i was eating a sandwich when the first little chunk broke off.
now a few weeks later more of it broke off and i got a nice chunk missing now.

i was alright the past 2 weeks with it but
today for some odd reason it really hurts like hell.
a constant dull throbing and once and a while
i get a sharp pain going up my jaw and down my jaw the other way
