Lightning took Yuffies arm around her shoulder and carried her on the Gullwing's Ship. Yuna walked in after and went up to lightning and said " Yuffie's right you are bleeding pretty bad" Lightning looked to her arm now covered in blood. She took out some extra clothing she brought and ripped a piece off and tied it around her arm. "there that should do it. I'll be fine" Tidus came in and picked Yuffie up "I'll put her in a bed" he said heading towards the elevator. "Please stay on board Lightning" Rikku begged and Zell too. Lightning nodded "I'll stay on until Yuffie wakes up" she said. Lightning decided to explore the ship and ended up out on the deck. Its beautiful up her she thought. A little later Paine joined in. "Hey" she said. Lightning didn't move but responded "hey". Then paine asked the question on everyone's minds. "Is Lightning really your name?" Lightning turned her head towards her for a moment then back to the setting sun "No. I changed it awhile back." "Oh. But why to Lightning" "Because it can't protect. It can only destroy." She responded. There was a bit of silence then Paine asked "So whats your real name then?" Lightning sighed "It's Claire. Claire Ferron, but i do not use that name anymore." "OH. I see." there was another moment of silence and Paine headed back for the door. She stood at the door way and said "By the way, I think the name suits you, but not because you destroy, but because you are strong, bright, and beautiful." she walked through the door and joined the rest. Lightning didn't say anything or move, but when Paine said those words her eyes grew bigger and filled with tears. Her sister said the same thing to her before.

Yuffie suffered from strange dreams. This time she dreamed that Aerith and Cloud were doing a strange dance in the middle of the Seventh Heaven Barroom. All the tables and chairs cleared away. And then Tifa walked into the room wearing a bloody white t-shirt that hung to her knees. She had blood all over her face, and Yuffie knew it was because Tifa had bitten someone. Tifa reached out her hand and said in a slightly dissorted voice, "Yuffie, come join me and I will make your life better then you've ever known."

Yuffie darted up in bed in a cold sweat. She really should've had more then two tranqulizers...

Lightning decided to stay out on the top of the ship. She wanted to be under the moon. It seemed to make her feel calmer. She laid back and looked up to the stars. She lied awake. She didn't feel like sleeping now.

Yuffie felt queezy through the rest of the flight until she fell back to sleep. This time she didn't dream. Waking a few more hours later she decided to use her phone and call Reeve to see just how everyone was doing.

The Phone rang in Reeves office and he picked it up, "Hello?"

Yuffie said, "It's me. I just woke up and was wondering how everyone's doing?"

Reeve answered, "I've not heard anything from anyone since just after you left. We're having problems with strong monsters that will attack people in towns. Everyone's busy at the moment Yuffie." Just then a loud Bell Clanged in the background. "I have to go. We're being attacked. Good Luck Yuffie. Strenght and Speed to you." He hung up.

Yuffie sighed and got up. She felt better rested and headed to the elevator she vaguely remembered before she passed out. She pushed the button to head to the bridge. Getting off at the bridge Yuffie walked in and looked around. "Where's Lightening?"

Yuna and rikku looked around for a moment "We haven't seen her in a while" Rikku said. Paine stood up and turned to Yuffie "She is up on the deck outside" She said. Rikku and Yuna looked over to Paine "You saw her?" Rikku asked and Paine nodded a yes. Zell replied "She seems like a loner. I wonder why she needed us" he said looking to the floor. He felt like he nor the others were needed. "I don't think thats true" Yuna said sweetly. "I think she enjoys the company, but she is very stressed out" She continued.

Yuffie looked over at Zell. "She's alot like my friend Vincent... He's a loner kinda. But when he needs his friends help and is willing to admit it then he takes it. That and it's like he takes the weight of the whole world on his shoulders. He blames himself for things that are out of his control. She's upset because her hometown was attacked. She's probably blaming herself." Yuffie turned around and as she walked out the door she said, "Yuna do you think you could go with me? I need someone to walk with me out there."

Yuna smiled."sure" she followed Yuffie out the door. "Hey Yuna, She's right about Lightning. She is blaming herself for everything. And i also think she is hiding something" Paine said as Yuna was heading towards the door. "Hiding something? Yeah i think so too, but we shouldn't pry. She will tell us when she is ready to" Yuna said. Zell walked up to Yuffie and and Yuna "I hope you can cheer her up and bring down here." he said with a blush.

Yuffie got on the elevator and waited for Yuna. She thought about her dream. She wondered if she could mention it to Lightening or Yuna. They both seemed to know more about what was going on then her.

Yuna smiled at Zell. "Don't worry she will be fine. She is Strong" yuna said getting on the Elevator with Yuffie. "Shall we go we go up now?" she said looking at Yuffie

Yuffie nodded grimly. "I don't like moving things... I get sick. It'll be worse up on the deck." She told Yuna about her nightmare. "What do you think? Should I tell Lightening?"

Yuna looked for a moment. "Yeah maybe you should. She might be able to help or decipher the meaning of it." She said without smiling. Yuna pushed the button and up they went to the deck outside. The door opened and there Lightning sat. Not moving not nothing. She was just sitting with her knees up to her face and her arms wrapped around them.

Yuffie started to wobble and weave over to Lightening. "Hey are you- Ugh!" Yuffie vomited all over the deck of the airship. "Sorry Yuna." She mummbled. "Do you think you could tell Lightening about it..?"

Yuna grabbed Yuffie as she vomited."Its okay.Don't worry about it" Yuna said as she left her in the elevator. She went out to lightning and began talking. Lightning didn't look very happy about Yuna had told her. She was quite worried. Lightning nodded and came back with Yuna to the elevator. "Yuffie, Have you had any contact with people from your home land or heard anything?" Lightning asked her

Yuffie made a pathetic nod. She mumbled "I'm going back to the bridge. I'll tell everyone there." She pushed the button to the bridge and when the elevator arrived she stepped off. She walked down the small hall to the big room and waited for everyone to be ready to hear what she had to say.

Lightning pulled Yuna off to the side for a moment. "It could be sign that things are growing worse. These dreams could be preview to what this new evil can do"Lightning said very worried. Yuna nodded and got back on the elevator and headed back down to the bridge with everyone there

Once Lightening and Yuna had entered the bridge Yuffie said, "I called Reeve when I woke up. He's my boss of sorts... Anyways he said that the whole world, my planet, has been under attack. That monsters are going out of their way to attack in towns and even more attacks on travelers have been happening. People are dying right and left on my world. And to top it all off I've been having strange dreams." Yuffie described both of her dreams to the team. It made her sick to even remember them.

Lightning was afraid of that. "I thought as much. Same things have been happening at my home too" she said putting her head down. "I am sorry for getting all of you involved. I am afraid that now all of you are going to suffer the same fate now especially since you joined. They will start with attacking your homes til get you to back out and then they will come after you" Lightning said. Then she began to shake "It pains me very much but this is my fault. You don't have to get involved if you don't like. Should you chose to back out the attacks will probably lessen up a bit. This is my doing so i will put an end to it" she said forcefully knowing that if she would just obeyed her orders from the boss none of this would happened.

Yuna thought for a moment "Well i don't know what happened to make this your fault but either way you don't have to do this alone. You have friends here to help you when you need it" Yuna said putting her hand out. "we are a team now and i am not going to abandon you" she said. Rikku and Paine both nodded and put their hands on top of Yuna's. "Thats right we are a team" Rikku said.

Zell put a finger up to his head. He scratched his head and said "I don't know what's going on but what do i got to lose" he nodded and put his hand in. "Count me in" Tidus also said adding his hand.

Yuffie staggered over, still sickly from her motionsickness. She put her hand in, "Look. The Great Ninja Yuffie Kisaragi, White Rose of Wutai does not back out of a fight. Even if it's my fault that my friends are in danger. I'm going to do my best to save them. Besides. I was the best choice for this job. That's why Reeve sent me and not Vince or Cloud. You have the White Rose on your side."

Lightning couldn't help but smile. She nodded and put her hand in. "Okay we are a team then" Lightning supported the sickly Yuffie. "Perhaps we should stick to foot" She said looking how Yuffie wasn't looking too good. "And we may need more help at the rate things are progressing." She added. Her phone rang again. "Hello" there was a voice but a not so friendly one. It was the person she feared the most. The one causing all the problems. She hung up the phone and put it away. She sighed and whispered "I wish Vanille and Fang were here" She put her smile back on and decided to jump ship.

Yuna agreed with Lightning about going on foot. It would be better for Yuffie.

Yuffie was annoyed that they were making such a fuss over her. "I'll be ok. I'm used to this." She said as Lightening started to head to the elevator again. Just then the ship started to dip and head down to the ground. Someone said 'We're landing'. and Yuffie fell over on her butt again.

Yuna chuckled and helped Yuffie up. "Its better for us on the ground anyways" she said as she jumped ship with Lightning. They landed on the ground. Lightning looked around to the place they landed. "Yuna do you know where we are?" Yuna shook her head. She had no clue.

((I'm going to be gone for a couple of weeks... Starting tomorrow. I won't be back on again until the 31st-ish. I just thought that I would let everyone know so that those who enjoy hearing from me, and those I Rp with won't worry about my absence. Take care everyone and talk when I get back.))

Yuffie looked around. "What are we doing in Wutai?" She asked.

Lightning turned to Yuffie. "You know this place?" she asked the ninja girl. Yuna too was a bit surprised. Lightning took a few steps and then stopped. "Something doesn't feel right" she said as she paused for a moment. She had an extra sense. She could Sense other presences whether good or bad. Yuna didn't move to Lightning but tilt her head and said "what's wrong Lightning?" Lightning didn't respond.

Yuffie could feel the wrong too. She said in answer to Lightning's question, "This is my home country on my world. It's where I was born and raised. It's where I learned Ninjitsu." She looked around. The landscape was more barren then usual but she could still tell that it was in fact her homeland. "I feel something wrong here too. But I can't tell what it is."

Lightning closed her eyes. She focused on nothing but the presence. She moved slowly forward eyes still closed. She stoped and pointed in a direction "There. There is a presence in that direction" she said opening her eyes. "Its approaching fast too. Be prepared" she said as she whipped out her sword ready to fight if need be.
