Felt like making a topic for this since no one has yet.

I got the kinect for Christmas and god its so fun. I have Dance Central, Kinect adventures and Kinectanimals.

Dance central was EXTREMELY awkward at first but after a while I got more used to it. I really love the smooth game-play and how much the game senses your movements so you actually have to dance correctly and you learn the dance along the way. :)

Kinect Adventures game with the Kinect and its just like wii sports but for the Kinect. This was the first game I played on the Kinect and i really enjoyed it. I love all the different games and how they're relatively different from each other rather than the same game-play for each one. Its fairly basic but lots of fun when you have friends and family over. :)

Kinectanimals is REALLY fun. Its a kiddie game but its graphics are excellent and the gameplay is really smooth. I also love how you can interact with your animal in many different ways, by speech and movement. God its just such an adorable game. XD

What are your opinions on the Kinect? :)

but I think I'm gonna wait until they bring out a few more games for it since there are only a few select :(

I just got one and I love the games! Unfortunatly it's a little exhausting after a while and you kind of have to redecorate rooms so you can play with it. This is kind of dorky but I really wish they would make an Avatar (airbender not space smurfs) game for it...water bending with a Kinect would be so much fun!

I have one. I got it just after Thanksgiving. I have Kinect Adventure and Deca Sports.

I have to admit that the Kinect looks awesome. And this is coming from someone who has always hated everything X-box.
But to me at least, it is looking like X-box is going to win the motion-sensor race or at least pull far ahead.

O my gosh! That sounds fun!

The only reason I want a Kinect is for 'Just Dance'. Honestly, thats it....

I have only played it once but I LOVED it. I played a song on dance central and totally creamed the kid that challenged me XD He phails at robot dance and being asian I naturally excelled at it, beat him by about 300,000 points on medium XD I also did one game of kinect adventures with the raft thingy, that was ok but the other mini games on that looked slightly better. Had I not done those I never would have wanted and xbox because I am a nintendo kind of person, but now I WILL be buying one with a kinect this summer XD

I have a xbox but not kinect... it too expensive for me... :P i hope i will get it someday

Haha online play sounds really fun, sadly I only got the little free trail online play and I never tried playing dance central online at the time.

I'm quite the Nintendo fangirl too but honestly I'm really opening up to Xbox, never thought I would either. XD

The Kinect is really fun looking. ^^ I loved Dance Central (played at my cousin's house) but I cried during Kinectimals (I'd lost my kitty a while ago, so my heart kinda melted at the cuteness and reminded me of said kitty...). I'd get an Xbox 360 with the Kinect if there were more games that I wanted for the Xbox...

You can get the camera by itself.
