I have tried to handle more than one character before. It gets difficult.

I can always make another person too, though since Alexa is walking around someone can bump into her if they want.

I love having multiple characters. It's fun.

I know I have not posted yet, but working on my person with WherededIGo through PM, so that I abide by the rules, since this will probably be my first thread RP (if I ever get started XD).

I have some quick questions, like how do you decide when to post? Do you have an order that you can change/skip when needed or is it whenever you can post? I am used to instant messages, so I am not sure.

well to answer your question, I honestly read whenever the thread has someone add to it, and I read it throughly, At least twice. Then I decide where my charature would most likely be, like now after interacting with destiney's charature, she is window shoping on the way to her art studio. But if your charature is interacting with another charature, you should wait for them to post and then post after. If you are interacting with more then one charature, you should wait for the other writers to post the reactions of the others before moving one.

Yes, thank you. If that is the case, would small parts be fine if it is needed for the interaction? I do not mind writing a lot, but I rarely will write what my person did during the time in which the other person was reacting.

hmm I"m not completely sure what you're saying there, can you explain a bit more?

Say RPer1 writes four paragraphs and in the first RPer1's character spoke. It is obvious that time passed throughout RPer1's part to the fourth paragraph. The next person writes, RPer2, and RPer2's posts acts as if it is starting from the first paragraph of RPer1 and reacting all the way through, instead of responding as if the action is happening right after the last paragraph of RPer 1.

Well if it was me, I have my charature react to all that has passed in the previous rper's post, and then add to what my charature does next. For me it gives me a sense of direction with how my charature will react to situations, and how I want to mold my little creation, if that helps any. XD

It does, lol. I normally do like a quick summary to show what was done and then write response-like part to my post to keep it flowing. I think I will be able to post soon, but I think mine is going to be introduced by one of Whered's persons. I have to double-check. :)

I like to react as if in real time. Slightly different style I suppose. For example, if your character speaks, then my character won't speak until everything your character said is done. I like to be able to interact with a situation as it happens. So if we meet, my posts will be smaller during person to person interactions simply because I am more like that.

Maiden, you do not have to be smaller. I will adjust and copy&paste parts in how it will assist my OCPD. XD

I will have to do the same, I believe, because most people do not like anything shorter than a paragraph. No excuses for me to post one-liners, if reacting to everything.

Looks: 5’11”, pale skin, trimmed black hair, turquoise eyes
Bio: He grew up with a voice in his head who claimed to be his mother, though only in dreams at night, then it was in the day as well. She was emotionally abusive and tore down his ego, restricting him socially, but giving him all the advantages of her knowledge. Thanks to her, he lived on his own and developed a successful business—good pay when it is a gray/black market—countering police and competing criminal institutions.
Name of alter ego: Blac Modor, pronounced “Black Mod-er” and means “Black Mother”
Age: Unknown. According to her, she choose to appear the same way she did at 16, to mimic her son, but at 16, she looked half that age when she wears makeup to show her features.
Gender: Female
Looks: Black skin, white hair, gray hair, 5’3”
Powers & Weaknesses: 1) Energy, the ability to drain, give or loan it. It stresses the body and causes lack of sleep for each of them mentally, so she uses psychic after psychic to take on the brunt of it all.
2) She can change matter, but in the process it creates free radicals or dangerous chemical reactions. This does create cancer in Blæc at one point.
3) A psychopathic chameleon-like personality, of which there are many flaws that prevent her from forming relationships with more than one person, typically identified as someone with power whether or not she realizes it. She expends most on her energy on the relationship, becoming possessive and jealous, despite the fact that she does not actually need the person, but desires to use them. The one person she wants to interact with happens to be her quote-on-quote “son”, Blæc. She often sabotages his life so that he draws back to her and submits, thanks to his own self-doubt. Blæc however continued to reach out, so she decided to use his need for socializing as a means to gain more power, tracking down a powerful partner and encouraging Blæc to start a friendship.
Truly, she is the weaker of the two, because he can will her to the recesses of his mind, unless she breaks down his confidence, which she has more experience on with him and others. She is also the lazier of the two when she becomes compliant to what she has accomplished, but in a split second her passion can take hold, and she can last longer and burn hotter than any volcano.
