So, I was totally green coming onto Menewsha and I had no idea where to start, continue or finish. I had no help from anyone except one or two extra friendly folks and my keen sense of direction when it comes to these things, so I had to flounder around for myself one or two times before I finally got the gist of things. I think it should be somewhere in the improvements plans to add a newbie page like a step-by-step intro on how to earn gold, make friends and such.
Now that I know how to go about it, I think I'm gonna like it in Menewsha.

Well, in the Fresh Meat forum there's already stickied posts to help guide Newbies. A gold earning guide is second from the top and a starter guide is fourth from the top...
And unfortunately, a guide for making friends would be very short and vague. xD;

Plus there's an entire FAQ forum there for you to get your bearings...

Aw, I'm sorry that you had to figure out the site on your own, Wamakai. We've tried to make things as easy as possible by setting up guides in the Fresh Meat and Info Desk forums, but the lines of communication must have crossed somehow. Do you have any suggestions for how we might be able to make these guides more easily noticeable for new users like yourself?

Is there a link to the FAQ in Fresh Meat? Because that would probably be helpful. I remember my first couple of days were confusing too.

The FAQs have a lot of useful information on how things work on Mene. I would for sure check them out. :)

I think it would be neat if they could appear as an announcement. Like how it tells new users to post in Fresh Meat.

Aside from some of our newest games not being mentioned in the Newbie Starter Guide, was there something else in there that you noticed was out of date?

The gold limit for games still says 500 (but I figured that would be updated along with the new games. :yes: )

In "Miscellaneous", the Guide to Earning Gold just links me back to the Home page.

I haven't been here in a long time and am having trouble purchasing and keeping new (basic) clothing items. I "checked out" of the store with basic panties and basic shorts but they are not showing up in my inventory....

Oh, I get now what the problem is...I actually don't have enough money even for basic stuff...how lame.
