I love RPing, but, sadly, I wouldn't have enough time to do any of the Mene ones. @w@ I have friends outside of Mene who would miss me to much.

I have time but of course I don't get a lot of people to post in my thread telling me they want to rp with me. ;__; that always happens. So I tracked down a few threads so I will be getting some started soon. I have one currently going on but I am at lost what to post back. So tonight i will probably post then instead of now.

I just started a fifth rp today, but I'm too lazy to post in it.

yep. chatting is the easiest way to get gold in my opinion.

Mostly because the payout for the games is too low. =[]=

Attack of the fangirls only pays out 100 at the most, but you have to play for 20+ minutes to get there. If it's late at night, and no one is chatting, that's fine. But if it's the middle of Mene's day, then it's better to just talk.

Also, some of them get repetitive real quick. I do like Mad Gallop though . . .

I get lots of gold with mad gallop, but yes, playing games is very much not a good way to get gold. rping is like, second best way. I still prefer chatting though.

With me, I just get into the RPs, and then they die down, so I'm sitting there waiting for someone else to post.

And then, when they do pick up again, I've had to move on, or lost interest, or I'm otherwise not able to keep playing. And when the RPs go unfinished, it always feels so draining. . and then I can't really bring myself to just crank out another character to role as. It would be one thing if the RPs were someone similar to each other, or had some overlap so I could, say, reuse characters, or tweak ones I already have. That would cut down on stress~

Hmm, maybe I should look into seeing if there is an OC lounge where characters of all types can hang out, weather they are part of a player's RP or not, or just an standing alter-ego the poster uses.

And if it doesn't exist, maybe create one. >3

I don't know if such a thread as that exists but it would be pretty cool.

I only do oneXone rps and mostly with my friends I've rped with for years. we never finish our stories (look at my sig XD) but rather run the story into the ground. its how our stories always go though.

I've never had trouble creating new characters. I can create them in an instant practically. I come of with story ideas almost as quick. It's time to post that I'm always lacking in.

That's awesome for you. Me? I just. . . put so much energy into the creation, and then when it goes nowhere. . . it's so disheartening. -______-

I know what you mean when a character doesn't get the love it deserves. I just make a new story for them then.

Aside from running them into the ground, any other reason your stories die off in slow and agonizing death?

we forget about them, get bored, that sort of thing. with me and wingsy, its usually there's just nothing left to say or we're in a boring part. with other friends of mine, they get bored of the rp.
