These Enforcers were the Last of the Horsemen, An Ancheint Race that Sacrfised most of its People To Create a Covanet to Preserve middle earth and the Balance, You know them As Conquest, War, Famine, and Death. It is said in the Ancheint Laws that Once the 7th Seal is Broken, the Horsemen are to Ride out and Punish The Wicked, be they Angels of Heaven, Humans of the Third kingdom, Or Drags of Hell. But somthing is Happening on earth, somthing that is Threatening the Balance, And the horsemen are Said Supposly By the Counciel that the Seal has broken. The Horsemen Cometh.
