When Cam felt Léan start to push he helped by pulling himself upwards with his arms. True to his word he didn't lay a hand on him and when he finally made it over the lip he fell in a tangled heap onto the floor. He lay there for a moment, breathing heavy. Treading water had taken more out of him than he had expected and he needed a minute to steady himself. Finally he was able to sit up and stood up shakily. He made his way back to the lip of the aquarium making sure not to lean over the edge and looked down at Léan with a tired smile on his face. "Thank you so much, I really appreciate it."

Looking down at his dripping clothes he gave an amused grin. "Well it doesn't look as though I'll need a bath today. I should probably go and change into dry clothing." He wanted to ask Léan if he wanted him to come back but didn't. He had already pushed his luck enough for one day, he thought to himself. "Thank you again."

"You should probably take a bath anyway...the fish, after all, live, breathe, eat, and excrete in the aquarium water..." Léan pointed out, dryly. He was peeking over the top of the aquarium...but after a moment, he sank down and lingered underwater, peering at Cam from behind the glass. Seeing him underwater was still ten times as striking as seeing him above water...

"...You are welcome."

Cam laughed. "Oh I know, I was just being amused is all." He gave Léan a lingering glance before turning to go. There happened to be a towel near where he had gotten the fish from and he went towards it. Pulling his shirt off, he dropped it on the floor and toweled himself off. There was no point in keeping his shirt on since he would have to change anyway and this way maybe he wouldn't drip through the house as bad. Bending down he picked his dripping wet shirt up and put it inside the towel.

He could still feel Léan peering at him so he turned around and gave him a quick grin and a wave. Then, turning he headed down the stairs and out the hidden door. He stopped to look inside the aquarium once more before he left. It was much lighter now and he wondered just how long he had been inside the aquarium.

Only one resident of the house was up. Hirsch was lumbering through the kitchen, poking around to see what was easy to whip up for breakfast. He was just in his pajama pants and not his shirt--he'd obviously felt hot and hadn't bothered walking around with the shirt on. This, of course, showed off his torso, which was lean and slender but had just the right amount of muscle in it.

He seemed to be perplexed over how to prepare a box of frozen pancakes he'd found in the freezer.

Cam turned to leave and walked back towards his room. He had to pass the kitchen on the way but didn't really notice Hirsch standing there since his mind was still on Léan. He had left a trail of water from the aquarium up to this point and he planned on getting a towel and wiping it up after he had taken a bath and changed into dry clothes. Since both brothers had been hard to wake up before he hadn't bothered being very quiet as he walked through the house. Right in front of the doorway to the kitchen he dropped the towel his shirt was in. Cursing he bent down to pick it up.

Hirsch heard the errant curse and glanced over in Cam's direction, somewhat puzzled. "...Oh. You're up..." His voice was still heavy with sleep, indicating that he had only just woken up in the course of the past ten minutes or so. "...You look like you went for a swim..." he added, his tone a bit concerned and wary, considering he knew that the merman was still getting used to his new surroundings.

Startled, Cam almost dropped the towel he was holding again and looked over to see Hirsch. He hadn't expected anyone else to be up yet. He felt his breath catch when he noticed he didn't have a shirt on. Even with their awkward moment last night, Hirsch still never failed to get his blood pumping. He looked down at his wet clothes and laughed. "You could say that. It was more like I fell in instead of voluntarily getting in. Then I had to have help getting out." He was still wondering how Seymour had gotten in and out. There had to be a place for that, right? "I'm not sure how long I was even in there..," he said thoughtfully.

"He didn't hurt you, did he?" Hirsch had set down the box of unopened pancakes and was regarding the human before him with concerned, suspicious eyes. He didn't really trust the merman just yet. So...he was assuming that their little surprise swim together had not gone very well. Hirsch didn't spend much time in the aquarium. He liked hot places, and the aquarium was usually quite chilly...

He didn't seem to notice that Cam had reacted, at all, to his being shirtless.

"Hurt me? No, not at all. He actually helped me get out! Is there a place to get in and out of the aquarium? I couldn't find anything so he gave me a boost." Cam looked up and saw the concern in Hirsch's eyes. "I think I scared him at first, since I basically fell on top of him." He realized how that must have sounded to Hirsch and grinned amusedly.

"Nah, you have to climb out. Which means if you fall in, you're basically screwed until someone finds you," Hirsch replied, sheepishly. "There's a little ladder in there that Seymour uses to get in and out of the tank...use that next time, or at least set it up. Just in case..."

Hirsch poked around at the box of pancakes and grinned at Cam's words. "I'll bet at least some part of him got a thrill from that. I have no idea how to make these, by the way."

"He was quite hungry. Apparently they hadn't fed him very well at the market." A dark look crossed his face. It still made him angry to know that Léan hadn't been well taken care of before they had brought him home. "That's how I fell in actually. I was giving him some fish." He walked over to where Hirsch was standing. "No I think I scared him more than anything."

Cam couldn't help but grin at Hirsch. "Your hopeless in the kitchen, I hope you know that. Let me go take a quick bath and put on some dry clothes and I'll come help you."

Hirsch made a face at Cam and then shrugged. "Yeah, I'm hopeless in the kitchen. But Seymour isn't, and he takes care of most of our kitchen needs. The most I can make food-wise is, well...a sandwich, I guess. I'll be awaiting your return..."

Hirsch set the box of pancakes down on the counter and turned around, leaning against it and facing the other counter. He leaned back slightly, causing the muscles in his torso to stretch out slightly. He was unaware of how much he was exposing himself--he was just tired and didn't care about being shirtless.

Cam laughed at the face Hirsch made and then turned to leave right as Hirsch stretched himself out against the counter. Cam stopped and stared, lust coiling in his belly instantly and his breath catching. He had seen him completely naked of course but there was such an appeal to him only having pajama pants on, accentuating his torso. Unable to look away he just stood there and stared for a moment, desire lighting up in his eyes.

Hirsch was confused when he noticed Cam wasn't moving away, but when he spared a glance in his direction, he suddenly understood why. The human was frozen, staring at him. Hirsch shifted a little so that more of him was visible to Cam.

"Like what you see?" he purred.

Unable to speak, Cam could only nod. Heat shot up from his groin into the rest of his body when Hirsch shifted. He closed his eyes, trying in vain to compose himself. He still had to get into the shower after all. Keeping his eyes shut he turned around, his breathing ragged as he tried to get a hold of himself. Now that he couldn't see Hirsch he opened his eyes. He wondered if Hirsch was so sleepy as to not notice that he didn't have a shirt on as well. "Ok I'll be back soon then," he said a little raggedly.

"Happy trails..." Hirsch hadn't noticed that Cam was shirtless, seeing as he'd been drowsy, but the sudden lustful spark between them had sharpened his mind and he'd finally noticed. He turned back towards the pancakes, trying to open the box and get the frozen hunks of bread out onto the counter.

Cam walked back towards his room and found some clean dry clothes and wandered into Hirsch's room to use his bathtub. He filled the tub up with warm water and made quick work of cleaning himself up. toweling off he pulled on a pair of tight black leather pants and pulled a red silk button up shirt around him, leaving it unbuttoned. T

Then he padded back down to the kitchen and watched amusedly as Hirsch tried to figure out what to do with the frozen pancakes. Shaking his head, he moved in behind him and wrapped his arms around his waist. "Here let me help you with that." His stomach was pressed up against Hirsch's warm back.

Hirsch purred softly when Cam's arms wrapped around his waist, and he leaned back into the human's offered embrace at once. "Mm...very well, Chef...go for it..."

His voice was deliberately heady with lust. Hirsch really knew how to wind people up when he really wanted to. He noticed that Cam was much warmer than usual because he'd just gotten out of the bath, and seeing as he felt cold, that only made him want to snuggle with the human some more.

Cam responded instantly to the tone of Hirsch's voice by pulling him closer against him and nuzzling his neck gently with his lips. He grinned against Hirsch's neck and looked down at the frozen pancakes. "Looks like you can put them in the microwave." Reluctantly he pulled away from Hirsch and took over the process. Moving in front of him he pulled out a plate and set a few of the pancakes on it and placed it in the microwave and set the time. Once they had started cooking he leaned back against the counter, his open shirt revealing his sexy stomach.

And Hirsch stared. Oh, he stared...

Incubi were not known for being shy creatures. Hirsch was no exception. In a few seconds' time, he had drifted over to where Cam was standing and his hand had slid inside of his open shirt, caressing his stomach and chest affectionately. "You sleep well?" he purred, resting his head on the human's shoulder. He did not seem upset by what had happened between them last night, at all.

Cam shivered pleasantly when Hirsch's hand slipped inside his shirt. "..Mmm.." He wrapped his arm around Hirsch, pulling him in closer and sighed with contentment as Hirsch put his head down on his shoulder. "Yes I did. Cuddling with you always relaxes me." He snuggled up a bit closer to Hirsch, enjoying just being with him.

The microwave beeped at them just then. "Of course, I get comfortable and have to move." Even with his words he didn't move from his position, knowing the pancakes would need to cool down. He lightly kissed Hirsch on top of his head. He certainly wasn't going to bring up last night if Hirsch wasn't. It was enough to know that he cared, they didn't need to have a big discussion about it.

"Cuddling is fun...but there are some things that are even more cozy and internally satisfying than that..." Hirsch crooned, slipping his other hand into Cam's open shirt as well. His hands were cool, cold from having fiddled around in the freezer looking for food to eat...

He didn't want to move, either. He wasn't going to bring last night up at all. No, he was still a little shaken by it. And until he was more comfortable with the topic, they would go nowhere even if they sat down and decided to talk about it.

Cam shivered from the feel of Hirsch's cold hands rubbing on him. "...Mmm better stop that. Your pancakes will get cold..." He shifted slightly so that he could have Hirsch's body as close up against him as possible. He reached down with one of his hands and brought Hirsch's head up so that he could kiss him softly on his mouth, the kiss quickly becoming more passionate, his arms encircling the Incubi.

"We can always heat them up again, now, can't we...?" Hirsch reminded Cam, his hands exploring freely and determinedly. He quickly made sure the kiss grew as passionate as possible, wrapping his arms up around the human's neck. He was so engrossed in his kissing the human that he didn't even notice when footsteps came down the hallway.

"...Eeeeek!" Seymour was in the doorway of the kitchen, and a terribly crimson blush had leaked out across his face. "I...I'm interrupting--I'll leave..." He immediately made to leave, embarrassed.

Heat crashed down on Cam as Hirsch eagerly returned his passionate kiss, his hands roaming freely around on Hirsch's body as well. He was just getting into things when he heard the shout from Seymour. He broke their kiss and looked Seymour's way, seeing how red he had become. Cam attempted to break away from Hirsch, knowing they had embarrassed Seymour terribly.
