I really LOVE Sander Cohen's theme song from Bioshock which is called 'Sander Cohen's Masterpiece' :D I mostly like it because it really suits the character well since it has a sense of insanity but an artistic sound to it. Its also pretty different from most of the other songs in the Bioshock soundtrack. (not that I don't like those either, I honestly love anything from Bioshock. <3)

There's a few I can think of off the top of my head.
The Last Unicorn - The last Unicorn by America. I LOVE that song! The music is great and I love the lyrics! I've always loved that movie!
Hitsugaya Toshiro character theme - This Light I see by Paku Romi. The lyrics suit Toshiro perfectly and Paku-san does a great job of staying in character through the song even if some parts do sound a bit strained. She still does a brilliant job!
Power Rangers Wild Force (Seriously!) The song that Princess Sheyla and Merrick song. I've ALWAYS loved that song! I can still remember it even after all this time!

The Neverending Story theme. Why WOULDN'T it be in my head all day?!

The cheesiness of this theme is like the cheese of the best grilled sandwich you've ever tasted.
