An interview is an interview. They're all the same nerve-racking thing, it doesn't matter where it's held. ^^;

I can hold an interview just fine... as long as the air conditioner doesn't go anywhere near freezing! The cold makes me stutter which in turn makes me nervous and makes me stutter more... @.@

My interview is tomorrow morning at nine. It's snowing right now.

And it's going to keep snowing.

And snowing.

And snowing.

All day and night :cry: We're supposed to get six to ten inches of snow before tomorrow. If it snows that much, and the roads are bad, I might be unable to drive to the interview!

Try calling them and telling them the situation. Usually employers are just fine with rescheduling the interview if the situation calls for it. They like it when people take the initiative like that. :yes:

I live in Wisconsin, and it's shit during the winter. You'd think that employers would understand the inability to drive to work, in especially bad weather. But that's not the case! Several of my friends have been fired from work because they've called one too many times about missing work, because of the weather. Or at least been written up for it.

If the roads are plowed in the morning, I'm still going. Maybe it'll show I'm dedicated...willing to troll through lots of snow to get to work. >_<

Ahh I see, well good luck with that. I wouldn't know the first thing about dealing with the snow since it only snows in the mountains in California. ^^;

There's no snow in California. Like, none. It snowed ONCE for five minutes in 2001, when I was in first grade. Our teacher let us out to play with it, but as soon as it hit the ground it became water. :cry:

@Abomination: I remember something like that happening! :O However I believe it was mostly hail, but it actually was frozen so it looked white as snow. Maybe something different happened with you. :P

@Demo: It was definitely not hail, though I do remember it hailing sometime when I was in like 4th grade. Super huge hail too. I remember getting almost knocked out by one on my way to the bathroom. ._.

Ouch, that sucks. D: Hail can hit pretty hard. I've never been out in hail before, though.
