yea we were ok, carzee, just lost power for a bit... we have a generator so it really wasn't much of an inconvenience :P

but i think when the power went out it fried the wireless router, soooo i'm not sure how long that is gonna last :stare:

fair enough. i spend basically my first year like that on mene. participating in events and playing tetris. its been like 3 years since i joined mene though. ive progressed beyond tetris. i now play other games too. lol

I used to play tetris, now I play the fishing one. I prefer it, because it can't drag on for hours the way tetris can. This is only my second mene year. I joined last February. :yes:

well most of the people i end up talking to on mene are under 20. and i am 25. i have graduated from university and am trying to get a career and a house and stuff. there is a handful of people who are my age and older that i chat to fairly regularly, but most of the people i encounter on mene are 5+ years younger then me. making me old.

That makes sense I guess. I'm *calculates*.. eight years younger than you. Wow, that's more than I thought. But 25 still isn't particularly old. My mum's on here, and she's 42. :)

and yeah, i know there are a handful of people on mene older then me, its just the majority of people are like you, 5 or more years younger. its ok. it just makes me old. more often then not it amuses me. and its not like i stopped being on mene. everyone here is really nice despite age differences or any other difference for that matter. and thats why i love mene so much. you guys cant judge me on how i look, only on how i dress my avatar. and there is almost something sacred about that you know?
