"Hiding is no fun, no fun at all. You do not want to be left out now do you?" She was turned to face the manor, she blinked. No, she did not want to be left out, and yes, hiding wasn't any fun at all. She looked up at him, "We can go together. I was heading this way anyways and couldn't help overhearing your friends predicament. Wouldn't it be nice to save your friends the trouble of having to deal with searching such a big place?" She caught up to him, walking beside him now. She nodded.

"Do ya know where the mirror is?" It sounded like he did, though the cat wasn't really letting on if he did or not. He then stopped, she stopped too, almost bumping into him.

The cat turned to face her, "Wouldn't it be nice to see that friend of yours smile? He looks so serious, and to be all serious all the time is no fun at all." He paused for a moment to laugh lightly to himself, "Then again perhaps you want to wait a long time for them to return.. and possibly for a fight to insue? You must like hiding in cold dark scary woods." His paw took her hand and started to lead her back to the woods, the opposite direction. This confused her. "Alright, if that is what you want we can wait there, with all the wolves, and owls, bugs, lizards and of course...the snakes." She jumped and nearly pulled away. She did not, absolutely did not want to see a snake!

"I am not goin' ta be anywhere near those creepy dings!" She pulled back a little and pouted. She didn't want to be anywhere near the snakes, so that especially meant away from the green house. She closed her eyes to think for a moment, 'Ken won't like it at all if I go with him to thah manor. No, not at all.' She took a deep breath and took the lead of going to the forest. She was pretty sure Ken was almost nearby. Or Jayden, or Liore. Someone besides the cat fellow who never did tell her his name. She paused walking and looked at him again, "What's ya name?"

He smiles and looks at the female. "I am me, and not me at all" he says and turns completely to face her. "I go by Cheshire or some other names as well in the end it is up to you to decide for yourself yes?" He herd her ask about the mirror. "I know many things, the mirror being one of them yes in deed" he passes her heading towards the manor once more "but it is a secret, and a dangerous place in deed your friends may not come back if you do not play your cards right." He laughs a bit to himself, walking along by putting one foot in front of the other. His paw reaches back towards her as he spoke. "So the question is stay or go, so little time must choose fast or perhaps your opportunity will just vanish" at the word vanish he disappeared appearing on a branch as he waited for a reaction, chuckling to himself he watched his little game unfolding.

Marionette nodded her doll like head as he spoke to her, and she said only a few words, but for her they where full of impact, "I trust you" she said it and then once again went back into silence. Walking along she kept her senses on Alert, ready to use her powers of stalking if she needed to. As they passed by ken's group she could not see them, but she felt them. It sent a shiver down her spine but she did not want to cause master any more worry then she could already knew he felt. As they Reached the Morgue she stopped by Master's side, waiting for further instructions.

Blaire waited until the group of.....what where those things? They certainly where not human, the one with red hair had ears and a tail. And the other one looked, well, she certainly wasn't human that is for sure. As soon as they passed Ken re-materialized and then ran off into the forest. Blaire rolled her eyes, what was Sophie thinking running off on her own. Blaire took a moment to contemplate something, she was sure that Ken would find Sophie but she contemplated following them.

She waited for a few moments, while digging through her bag for one of her jars of water, something she was never without. It only took her a few minutes to fashion a solid small pendant out of the water. She then put the empty jar back in her bag. If they where not back within a few minutes she was going in after him. Silently she cursed sophie under her breath. She liked the girl but she could be so carefree at times it made her a liability.

As she listened she nodded along, taking in the words, she was too enveloped on listening and putting things together to notice his disappearing act, but she did jump around until she saw him on a branch. His tail was swishing, "I'll go." She did not know that she had just, in some people's words, "signed the contract with the devil". She was completely unaware of this and something told her to go on. To go with the cat inside of the manor. A small part is who resisted, that small part was of course easily ignored.

She held her hand up to the cat, determination is what lit the fires behind her eyes. "Take meh there." For a brief moment the girl worried about what her decisions would bring, closing her eyes she grounded herself again. Adrenaline was slowly building with her anticipation, when she opened her eyes she saw the cat's eyes clearly. A smile graced her lips.

Cheshire smiled happily and hopped down from the branch taking her hand. "Well then, lets go!" he pulled her close and the two vanish. Blurs of reds and trees and odd animals and people around them for moments before their feet hit the ground again. They were in a dark room, and Cheshire spun a bit. "Ta da~" he laughed and made his way over to the door, where he flipped a switch. The walls were pure white tile, so was the floor. A silver opperation table in the center of the room, and various machienes around it. The counters were full of tools and jars, some of which held body parts such as eyes, or so on. He crossed over to a wall that looked like a cold storage locker, and opened one of the little cubby doors to see the body of a dog inside.

"Tsk tsk, such an odd place indeed" he says closing it, and spinning around to face her and see her reaction. It looked like they were in a hospital out of some horror movie. The room was cold, and smelt very similar to a hospital. A large picture of a man with cold black eyes hung on the wall overlooking the opperation table. He crossed his arms over his chest, this was one room he did not frequent often, and was planning to not be a guest of any time soon. His tail swished lazily behind him as he thought about the whole thing and about what this girl would say he should ask about her name soon as well, he thought he had herd the man refer to her as Sophie, but he would ask later.

She gasped, it's not like she hadn't seen magic happen before, but still the sensation of moving through what seemed like time and space still surprised her a bit. The colors and shapes of people and their faces, it all blurred together. For a second she thought she saw Blaire near, however she was already in a dark room before she could do a double take. He flicked on the lights and all kinds of strange things stared back at her. The girl's eyes got bigger and she had to cover her mouth because she saw a tail from the cubby door he had opened. This was a crazy room, and it was very cold. It made her shiver. Even though the lights were bright and still on it looked like the room was dark. The picture of the man with dark, black eyes that stared down at her made her shiver. She took a deep breath, those eyes seemed to follow her. She began to walk around and looking at things. She didn't touch them, but she did look closely. She'd bend down to look at the eyes in a jar, then she'd look at another and recognize different animal brains.

Her mind worked mechanics on these items, ideas of new designs were springing up. Temporarily she forgot about the earbud that was clinging to her ear, and she continued to look. "It's berry cold in here, do ya know why?" She stood up and turned to look at Cheshire. Her head tilted to one side, "De mirror is not here, right?" She felt like this wasn't the right room for it to be in. She looked for a door and soon saw one, it was near Cheshire. "Should we go dat way?" The brunette's curls bounced on her shoulders lightly as she walked towards the door, but stopped just two feet away from Cheshire. She awaited his answers.

He watched her move around the room and chuckled lightly to himself. She was a curious one, that was something they shaired in common. "It is a lab, to preserve things it would have to be cold" he says. He sighs lightly, and then looks at the table. "It is in fact in here" he says smiling he lifts a paw and motions around the room. "Question is, can you guess where?" he asks smiling.

Gemini listened in silence as Mari spoke to master.she knew the feeling they spoke of, but she trusted completely what Master said about everything being fine.Master knew what he was talking about because Master was smart. Master knew everything, as far as Gemini was concerned.and Mari was smart, too.Gemini believed that her twin was the smart, pretty, responsible and mature one, and that she herself was there to be her twin's protector.Mari was the brain, Gemini was the brawn.stopping outside the morgue, Gemini's normally childlike behavior died down, and she became serious.she knew the importance of their mission.her tail swished behind her as she listened for any humans.Gemini didn't know what a human was, really, or why they were different from Master and his pets, but she did know that it would be bad for one to see them."no human things, Master.how will we get in, mii~?" She whispered.

Hataru looked at Gemini when she spoke asking how they would get in. He takes a breath and looks at the doors. "I suppose we will have to use the old fashioned way" he says. He took out a pocket knife, and slid it across the skin to his hand making a slight cut. Focusing on the blood, it moved up out of the wound like thin ropes soon twisting into the shape of a key, and hardening. He slid it into the lock, and turned it to open the door. The inside was darker then he remembered, and he stepped by holding the door open for the two women to enter. He may have been a questionable guy at times, but he was still a gentleman and would let a lady go first if it wasn't dangerous.

Gemini stepped forward into the building, silent as a cat.she was always amazed with Master's powers, but she was used to it by now.she was also smart enough not to make a fuss, because sometimes people didn't like their powers being showcased.ears perked forward, Gemini waited just inside the door for Master and Mari.she wrinkled her nose.the smell was unpleasant, as always, though others usually couldn't smell it until they entered deeper into the morgue.Gemini often forgot how she hated that smell, but she could deal with it if Master needed he too."it's stinky.mii..." she muttered.

Marionette watched as master created a key out of his very own blood, despite the fact that she knew his powers where incredible it did not cease to amaze her, and also solidify her knowledge that master was great, she thought to herself in a meaningful sort of way. She was watching the scene with loyalty and admiration, while enjoying the fresh air of the night as well.

That did not make her any less serious though. A slight breeze ran through the area that sent a chill down her spine. She gave one last look behind her as if confirming in her mind that no one was watching them, and then followed Gemini into the Morgue. She heard Gemini say, “Its Stinky” and felt that she agreed, but then they needed to do their job so she pushed the smell out of her mind, “Should I check for people?” she asked in a softened tone.

Ken cursed under his breath as he reached the clearing where Sophy was, or used to be. There was no trace of her or her new friend, but the imprints in the ground told him she was there just moments ago. Where had that silly woman gone? he thought to himself. Despite her language, she was well able to defend herself, but she was trusting and friendly where Ken was the opposite, and it was those traits of hers that made Ken worry. Instinctively, he sent out tendrils of dark energy to search the clearing. Gone. Her presence was gone, as if she had disappeared into thin air. Cursing again, Ken stormed back out the forest with long, angry strides. Damn that woman for straying from the plan.

"Blaire, Liore," he snarled at no one in particular, but reinforced each name with an twist of shadow magic. The shadow from a nearby oak tree wavered and wiggled, as if come to life. Find them, he hissed at the shadow as it detached itself from the tree's roots and snaked lazily around his feet. Find them and bring them to me. We move nowww. He watched the shadow split into two and dart off into opposite directions. They would find Blaire and Liore and bring them back to him. And then the three of them would go into the manor. With or without Sophy. Ken sighed as he ran his fingers through his hair once more. He only hoped Jayden wasn't running into any trouble in town. It looked like they would need more time than Ken had originally anticipated.

"Question is, can you guess where?" So he hadn't brought her to the wrong location, she looked around, but was not sure. She wasn't a very good detective, it was Blaire or Ken. She looked at Cheshire, he knew where it was, however she had to guess. She had three guesses, one was in his hand, another would be in one of the drawers and the last guess was that it was in the open. If it was in the open it'd most likely be on the top of something high. She then remembered her device. She clicked the button and said, "I'm fine." She was sure they had noticed, if she had really seen Blaire's face when they warped here.

She pointed to the cat, "I has three guesses." She held up one finger, "One, it's in ya hand." She held up a second, "Two, it's in a drawer dat way." She held up a third finger, "Or three, it's up high." She pointed at the top of the cubby doors he was near.

Blaire had already been contemplating darting in after them. Something, though she could not tell at the moment what it was, did not feel right. Sophie had strayed off the path from the plan and it wasn’t….no, she corrected herself, it was typical of her. Sophie may be capable, smart with her gadgets and quick on her feet but she was also innocent and rather naïve. Qualities that had the aptitude to get oneself in trouble if not kept in check. She made the decision to dart in after them just as the pull of the shadow hit her.

It was a strange feeling, being swallowed by the shadows. She wondered if this wasn’t how Ken felt every time he melded with them. She felt a strange prickle in her stomach, but she left them take her to where Ken was. When she once again found her feet on solid ground she looked up at him. She wanted to make some light hearted quip, but the look in his eyes told her now was not the time, instead she said, “Sophie ran off, didn’t she” she said her eyes boring into his, “or was she taken?”

She still held the little pendent in her fingers but then quickly put it in her pocket, not now. Now was not the time

Jayden ignored the kid over his cigarette, though he did glance at it to see that half was gone already. Grumbling angrily as Ken asked him to stay in town to distract the Heir, he watched the group disappear to do whatever they planned. "Well if ya see my sister, dun hurt her." He asked softly into the walkie talkie as he made his way back into the town, returning the greetings he was sent and vaguely answering the questions they tossed at him. Remembering the rumors that the Master of Ravenwood would visit the morgue on the nights of a full moon, the redhead made his way there. Finishing the last of the cigarette, he decided the best course of action would be to just wait for them to come back out.


Starting slightly, she blushed softly, she had been distracted. An image of a redheaded male had popped into her mind, he'd been smiling at her but Arcis didn't know why. "No I guess not. I do not know the full extent of my gifts. And these random images and thoughts bother me." Arcis spoke softly, the end holding a tinge of anger. Moving around Fang, she placed one hand on the doorknob, turning it slowly. "But the library may hold answers for me." She decided as she opened the door and slipped out, heading downstairs.

((Sadly the most I could think up at the moment. I just woke up and already got stuff to do before work -.-))

Pausing for a moment, Hataru glanced back at the woods before entering the building himself. He herd the two females make their comments about the smell or if they should get started and he nodded a bit. "It is a morgue, it smells like dead people...if you would like to start looking you may" he nods a bit before turning away to the desk. He picked up a few files to look through, noticing quite a few bodies had been moving through this area fore some reason. He sighed a bit, leaning against the desk. He was still a bit worried about the people left behind at the manor, and had to keep telling himself that it was all going to be alright. He looks over at the tow females as they went about their buisiness as well.

Cheshire held up both of his paws to reveal they were empty. "Nope, your wrong, wrong and wrong again" he shakes his head a bit "not a very good guesser miss." He smiled and then disappeared once more appearing behind her. "I'll give you a hint...it's behind not on top, something long since passed, something cold and dark that's always watching" he laughs and turns to the tables looking at some of the odd tools that wereupon it. He picked up a bone saw and chuckled lightly. Hataru would never need a bone saw with his talent. He wondered how the little experiment would react when the mirror was gone..or rather he should say 'if'. He looks over at Sophie and tilts his head a bit perhaps she whould not find it even with the help of his clues. He hoped she would. He felt a little twinge from outside laughing slightly and covering his mouth with a paw seemed her little friend was a wee bit upset. He was looking forward to meeting him soon enough, it would be fun in deed.

Liore felt a bit odd being moved by the shadows. He sighed but allowed it since it wasn't the first time he wasn't confused or anything. When he was released, he brushed his shirt off a bit, and leaned against a tree watching Ken and Blaire. He rolled his eyes slightly and looked up at the sky. It wasn't the first time that Sophie had run off in times where the plan was important. Then again lately it had seemed like the three of them had pulled away from the others. He shook his head why should he care right.. They had a past together, earliest he could remember was waking up in the forest discovered by Ken and a few others before being taken to the hospital. Memories from before that were a no show, and memories after that before Ken and him had gotten into a bit of a tangling situation were more of a blur then anything. He turned away looking at the Manor letting them talk it out as he kept an eye on the building.

Fang sighed lighttly and turned to follow the girl back down the stairs. "You seem to be having flashback or something yes? In that case-" he froze. It had been faint, but a slight noise had come from up in the west wing. That was impossible. As far as he knew, all the experiments were called for, and from checking the door, it was clear it was still locked so how could someone be up there. Was it just his imagination? Was he going crazy..the master would be angry if he just went up there and it did turn out to be nothing, but if it was something he could not ignore it. "Go to the library...I'll be there soon enough" he says and reached into his pocket where he pulled out a long slender needle like tool placing it in the lock. Slowly picking it his stomach lurched at the sound of it clicking out of place. Taking a deep breath, he pushed it open and took a step into the dark wing. The cobra still on his shoulder hissed a bit flicking out its tongue. He knew what it ment, the change in the air was clear, someone was deffenitly over here.

The picture kept staring at her, and after two moments it dawned on her. Shivering she walked towards the picture and placed her hands on the cold frame, the picture of the serious man seemed to taunt her a bit and smile at her. As if he was used to this kind of treatment, the girl placed a knee on the counter below it and pushed it off the wall where it swung wide open. She sucked in her breath hoping that it was right, the girl looked up and saw a glint. The glint was not the golden frame that aided her, it was the glint of the handle of a safe. She raised an eyebrow and knew she'd never figure out the combination. She pulled out some tools and began to work them to take off the knob and then poke until it clicked. Nearly a minute passed until she got the knob off, it was one of the tougher knobs due to it being so rusty on the inside. She poked at the little metal parts inside until it clicked. The pulled it open with one finger to see inside, an object. It was a gorgeous little object that she did not dare to look too closely at. She had heard the stories and was not sure what was all true and what wasn't. She took it out, awed. Mesmerized even. She placed the mirror into her lap as she readjusted the knob and fitted it back into it's place, fixing the safe she had broken, after oiling it. Once she was sure it was on securely she spun it and replaced the painting.

She got off of the counter and clutched the mirror to her chest. Her eyes looking up at Cheshire's as she closed half the space between them. "Is dis one real, or fake?" She glanced at the mirror that was nearby, if they weren't too high she could jump. She bite her lip, and stood there, adrenaline rushing through her veins. Making her sweat despite the cold. Sophy held it very close, she once again forgot about the object she carried for communication.

Cheshire walks over and slips the mirror from her grasp looking it over. The weight of it was heavy. "It is real yes in deed" he says turning away from her to look it over a bit more. He wondered what would her little friend do with the mirror in question. He then paused as he looked at the door which in turn had just opened.

Fang opened the door to the lab and froze. There were two people standing there, one he recognized as someone Hataru had been seen with at times, a cat like being. The other he did not recognize at all, a female with brown hair. There was something else that caught his mind, the picture that hung on the wall was pulled forward a bit, and the cat male was holding the master's mirror. He glares a bit and the cobra on his shoulder hissed, flaring out the hood around it's neck. It bared the long fangs inside its mouth at the two and tightened around his shoulders. "What are you doing in here, hand over the mirror" he says darkly. He at first didn't notice the cold air, but as it slowly began to sink into his muscles, he felt a slight pain and his body slow. He gave no hint that it was bothering him though, and hoped that things would not have to get violent.

Cheshire smiles and sways his tail. "Seems we have company dear" he chuckled a bit looking over at Fang and the cobra. He wondered if he should reveal to the little lady that he was a snake as well, that would have been a laugh indeed, but for now that was not a good idea. He wanted to have a little fun, so he would not teleport them out, instead he would see how things played out especially when her friends arrived. Then if needed he would play his part.

Gemini went off and started searching,though she didn't really know what Master wanted her to find.a body,of course,was the obvious answer.but what body? boy,girl,adult,child? more twins or just one this time? it gave her something to think about as she tried to ignore the stench.eventually,she went back to report to Master."there's lots of fresh bodies, Master.I even found one that just came in, mii~ they haven't even started working on it yet." she said happily,with the tone of a child who had found candy in their pocket.

Hataru looked at Gemini as she reported back to him. He nodded a bit and followed her over to where the bodies were. He looked a few of them over, careful to use gloves he did not want to touch anything yet in case he did not choose them. Soon enough he found the body of two males and then focused upon the bones in their bodies. Slowly the bodies moved sliding off of the table and standing up. They looked more like zombies now, haunched over and slowly moving. He turned back and looked around. "Where did your sister go?" he asks.

Gemini shrugged."Mari goes where she wants.I'll find her.Mii~" she said,and bounded off silently to go find her twin.her sense of smell was no use to her in this place,so she used her ears instead."Mari! Master is ready to go! Mii~ where are you?" she called,knowing her sister would hear her no matter how quiet she was.

Marionette appeared from the shadows, "I am here Master” she said with a softness. She had been checking the place for people, the potential that they may be caught, or seen. It was important that the humans did not see them. This had always been made extremely clear to all the experiments, no mistakes and no being seen. She knew why, she had read enough in books around the manor to know that she and the other experiments where different. They would terrify the town humans. “The master of here is sleeping upstairs”

She thought for a moment, “I can use power to make him sleep more?”

Hataru shook his head, "we have what we came for, there is no need to stay here any longer then we have to." HE turned to the doors, and slowly the two bodies followed. Manipulating the bones of the dead was a bit of a creepy feeling, there was no life in them at all. They were more like giant sacks of meat that lazily moved around behind him because of his focus on their bones. The blood was there to, but that was a bit harder to use to move them unless he solidified it, and that risked damaging the blood vessles. He sighs and moves on his way pausing at the doors. Someone was there, he could feel it and it made him tense a bit. His mind fluttered to the bodies and the experiments for a moment, seems this night was about to get interesting.

She looked at the two new bodies, and wondered what type of experiments they would be. Would they be friends, enemies? She saw the Master tense out of the corner of her eye but she knew better then to question what it was he was feeling. It put her on unease, she could feel it too. Something was very off, only something seriously wrong would cause her master to react like that. She did not say a word but she instinctively moved a step closer, her eyes more watchful. She looked at Gemini wondering if she had felt it as well. She hoped she didn't, and then she hoped she did. If she didn't well, she would be happier, less worried especially if it was nothing. If she did she could be on alert as well.

"What is our move Master?"

Gemini tensed immediately as they neared the door, sensing that there was something wrong.her ears perked forward and her tail bushed out to twice its normal size."Master.should I go first?" She asked her tone suddenly mature in the face of any threat to her Master and twin.
