Been busyyyyy!
Going to college online because of medical, not sure if you knew that, so I started up a business while I'm going and it just opened last Monday on the 14th :3
We've had a lot of sales since then but we're having problems getting the newspapers to update the story and let everyone know that we did open on the 14th and that they're free to stop by and shop!
Totally crazy with the newspapers because they say they'll print it, but they haven't yet and it's been since Thursday :/
We were hoping to have it in the paper before the parade Saturday so everyone knew about it lol
Unfortunately, that's not going to happen, though, so I'm going to see if a friend of mine can pass out fliers and post them on the bulletin boards around the city -- hopefully that'll get the word around!

Other then that I've been trying to find an apartment without any luck. 1. they're too expensive for what the people are offering and they're NUTS if they think people are going to pay it, and 2. every where I look they don't accept pets, and I have two cats :/
It's getting to the point where I'm tempted to just buy a freaking house and get a mortgage XD;
I'd rather that than rent some dumpy apartment for $600 a month PLUS utilities and without my two kitties lol
And when I say dumpy, I mean dumpy. In one apartment I looked at? There was a couple pound bag of pasta rotting in the fridge. It was DISGUSTING. And there was what looked like blood on the hallway walls, and the lighting was so dim I could barely see in the bathroom and such, and it was just beyond disgusting and beat up. Not to mention claustrophobically small lol!
Ah well - I'll find something at some point!
I just have to try and be patient XD;

Wow $600 a month, i wish we had places around here for that price xD. I'm lookin at $250-$300 a week for a decent place in Auckland. Super expensive!! It sucks coz we're sick of living in other peoples places, and my partner ain't working so doesn't look like we'll be moving out anytime soon. Plus thats just the cost of rent, you gotta think of food and utilities. Not to mention all the other expenses you have.

Not much, getting ready for my besties wedding, which is this friday. So now i got 5 days off work woop! Can't wait until this is over though.

Where would you move to doodles? Joe said this morn he wants to move to Whakatane someday. I was like... ermmmm noooo lol.
