Hahaha it took me a couple read-throughs though, I was just so excited to get to the spinning that I had trouble processing all of it. The time frame stuff is still a little foggy, although I plan to sort that out after my morning coffee. xD
I've had this account for a while, but was only active on it towards the start of the summer.

Ah, well welcome back, then. Always awesome to get returning users. ^^ And i'm glad to hear that. The events here are especially nice, because you get to meet so many people at once. Its a good way to make friends right of the bat. :yes: And Mene definently is full of a lot of nice people. :)

@ Ace - I just dont care for people that much. Haha. I dont trust them, and I dont like being around a lot of people all that much. I'm suspicious of people, so being away from them is nice. I live in a tiny little town which is rather perfect for me, minus being nearby pretty nature. Its an agriculture area, so there are a lot of orchards and what not, and if you go further east you hit mountains pretty quick. They're just not necessarily beautiful as they could be. Coniferous, like I'd said.

Exactly. Not to hate on any thread creators, but nine times out of ten it seems like I could probably write the introductory post without having read it. But I read them anyway because I know if I don't there will be that one time I mess something up. xD
I've had to turn it into a personal form of bingo to make myself focus, "thread origins" plus four!, phrase "follow the ToS" plus five. Hahaha
It's good to be back. (: It just makes me sad because I have school starting up again soon, so I probably wont be able to get on as much, but what can you do? xD
That's exactly what I noticed! Hahaha the quest for pies makes everyone so chatty, and it's especially helping me to come out of my posting shell, I naturally tend to be a bit of a lurker. (:

@ Candy - Well, sometimes they're definently necessary. And for threads like these, where its contests and the like, then its good to have. But yes, some threads its not all that necessary to say much. When its a friends thread, I usually just ignore the first page because I dont tend to care to participate in the contests for them anyway. I'd rather hang out and chat.

lol Yes. Much posting happens during the events in order to get the event currency for items. I think its nice to have it that way, really. It makes people post more and what not. Its good to get people out of that lurker-mode from time to time. I've found myself becoming half-lurker. No bueno. ><;;

I know what you mean. School starts soon for me, and I know i'll be on here very rarely, then.

@ Ace - Haha. I live in a tiny town in California. In the valley, a little bit north from central. Its nice because we have mountains on either side, the redwoods up north, and the ocean to the west. ^^

Yeah, I couldn't fit in with that. I like small quiet towns. I'm not a partier and dont like loud stuff. Haha. And I know what you mean! I hate being stared at. I know its not usually in a bad way, but it still makes me paranoid. D:

I sometimes go to gigs and pubs (I dont drink just with mates) and people just stand there some people stare I just get the feeling all of them staring at me so I just disappear from there with group of friends to quiet place :P I think I can get use to living in your town, sounds pretty and surrounded by loads of prettier and nicer things then polution and building lol
