He stuck his tongue out at Xypher at his teasing in a friendly manner. He then smiled enjoying himself. He looked onward to where he pointed out where he lived, strangely getting even more excited with their goal in site. When the boy offered the race, he gave a dog like grin peltering after him, quickly he was easing into a graceful lope, he easily caught up to him, just pushing past the other, hoping to eg him on faster.

((have xypher explain it as fashion and wear something similar? LOL! We should totally make them share a bed too, or maybe theirs a storm and Cerberus sneaks into bed with him))

Xypher's ears listened to Cerberus' footsteps getting closer. He smirked before he noticed that he as being passed. "Ah? Alright then, we'll go faster." he joked as he ran even faster, passing past the boy, closer to the door. It was to be expected that the two of them would be fast. They weren't really human after all. He reached into his pocket for the key to the door, so he wouldn't have to stop for too long to enter the house.

( lmao, I'm not sure he'd wear something like that. XD But he could pass it off as something that would be more comfortable for him. >.> And, the storm thing would completely work! XD Albeit he might get surprised about Xypher being up at the time. )

He grinned tempted to stick his tongue out, but didn't. he pulled up next to him as they ran, deciding to keep in pace with the taller man. At least for now, he wanted to be on equal footing, so to speak. He stopped abruptly an inch or two before the door, almost hitting it in his last second stop. he wasn't panting, but there was just a light sweat upon his brow. it had felt good to run, not only to run, but to run with another. He hoped they could go running again sometime.

His eyes affixed to the door. he noticed Xypher already had the keys out. he stood to the side to make sure he had easy access to the lock. he looked up he could see some dark clouds moving in. Perhaps a storm. He had never been in a rainstorm before. he wondered at the prospect as he waited for them to be let in.

He smirked lightly, letting Cerberus beat him by just a few inches. He didn't want to crash into the door, so he slowed down a bit and came to a stop in front of the door. "Nice little job, wasn't it?" he joked softly as he placed the key in the lock and turned it. "Remember, no ripping up my stuff. Some of it was rather hard to smuggle in here." he teased and opened the door, showing the boy inside. There was an archway a little beyond the front hall leading to the living room. He placed the keys in his pocket and led him to the living room. There was artwork and other decorative items along the way. In the living room there was leather couch, a flat screen tv, coffee table, and a few plants. The most noticeable things were knickknacks that seemed like they really old. Of course, being who he was, things needed to remind him of home. Some of the modern things were nice and all. But, he liked having things from the old times.

"wow," he called as eh walked in. it was quite a nice mix of now and the greek style most of their kind valued. he looked around walking behind him, a surge of happiness going through him. He almost wagged his non tail at the moment. He stopped his butt wiggle as soon as it started and he looked over and grinned at Xypher. He raised the bag and handed it over to him.

"A sort of thank you gift for welcoming me into your home. I uhm, just sort of thought of you and uhm..." he blushed and looked down at his feet.

He hadn't noticed the but wiggle as he had been in front, but when he heard the bag rustling, he looked down. Looking surprised at his explanation, Xypher smiled. "Well, thank you. However you didn't have to get me anything." He took the bag none-the-less and looked inside. Seeing what it was, some form of glowing crystal, he chuckled. "Thank you." he said, pocketing the gift and patting Cerberus' head. "Would you like me to show you to your room, or want some food?"

He smiled, a tongue just barely sticking out.

"I know but I wanted to." He took a step forward, still taking in the new surrounding.

"uhm what ever is more comfortable for you.... Are you hungry or anything?" he asked, not really knowledgeable about the etiquette at visiting some else's home and wondering just what was expected of him.

Xypher chuckled, patting his head once more. "Well, thank you." he said, leading him to his guest room. "I'll show you to the room. Then we'll get something to eat. If you are hungry." He was feeling a little hungry, but not really for food. Food he could hold off on until the next day. However, since he had a guest, it would be rude to not take care of his needs. "Here is your room. Not really much but, I don't have many guests." he admitted.

The room had a full sized bed, with dark red and silver bedsheets and pillows. It had two small tables on either side of the bed. There was a lamp on top of the one on the left, while a small book on the edge. A huge window that was currently closed, and a small television. Also a door that would lead to the bathroom.
