It's an okay album. I still like her older stuff better though. Maybe it'll grow on me once I listen to it more.

No posting links to files containing album leaks, warez or other illegal stuff, please. <3

Edit: I should clarify - the download links are what I'm talking about.

I'm flabbergasted that this actually had to be clarified...

I haven't had a chance to listen to the album yet, since we've got company at the house. :)

The album isn't that bad. I'm surprised. Took me forever to download a version of it, but I finally got it.

Americano is amazing, actually.

Heard them on BBC radio 1's big weekend.

I wasn't impressed with her performance there and by the time these came on I shut off.

Lady Gaga lip syncs a lot in live performances. I dislike all singers and bands who do such.

Speaking generally (because I've seen Gaga sing quite a bit on the live performances I've seen) I figure it's a general trade off. The band/singer is either more interested in the music or the spectacle. I go either way about it, since the spectacle can be fun, too.

I just downloaded the album from iTunes, and from what I have heard so far I do love it. Though I am a little monster at heart.

I think Lady Gaga is a very inspirational artist who becomes grows more and more as a better artist every time she enters the studio. Not only is lady gaga a great musician, she is also an activist for gay rights. Which is very inspiring. It shows that fame, wealth, and success has not changed her views and beliefs.
But i do not understand how religious people are so offended by her music. She went to a catholic school and is very religious herself, so she is not just some random person pretending to understand religion. Shes actually a really person. People are just looking for reasons to hate.
I did get her new album. All of the songs a very different, which is a good thing, i hate musicians that just repeat the same song ten times and it becomes a hit everytime. Well lady gagas songs are all different. I ecspecially like the song hair. Its a song about her parents trying to control her and how she dresses.

I like "Edge of Glory." I don't like "Hair." I'm actually very picky with the album...think I only listen to a quarter of it, really.

No, I prefer her earlier albums instead.

I'm actually finding "Hair" really catchy now that I have the album. But one of my favourites has to be "You and I"

Pretty much everything that plays under Bloody Mary is pure sex. It's easily my favorite song on the album.

Hair and Scheiße are quite possibly the most perfect pop songs ever written.

My German friend says that she's not actually speaking German in Scheiße. So I guess what she says in the beginning is true.

I'd heard that too, about Scheiße. Apparently it's a mix of several languages, and some shit is made up, so it's near impossible to translate. It sure sounds German/Austrian/Scandinavian, though. :D

A couple of words, yeah. That much I could tell for myself, but it's catchy no matter the language.

When I heard "Edge of Glory" I loved it. Whenever I hear it it just makes me feel happy. Compared to other songs I hear on the radio, it's really cool. It does kind of have that older-music kind of flair to it. It's nice that there's a popular song with that kind of sound to it. It's really a song that makes me seriously consider just getting up and dancing. Though, I usually hear it at two in the morning, so I usually don't. XD I'm very loud when I dance, so I'd probably wake my parents and get in trouble. I like it better than some of her other songs. I haven't listened to 'Hair' yet *is too lazy to grab her headphones and take a listen* but I have a feeling I will eventually, since one of my friends seems like she's addicted to GaGa's music. ^^;

I read Lady Gaga's Edge of Glory supposed to have this "Mafia theme". I could have loved that :D I love Mafia-like hotness and with Lady Gaga's "eccentric" touch, it would have been awesome *O*
