombie apocalypse (it's a little cliche, but the jock is usually the guy so maybe not so much) or a DoctorxDying patient mixed with WWII. Maybe one could be a soldier and the other a nurse? Or something like that, idk yet :)

If you'd like, we could do both ideas. I can handle tons of rps at once, too--on a regular basis, I make sixty or more posts in a single day, and I'm on nearly every day. :3 Most of my zombies are based off of zombie designs in Left 4 Dead, with quite a few major tweaks, so they're not slow and ambling--they're actually quite fast and can be very dangerous to people!

For the nerdy boy, what kind of nerd are you looking for? Like math nerd, art nerd, academic nerd? I have the perfect zombie for either one. And around what age range?

For the WWII one, I could definitely play a soldier. I have a bunch of different characters that could work with that!

I'm good with that description of them, I love Left 4 Dead and the zombies make my day. I was going to leave that up to you :) I think any kind of nerd would be absolutely adorable in this situation, but maybe an academic nerd would be good.
As for age range, anything reasonable is fine for me, from late teens to anything before fifty, really XD I'm not picky about my young'uns.

Let's see...*browses through available nerdy characters* I have an artsy, academic sort of nerd I could use who's a real sweetheart and a bit of a pacifist...he's a little young, though--he's sixteen...I have another one that's not really nerdy-looking, but is reclusive, reserved, and does nothing but bury his nose in books and be antisocial--he's nineteen...

Considering how my best solider sort of guy is and acts...he would probably be good as either a German or English soldier. So he could go either side...*ponders*

I think both characters would work well for the story, but i do agree that the former is a bit young. The girl I was gonna use is a bit of a ball-buster (pardon my terminology, but I couldn't think of a term that sounded right for her :sweat: ) so I think her and the nineteen-year-old would work out interestingly. Her age is flexible, but she usually plays as the older teen, usually a senior in high school if not freshly graduated.

As for the war, I think it would be interesting to play out on the side of the Axis powers. It would be an interesting sort of challenge, you know, fighting for the other side?

I thought so. Okay, then--I shall use my nineteen year-old. When I use him as a zombie, he automatically takes the form of a Hunter, most of the time. X3 If we want to, we could always add in the younger one as their companion at some point. My younger one takes the form of a male Witch.

I can't physically make threads due to my bad internet situation--I try and then when I go to post it up, it just won't post D: --but I can make starting posts and all that. Little profiles might be good--maybe just a picture/physical description, age, and gender.

That would be cool, if he caught her off guard, knocked her out and dragged her back to... somewhere XD Where do those guys go on their time off? Does he speak? That would make things so deliciously awkward for her if he didn't at first XD

And no worries, I have no problem making it :) I just know some people preffer to make it themselves. And a short, sweet profile would be nice to do X3 If we use a picture, do you preffer an anime/drawn picture or a "real" picture?

My Hunters are usually much more animal-like than my other zombies. He won't be able to talk and won't be able to understand English very well. So if he holds her hostage as a human for a while, or decides not to bother biting her, there would be an extreme language barrier. XD That would be fun.

The picture for my soldier is an anime-ish picture. It's so hard to find real pictures that suit my characters. But, use whatever picture you like. :3
