The only dairy I eat is cheese and yogurt...which is a lot XD! I only drink soy milk though! I've tried almond milk but it's just a little funky. Have you tried rice milk? I've been wanting to try it.

I suppose making large portions is good for two people XD We now have a weeks worth of chili lol

I'm trying to convert to unsweetened soy milk. It's good with cereal, but I'm having trouble drinking it plain. I've heard rice milk isn't... too great. I'm so far happy enough with soy (though it goes bad in like 7 days when opened! Rawr...)

Aughhh I don't know if I could eat that much, .... but send me chili recipe? I've always been curious....
