Tonight is the big night.. The night everyone dies.. Livian thought. She sat in her large armchair facing her bay window, Shadowfax, her cat, curled up in her lap. Her fingers were laced together and positioned under her chin. Everything would go perfectly, she knew that. She had played the night out in her head over fifty times. It would be utter perfection. Mistakes were unacceptable. She sat, unmoving, for the rest of the hour, until the set had set. Then, without hesitation she stood, Shadowfax fell to the floor. She brushed her dressed slightly. Cat hair clung to it but she couldn't care less. She had never cared much about material items. Her family was the riches family of the state, she could have anything she wanted, and all she wanted was for all the filthy, rotten, liars, thieves, and criminals coming to her house tonight to burn. And she'd make sure they did. Her door squeaked behind her. "Are you ready Antonette?" She asked, looking out her window she could see the first car arrive. The ballroom would soon be filled with scum. Laughing, dancing, smiling, scum. "Let the game begin." She said quietly before turning to her sister with a smile. On a normal night she would feel hallow, empty, hungry. But tonight she was almost excited, almost. Like any good sociopath, Liv was, for the most part, emotionless. She faked her emotions well though, when it suited her. Of course there were two people she never had to fake emotions around. Her beloved sister Antonette and her, for all intensive purposes, companion Jack. They were the only two that knew the true her because they were the only two just as screwed up as her. The only two people that knew about the horrifying things that would take place in Ambrose Manor tonight.

Antonette smiled as she stood in the doorway, holding her most beloved doll. A doll that she made special for this occasion. A doll that looked exactly like her, to commemorate a new beginning. The 'big day' as she called it. "I'm so excited sister...I really am. I want to see every last one of them bleed." Excitement stirred in her stomach as she laughed. As sick and twisted as it was, the only thing that could excite her anymore was the sight of blood. Watching others suffer and bleed to death was her passion, and just the thought of it was enough to set butterflies free in her heart. In the back of her mind, a small sliver of sanity told her it was wrong. But she fed off of that thought. Knowing what she did was bad. Her whole life, they'd been raised to appear like the perfect daughters. She despised her parents, and the only ones she held dear were Livian, Jack, and of course her many dolls.

Liv chuckled lowly. But she wasn't amused, not really. "Calm yourself Nette. We don't want a haste to ruin us." She said as she causally laced her fingers with her sisters, almost pulling her out of the doorway and down the hall. "Lets go make nice with the beasts." She said.

As she walked her mind was on Jack. She hadn't talked to him for a few days. She hoped he would play his role perfectly. Yet she knew if he didn't he would be easily replaced. She wasn't exactly attached to him in any special way so killing him off and finding someone new and just as twisted as she was wouldn't be too much of a chore.

"You remember what we are to do first correct?" She asked. Wanting to make sure one more time Antonette wasn't slipping to far into her mind to risk their mission. She loved her sister but saw her condition as tragic. The girl was void of sanity. More so than her own self at least. On top of that Liv's ego made her feel pity for her sister. She pitied her sister's falling sanity and felt motherly over her. "I trust you Nette. Don't let the sweet pull of the darkness tempt you with risky choices." She said, meaning to not tell the darkness whisper ideas into her head.

Antonette smiled softly and bit her lip, "Yes, I remember. Don't worry." She held onto her sister's hand tightly. She'd always looked up to Liv, and would do anything for her. Including sacrifice the last shred of sanity she held. But she needed it. Needed it to trick the monsters gathering at their home. "Oh where is our beloved doll Jacky at? I do hope he's on time. If he's late, I'll make him bleed instead of them.." Jack was important to their small 'team'. At least somewhat. She knew they could replace him easily, but she had just begun getting used to having him around. A loyal pet of their parent's had become one of her favorite dolls. He took orders without question, and she'd seen just how twisted he was as well. She wouldn't admit it to anyone, but he even frightened her a little.

Liv ground her teeth and clenched Nette's hand tighter. "As much as I'd like to do away with the puppet, we need him. Neither of us are strong enough to haul away bodies and bury them." She tolerated Jack but did not relish the idea that he was a pawn of their parents. He reported to them first, the jobs he did for Liv and Antonette were on the side. He dropped Antonette's hand as they approached the door to the Ballroom. "Play your part well, Antonette." She said before pushing the door open. A wide smile on plastered on her face and a brightness in her eyes. She hurried down the stairs and glanced over at her parents, her mother waved in return but did nothing other to recognize her children. Their parents never cared for them. They were only trophies to them. Prizes to show off to others. Her parents only cared about three things: money, sex, and illegal products that would get them even more money. She stood close to the greeter at the door, watching some of the people walk in before the greeter smiled to her. "Is there something you need Ms. Ambrose?" Liv shook her head with a small smile and continued to watch the flow of people move in. Until one man stopped, a closet pedophile that invested in trafficking illegal alcohol and sex slaves.

"Why Liv! You're looking well. Where's your sister? You two are always glued to each other by the waist." He said, crossing his hands over his portly stomach. He was a normal looking man, early forties maybe yet his head was already nearly bald with just bit of grey-brown hair clinging to the sides of his head. He had squinty dark eyes and a long dark mustache. Liv was disgusted by this man.

Unlike most people here, Liv always did her homework. She knew every dirty little secret everyone had in this room. She was clever and always looked for hidden meanings behind things, after all.. people weren't hard to figure out. "Why, Mr. Louis! Its been ages. About a year am I correct?" She paused, disgusted old twat. Die in the depths of hell. "My sister is probably off, keeping her distance from you." She lower her voice. "She doesn't like men. At least not men like you Mr. Louis. And I'm sure those other young girls you're so found of didn't like you either." She narrowed her eyes and turned on her heels. She felt like she was the wolf in the middle of a herd of sheep. She felt arrogant and powerful. She was only 19 yet she felt as if her wit far surpassed anyone in this room. She knew this night would go over well. She was not going to be undone, not by scum.

With a smile on her face, Antonette floated through the crowd of people, trying to decide which should go first. Like a kid in a candy store, they all looked so tempting. Yet so disgusting. All of them were. And they all deserved their fate. But she played her part well, smiling and greeting them as if they were old friends. Just like mommy and daddy expected. She wandered until her eyes fell on a tall woman with long flowing blonde hair. "Delicious." Antonette thought to herself. She knew full well who this woman was. Eclair Lunest, high up in the slave market. She was quite possibly just as wealthy as her own parents. With a long neck and pointed nose, and a mouth big enough to swallow a watermelon. Possibly an exaggeration, but the thought made Antonette giggle softly to herself. This woman was responsible for young girls all over the world being forced into becoming slaves for wealthy old men.

"My, Ms. Lunest, your hair is so long and beautiful!" Antonette said sweetly as she approached, interrupting Eclair's conversation with a group of men, "I wish I had such gorgeous hair."

Eclair instantly grinned wide, her twisted smile, making Antonette slightly sick in the stomach. "Well now, Mary was it? I'm sure if you grow your hair long it will almost be as perfect as mine. But poor dear, your hair is as black and dull as a lump of coal."

"Antonette." She said with a forced smile, "My name is Antonette. You'd do wise to remember that, Eclair. Enjoy your evening at our manor." She spun around and quickly disappeared back into the crowd, gripping her doll tightly. "Vile disgusting woman, I'll carve the name Antonette Ambrose into that giraffe like neck of yours, and I'll carve it on your gravestone so you'll never forget."

Jack sighed as he stood up, dirt covered his pants. He wiped the sweat from his forehead and dropped his shovel next to the twelve foot deep hole he'd dug. "Dammit, I got my pants dirty..Oh well." he lit another cigarette and took a quick puff. He had to make his way back to the manor quickly, knowing the Ambrose sisters they'd begin the slaughter soon. The labor of digging graves was getting old, but he'd be lying if he said he didn't enjoy it. Those girls were sick and twisted, and he was no better. He'd killed his fair share of people, and the rush was exhilarating. However he didn't waste time making them suffer like they did. At least their victims were paying a price they'd put on their own heads. And for that, he had to give them credit. He brushed off his pants as best as he could and made his way back to the manor, forcing a calm smile on his face as he entered the ball room.

Liv's eyes were instantly on Jack as he slid through a side door, he stood in his working clothings, tempting to fix his bow tie, or take it off. He was never one for formalities. She knew that. "I was beginning to think you forgot your role in this." She spoke threw clenched teeth, a smile on her face, yet her words were harsh. "You'd do good to be on time." She warned. "Things need to be flawless tonight, Jack. Screw this up and I'll roach your head and head it to Shadowfax for supper." Her last sentence did nothing to cover up her brutality. She waited for a response from Jack but he eyes drifted across the room to the entrance, two men were entering. Both tall and seemingly around Jack's age. One had blonde hair and the other brown, both had a pale skin. They dressed in formal wear but something about them was off, not like the rest of the people in the room. These meant weren't meant to be here. And like a lion stalking prey she bolted across the room, leaving Jack alone. She hurriedly pushed past people and in front of the greeter. "Excuse me gentlemen but this is a private party, invited guests only. You'll have to leave." She said, not looking either of them in the eye as she stuck an arm straight out to her side and attempted to 'sweep' them out of the door.

The brunette cleared his throat. "Excuse me, Miss. But we are invited guests." He raised an annoyed eyebrow and handed her his invitation. He pushed passed her arm then and she took the invitation in her hands. "We have no time to deal with child's games right now. You'll have to excuse us." He said harshly, fixing his tie as he walked into the crowd.

Liv's facade faltered for a fraction of a second, her eyebrow twitching in fury. "Pardon me gentlemen. I didn't recognize you." She said, even though they were out of earshot already. People were staring at her outburst but she merely straightened her spin and let the invitation fall to the floor. She wasn't petty enough to set a death warrant on the rude man. Not yet. She needed dirt on him. She needed Jack.

Liv hurried back across the room to Jack who opened his mouth as if to speak but she spoke first. "Those two men. Who are they? Why are they here? What sins do they relish in?" She asked. "I need information now, Jack. I'll pay you extra just get me that information. If they are innocent, highly doubtful, they can't be here." She did all but push him out of the room afterwards. She then sighed and continued to greet others in the crowd yet her eyes kept going back to the two strange men. She was irritated her plans were hindered but she secretly hoped they were high up criminals, she would love to torture that rude brunette.

Jack had his eyes glued on the two men as well. He had absolutely no idea who they were, but he would soon enough. Though Livian's pushy attitude did nothing to improve his own. He sauntered through the room, tailing them almost and watching their every move while acting completely natural. Conversing with guests and doing his best to bite his tongue, he had the two men pinpointed at all times. They didn't look at all familiar, and didn't look as if they could possibly be in 'the business'. He calmly made his way over to Antonette, who was smiling and jumping from one guest to another. He grabbed her arm and pulled her to the side, making sure they were unnoticed.

"The two men over there. The brunette and blond. I can't figure out who they are." Jack said quietly.

"Jacky! I'm so glad you could make it!" Antonette blurted out, loud enough to catch the attention of a few guests and to make Jack bury his face in his palm in disappointment. She lowered her voice instantly, "They look interesting, I'll go speak with them!"

"Wait!" Jack hissed, grabbing her arm again before she could bolt off, "That might not be the best decision, you should just keep an eye on them."

"Don't be silly Jacky, I know what I'm doing." Her green-blue eyes narrowed as she looked up at him, "But if by any chance I don't like them, I want you to take them out for me. I'm bound to kill with reason, but you. You're a monster Jacky." With that she wiggled out of his grasp and started off in the direction of the two men.

Collin scanned the room until his eyes fell on Mr. and Mrs. Ambrose, tending to a small group of guests. "There they are. The king and queen of the underground. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous." He loosened his collar slightly, feeling uneasy about the whole operation to begin with.

Liv's eyes widened as she saw Antonette start to walk toward the two unknown men. "Stupid girl.." She whispered under her breath as she walked to intercept Antonette. However, she quickened her step and was still unable to keep up with her sister's fast movements. She arrived a second after Antonetter had started a conversation with the two men. "Excuse my behavior from earlier gentlemen. We are very strict here and I was afraid you were... uninvited guests." Her smiled slightly then, taking Antonette's hand in her own. "I am Miss Livian Ambrose and this is my younger sister Antonette. We are pleased to meet the both of you." She stuck out her hand instead of curtsying. She believe men should treat her as an equal.

Faris rolled his eyes at the eyes, not wanting to waste his time with the two. "Why don't the two of you leave us alone and go play house or whatever it is kids do these days." He said, turning away slightly and sipping on a glass of whiskey.

Liv's bit her lip and killed the urge to rip his head off, verbally of course. She had a very strict 'Kill-only-criminals' policy. "Sir. I am only trying to be polite. And I am nineteen, hardly a child." Her eyes wandered to the blonde, he seemed.. positively nervous. What would such a normal looking man have to be nervous about? Especially at a party? Unless he had a big, deep, dark, secret. Liv smiled inwardly, he was the key to this puzzle. "I hope at least you will forgive me Mr...?" She asked, hoping to charm her way into the truth. Something was weird about these men and she wanted to know what it was.

Collin cleared his throat and took her hand gently. With a bow, he kissed it lightly, "It's a pleasure to meet you Miss Ambrose. You'll have to forgive us, my friend here isn't much of a party person. My name is Collin Dupre, and this is Faris Avrill." He smiled at her sweetly, his bright blue eyes glued to hers. He tried to bury his nervousness and look as charming as possible. Being rude to the Ambrose daughters could be a fatal mistake, especially since they were here for their parents. The last thing he wanted to do was draw attention to them specifically and give away their position.

Antonette smiled, "Faris is it? I like that name." She just had to know more about this man. His attitude sparked her curiosity, and she wondered just how hard it would be to make him beg for his life. Trying to picture him with a desperate expression was hard, and she ended up starring at him blankly for a moment.

Liv rejected the idea of ripping her hand out of the man's grasp. She also rejected the idea of vomiting all over his shoes. She wasn't sure what that feeling was, the one when he kissed her hand. Disgust? It didn't feel like disgust. It was like lightning and butterflies.. and vomit.. then disgust. Liv swallowed the feeling and contorted her expression into a smile, a weak one. "Nice.. to meet you.." She slide her hand out from his. "Now if you'll excuse me.." Her eyes searched the crowd for Jack. She needed that damn information already. She wanted to get on with her night and forget that.. unpleasent feeling that man gave her. She didn't even bother with Antonette as she walked away. They could deal with her strange behavior and her obsession to cross personal boundaries. Let them be. She stopped looking for Jack after a few attempts and instead walked to the first level bathroom. It was meant for many guests so there were stalls instead of just one single toilet. She panted above the sink, trying to figure out if she were really going to puke or not. Her stomach felt shaky and she actually felt nervous. A man had never kissed any part of her before. Not even her own father had kissed her goodnight. She frowned and straightened herself, staring into the mirror. "Disgusting creatures.." She said, looking over herself as she walked out of the bathroom.

Faris snorted slightly. "Thats a first." He said before taking a drink of his whiskey. He meant entire that it was a first that a woman had practically ran from Collin. With his feature most women were drawn to him like bees to honey. And he also meant it that someone had complimented his name. His name was unique and foreign so many people found it strange or weird. Not once had he even been complimented on it before.

Collin straightened his back and tried hard to smile. "A first indeed." Never before had a woman run away from him like that. He felt as if she were giving him the cold shoulder, for a reason he didn't understand. He'd always been good with women, but hardly ever admitted it. His skills of manipulation was something he was never truly proud of.

Antonette smiled awkwardly at her sister as she walked away, confused by her reaction, but quickly turned back to the two strange men. "I don't believe I've seen you two before, are you new business partners of our parents?" It was important that she find out who these men were, and what exactly they were here for. Obviously Jack wasn't going to get anywhere lurking around corners. If you wanted to know something about someone at an event, you had to ask them. Not watch them like a vulture. Antonette liked the more direct approach to life.

Faris turned his attention to the girl. The girl looked like a younger, frail version of her sister. Except her hair was cut short, odd. And her eyes were brighter. "Something like that." Was all he said in response to her question. He cleared his throat slightly and took another sip before turning toward Collin. "People around here are strange." He said, eying the crowd again.

Liv slide out of the bathroom as if she were a ghost. No one seemed to noticed her. Her eyes were glued to Jack, standing by the stairs, seeming to be listening in on a conversation. She straightened her spin and narrowed her eyes. She barely stopped walking to speak to him. "Now Jack. The two men will be causalities if nothing else." She spoke quickly and walked on, pretending to speak to others in the crowd. She knew Jack would leave the room unnoticed and cut the power for just a few minutes, long enough for Antonette to pull aside their father and make him drown in his own blood. She knew Antonette hated killing quickly but it was needed. At least for now.

Live stopped to glance outside. The wind had picked up considerably and the trees were whipping around outside. She smiled. A storm was coming. How utterly fitting. She half hoped something would happen to the bridge and everyone would be stuck until dawn. It couldn't get any better than that.

Antonette quickly spun around, a smile on her face as she left to find her sister. "This feeling I have...It's so delightfully tragic, I can't figure out what it is. Is it love beating within my chest, or has my heart finally begun to thaw?" She slid up to Liv and pulled her to the side, "I've decided that I want a pet. And the perfect pet sips whiskey with a sour face." She said with a laugh. "Oh can't we keep him Livi? I've never had a pet before. I want his heart as a trophy."

Jack simply nodded and slid out of the room casually. After he was out of sight, he pulled out the long dagger he always kept on his belt. He'd remembered when he'd first received it, from Ambrose himself when he first took on the job. How ironic that it might just be what kills him tonight. If the girls decide they don't want him that is. He was fine doing some of the dirty work himself. He walked along the side of the manor to a small shed that was kept lock. Sadly for the guests, Jack carried the key.

Liv glanced over at the two men. She felt empty again. Comforted by the emptiness. That moment of awkward feelings she got from that man had set her uneasy. But she was now hallow and safe again. "Do with him as you please." She said, looking down at her hands before glancing back up at the lights. "Just take care of our plans first." She said nodding in the direction of their father. "Do it quick, in the corner of the room. Approach from behind so you don't get blood on you." She said before walking away, as if her sister were an amateur at the art of killing. She sighed softly and walked across the room, standing directly in from of the bay window. She could faintly make out Jack's figure. And just at that moment a cold chill ran down her spine. Someone was watching her. She could feel it. She turned slowly, looking around the room until her eyes landed on Faris and Collin. Faris was staring at her. She frowned slightly and moved to the center of the crowd. She didn't understand why he kept looking at her. She assumed he was some type of pervert of something.

Faris couldn't see Mr. or Mrs. Ambrose from the angle he stood at but he could see Liv and Antonette, until Antonette disappeared from his sight as well. So he kept his eyes glued on Livian. Something was off about that girl. She was oddly cold and there was something dark about her but he couldn't make out what. He began to wonder if his whiskery was making his judgement falter. "So whats the plan?" He asked, turning his eyes to Collin once Liv glared at him and walked into the center of the crowd.

Antonette couldn't help but lick her lips as she made her way across the room. All the while, her eyes glued on 'daddy-dearest'. The knife she'd hidden in the flower pot in the corner of the room was just beside her father. She'd planned ahead, and after retrieving the knife, quickly slipped it behind her doll. "Finally. It's time we build our own empire."

Collin sighed and ran his fingers through his golden hair. "We need absolute proof that they're the ones in charge. We get close, make them trust us, and get what we need." He glanced up, scanning the crowd, "Damn I can't even see the-"

As the lever went down, the entire manor grew dark. Jack counted softly, Antonette only needed ten seconds to finish the job. Ten seconds of darkness.

Antonette moved fast, jumping up behind her father and running the knife across his neck. She bit her lip to keep from laughing as a choking and gurgling sound escaped from his throat. He fell to the ground instantly, wriggling about like a worm. As much as she wanted to enjoy the moment, she didn't have the time. She quickly found the flower pot and returned the knife, then shoving her way past a couple of confused and startled guests. As soon as the lights went back on, a scream from her mother brought all eyes on Mr. Ambrose.

Liv stood completely still, holding her breath. She counted. One.. Two.. Three.. Four.. Five.. Six.. Seven.. Eight.. Nine.. Ten. The lights came back on and Antonette was standing beside her again, a faint smile on her lips. Liv looked her over quickly just one drop of blood clung Antonette's thumb. "You're getting sloppy, sister." She said wiping the blood away before a monstrous scream echoed threw the crowd. "Act sad." She whispered before taking Antonette's hand and pushed through the crowd. When she saw her dad her face was the perfect facade, shock, horror, disgust, fear, and sorrow. She turned to Antonette, holding her tight and sobbed lightly into Antonette's shoulder. The tears were fake of course, but needed.

Faris cursed under his breath as the lights went out but quickly they came back on. There was just a moment of silence before a bloody scream shattered his eardrums. He froze for a moment before setting his whiskey down and forcing his way through the crowd. As he saw the blood and the body he knew their original plan was gone now. Instantly, he brought out his detective badge and pushed the crowd back. "Everyone back!" And paused seeing Liv and Antonette. "Nobody leaves! You are all suspects!" He yelled to the crowd, his badge held up high in his hand.

Fighting back the intense urge to laugh hysterically, Antonette managed to muster up a few tears and clung to her sister as if their father had been the center of their world. Inside she was filled with glee, but also disgust. Liv was right, she was getting sloppy. A little practice was in order obviously. Even though she loved the sight of blood, having it on her wasn't her favorite thing. She'd rather admire it's true beauty from a short distance, and know that it's visibility was her doing.

Collin felt his stomach twist a bit as he saw Mr. Ambrose's body. A nervous sort of feeling, as he knew it wasn't just in disgust. Deep down inside, a part of him was actually delighted in the fact the man was dead. He was nothing but scum, a man with dirty money and blood on his hands. Though he was one to talk, as Collin himself had a few skeletons in the closet. He cleared his throat and stood next to Faris, holding his badge out as well. His eyes kept wandering back to the body however. A clean cut had been made, whoever did this was stealthy and knew exactly what they were doing. Glancing around the crowd, there were no signs of blood on anyone's clothing, besides those who had been standing in front of Mr. Ambrose of course, who looked absolutely terrified.

Liv pulled away from Antonette and moved away from the crowd, pretending to be in complete distress. She moved to the opposite side of the room and sunk in a chair, staring down at her hands in her laps. She glanced outside, no traces of Jack were found and the storm was kicking up more and more, rain began to scatter itself across the window. She had to bite her lip to keep from smiling. She couldn't believe how wonderful this was turning out.

Faris tried hard to make a mental note of everyones face in the crowd. His eyes landed on Liv as she pushed herself out of the crowd, leaving her sister to stand there. "Were there any witnesses to this crime?" He paused "And for gods sake somebody get a sheet!" He yelled and watched as a servant that was trying to consul Mrs. Ambrose ran off to fetch one. He turned to Collin. "I'm not looking forward to questioning all of these people." He paused and glanced back over at the body. The cut had been made from the left to right, meaning the person was right handed more than likely. Not to mention the blood sprayed outward against the people standing closes to him, had the attack been standing in front of him they would be covered from head-to-toe in blood, not just sprayed. The attacker had struck from behind him. And the power failure was obviously no accident either. Whoever did this knew when the lights would go out and for how long. Faris sighed. There were still too many suspects and too many holes missing. He couldn't figure it out just yet. "We need to find the murder weapon as well.." He said quietly before turning to a few of the people that had been standing the closest to Mr. Ambrose and began questioning them.

Antonette's mind instantly started running. She hadn't expected there to be any undercover detectives at the party, though it's no surprise. Her parent's were sloppy when it came to their work, and she had to learn from that. She slid out of the crowd, away from everyone and over towards the flower pot. She leaned against it and buried her face in her hands, pretending to cry. She began to pin point mistakes she'd made so far. Number one, Jack had been seen at the party. Which means it could be noticed that he was no longer there. Number two, the weapon was in the room still. If anything, they could pin the whole thing on Jack, being an underpaid 'worker' of sorts. But it was obvious he couldn't be in two places at once. She needed to talk to Liv, but she had to whine and sob a bit longer.

Collin had been staring at the body the entire time Faris was talking. He nodded slowly and stuttered out a simple "Yes." He quickly cleared his throat again and looked up at him, putting his hands on his hips, "It's going to be a long night. We really want to do this right now? Keep everyone here? I know it's a necessity, but we aren't exactly in a good position to be dealing with all of these criminals." In honesty, he really just wanted out of the manor. Butterflies danced in his stomach, making him even more nervous. This wasn't something a sane person would be excited about.

Liv wondered if Jack would come back in the room. If he dared. If he were caught fingers would instantly be pointed at him. Especially the.. detectives. Liv didn't mind that they were here. In fact she was pleased. It would be like a game of cat and mouse.

Catch me if you can.., She thought and stifled a giggle with a cough. She knew she'd win this game, she was good at games. Very good.

Faris was tired of trying after just a few minutes. Collin was right. He didn't want to sit here and question close to one hundred people. He got up on a wooden chair and whistled loudly, capturing everyone attention. "Did ANYONE see any suspicious activity before Mr. Ambrose's death?" There was a silence and no one answered. "Anyone?" He asked again.

Liv stared at Antonette for a while before standing. "I did." She said quietly, taking just a few steps closer to the crowd.

Faris jumped down from the chair, "Collin, question her." He said as he turned to help the maid cover Mr. Ambrose with a sheet.

Collin nervously walked over to Liv, not wanting to upset her. The poor girl's father had just been murdered. "So, what is it exactly that you saw?" He asked, holding a notepad and pencil. Rather than actually writing down what people had been saying, he'd been scribbling, too anxious to focus. But now that they had someone who might have actually SEEN something, he'd try to write down as many details as he could.

Antonette, still leaned against the flowerpot starred blankly at her sister, curious to see what she was planning. Surely it was only going to make this game funner, as she was growing bored with the silence and pointless standing around. She glanced over again at Faris, fighting back another smile. She wondered how exactly she would make him hers. Would she have Jack take care of him, or would she begin a whole new game within the game. She looked down at her doll, still held tightly in her hand. She pulled at the hair and starred blankly at the buttons she'd used for eyes. She didn't want to make a doll of him. She wanted to keep him instead.

Liv sniffled and fiddled with her necklace, her eyes adverted downward. "I-I don't know." She paused. "There was a man entering the doorway while the greeter was turned. He wasn't dressed formally so I knew he wasn't invited. I went to ask him to leave but the lights went out." She lifted her eyes to his. "Thats all I saw." She said, biting the inside of her cheek. She loved the feeling she got when she told a big lie. It was exciting. But disappointed because she never got caught.

Collin felt looked back her, and felt as if her gaze had trapped his. It took him a moment to look back at his paper and finish writing down what she said. He cleared his throat, "Is there anything specific you recall? His facial features? Anything like that?"

Liv was silent for a moment, trying hard not to smirk. She would describe her male persona. She usually dressed in male clothing when she killed. She liked the form fitting clothing, it made it easier to move. "He wasn't very tall. Maybe about my height. He had black hair that looked like it was pulled back. Pale skin. I couldn't make out his eye color from the distance. Straight nose and narrow lips." She bit her sentence off, almost giving more than needed facts about 'the man'. After she finished she wondered if the detective would make the connection between her features and the ones she just described. Although the ones she did describe were pretty common so he'd be a fool to assume anything but the truth.

Faris slowly walked over to Collin and Liv, he tried to recall his memory of what had happened right before the black out. But unfortunately nothing of interest came to mind. "What've got?" He asked, putting his hands on his hips and leaning back with his shoulders slightly, staring Liv down, trying to read her expression.
