Sorry guys, I haven't got any more graded in the past day or so :oops: I just haven't had the time or energy once I've got home from work. My intent is to try very hard to get all the remaining journals sorted through on Friday though. So wish me luck, and keep your fingers crossed if yours is waiting to be done!

Well, setting up things like this is a live and learn process :lol: This thread was huge fun, but has turned out to be horribly time consuming. I'm not sure how else it could have been done though. More than one person grading the pictures would mean that different people's pics would have been graded differently, and they'd likely get different points to what they would have if I'd done them, so it's kind of tough.

And I have to admit, that my contest ideas do seem to end up being ovely-complicated and time consuming from a host's point of view :lol:

Maybe just somebody else doing stuff like sending the Yans, telling people that their stuff has been scored, that kind of stuff, while you do the actual judging. That would take a bit of pressure off, no? And you wouldn't have the differing opinions on the judging board.

Not really, as I'd have to tell someone to tell someone else that they'd been scored, so I might as well tell them myself >< And only AAs can issue items :yes:

oooh yeah that's true on the grading thing. one thing i did mention in the feedback thread was that there should've been more frequent updates with the yan yan adoption points--but that was from the users point of view not the hosts. it is super time consuming for the hosts if to make grading fair cause only one person can do it. ;-; <333
