Well, I usually wouldn't be, but they had messed up last semester and when they had changed their systems they somehow lost my highschool records. So, when I try to get into the classes I needed, they wouldn't let me join, because it said I didn't have the right prerequisits. But I did have them. So, the classes filled up and it took awhile to sort things out with the school and by the time that happened, they had already completely filled and had huge wait lists. So, i'm on the wait list and its looking like I can't get into my Botany class. :/ Which is why i'm stressed.

Rogue has a nice sound to it though. XD;;;
But if you think we should change it, I'll go make the edits.

I know, right?! D< I was so angry. I mean, if they were going to change the system like that, then they should have warned people about it and let them know to get the info in again before registration came up. It happened to a bunch of other people, too. Some friends from my physics class told me I should talk to one of the people in the science area, and that he might be able to talk to the teacher and get a good chance of me getting in the class, but I could never catch him in his office or his schedule conflicted with mine. :/ So, I never had the chance to try to talk to him about it. They said that he was very angry about it, because it was happening to so many people, and that he was the person to go to to fix it, instead of the counselors. I wish i'd been able to talk to him. :/ I should have thought to email him, but it just had totally overlooked me.

They wont do anything about it, so i'm pretty much screwed. I mean, i'll talk to the teacher, but i'm pretty sure its just going to be a case of "well, shit happens." and they'll tell me better luck next time. :/

advice on the rules...hmm nothing really pops out that i need to mention. D: ! i haven't created a b/c thread in forever so i'm not savvy about what goes on. you're probably more knowledgable XD

Yes! They are just kind of acting like "Eh, bummer" about it. I think they might have dont it on purpose in order to screw over a good amount of students, because we already have waaay too many students attending suddenly, and now no one is leaving like they use to. Usually after several weeks, your class would lose at least a quarter of the people that had started. Now it pretty much stays completely full the entire time, so its even harder to get into classes. So, I think the school is screwing with stuff to make it harder for people to get in classes, so they'll have less students. D<

I dont know. Its just an idea. :x All I know is there is too many students, and it didn't seem like these screw ups were happening until we got totally packed (which happened because CSU's got even more expensive, so a lot of University students are sworming to Community Colleges in order to get their GE done cheaper), and I think its suspicious that they aren't trying to do much at all to fix it. If they're the ones that screwed up, and they kind of act like "eh, whatever" about something that serious that they caused to someone else, then I think its a bit suspicious.
