I'm at the House of Bricks at least once a month, supporting our local bands and seeing some pretty good headliners (Bowling for Soup, Mayday Parade, Heat). But The Killers back in 2005 or so is the last big concert I went to.

Anyways, I was wondering what was your last concert. Or any big/favorite ones.

I'm so jealous you saw Bowling For Soup! 'Girl All The Bad Guys Want' is one of my favourites. :')

The last big concert I went to was Tinie Tempah in the SECC down in Glasgow last November. The support act was a DJ and J Cole. I only really liked Tinie. It wasn't the best concert in the world, but it was alright. I cringed when he started a mosh pit though. He can't pull that off with his style of music.

Though since then I've also seen a metal band called Scum (a few days before Christmas when I was on a night out) and a cover band on Hogmanay. I was supposed to see Skepta a few weeks back, but I missed him because the pub I was in was playing classic music like Cotton Eye Joe and a Grease megamix haha.

My last one was Black Veil Brides.
I didn't enjoy it that much as it was full of little kids who thought they were better than me, giving me dirty looks just because I wasn't dressed the part -.-

However got Feeder and Lost Prophets in November so we bought seated tickets instead of standing this time.

I love LostProphets. Sadly, all their stops in the US are to far away for me to get to one of them.

Anyway, my last concert, if you want to count it, was a cover band in a small club. I honesty do not even remember their name and ended up having to leave because they were so horrible.

As for an actually non-cover concert, my last three were Taproot shows. My next one is Florence + the Machine and I'm beyond excited for that since I've wanted to see them for years.

Electric Six. Saw them for the third time about a year ago at Maxxwells in Hoboken. Great band, great guys too. Always fun to talk with after the concert. Just upset that they're not doing any stops in Upstate NY anymore. Not many good shows up this way except for the big festival style shows but they're just too much for me to cope with, otherwise I'd love to go to the K-rockathon to see P.O.D., AWOL Nation, and The Offspring. Oh well. *shrug*

The Scorpions. My sister, her ex-boyfriend, and I all went to see them a few years ago. I don't remember who was playing with them. It wasn't REO Speedwagon like I thought. I was thinking of when my sister and I went to see Pat Benetar and REO Speedwagon.

I was supposed to go to Warped Tour and even had free admission but couldn't get a ride out that far so I missed it. Shame because I knew a few people playing that I haven't seen in a while and it would have been a good time.

Last show was a cover band called The Underdog. They're pretty good for a cover band.

Not counting Open Mic Nights, because otherwise I'd have to think of every month, last concert I went to was Honda Civic Tour last year, with My Chemical Romance and Blink-182. Matt and Kim opened, it was a beautiful night.

X-Fest is soon, and I want to go to Day 1 at least (Cake + Metric!) but I don't think I can, nor would I even have a ride...

Oh gosh I can't even tell you the general year it's been so long. It was my first and last concert. A laser light show with Pink Floyd playing in the background. Was pretty epic but I dunno if it it really a concert if the band is just music no people... o.o

I was with my godmother (?) in Nightwish's concert. Nightwish is my favorite band, so it was a big thing for me. :3 The ticket was my Chrismas gift from her. I singed almost with every song they played :D I can't wait for the Imaginaerum coming at the cinemas.

The last concert I attended, was as a pained participant in part of my younger step-sister's birthday celebrations. For her ninth birthday, we took her on a 'Girls Night Out' to see JLS.

To put that in scale with my typical concert-taste.. the one prior to it was to see Iron Maiden. That in contrast was incredible, and personally the only concert I've been to that had surpassed it in enjoyment would be in seeing Nine Inch Nails, in 2009.

The last band I saw live was Papa Roach, I wasn't that enthusiastic about it I was at the Indy 500 and they happened to be playing, I actually haven't been to many concerts in my life.

I envy you Wandering Poet, I would love to see some laser light Pink Floyd live, real band or not.

Oh wow, it's been years since my last concert. It was the Decemberists when they came to Toronto, Canada. I was new to their songs and my friend was already a huge fan of them, and she insisted I go with her. They performed their entire album of The Hazards Of Love, that night.

The last concert I went to was about a month ago. I went to see the band (Hed) p.e., and they were also playing with Soil and Xombie. The show was great, (Hed) p.e. actually played some of their old songs (which the never do anymore), and then after the show I got to meet and chat with their lead singer Jared.

Also, even though this hasn't happened yet, I am going to see the band Powerman 5000 play tomorrow, so that will soon by the last concert i have been to.

i go to local shows constantly, but i guess i was on side stage at warped tour this summer. I think that was the last big concert I was at I think, or maybe it was some attack attack show. I swear all the big concerts I go to are always for music i'm never interested in, but it's just fun to hang out with the guys.

The last concert I went to was Chazzstock in Wolverhampton, UK. It was put on in benefit of Ou Est Le Swimming Pool's lead singer Charlie who took his own life at a festival. His dream was to create a sort of backyard festival much like Woodstock but with a small family of bands. Ticket sales would go to The Princes' Trust which I though was fantastic. In 2010 there was a similar gig where the proceeds went to another charity, I think. Anyway! My second favourite band, The Horrors were playing and I had missed them twice when they came to Australia (due to being on the complete opposite side of the country) so I jumped at the chance of seeing them. One of the other bands that I like, The Vaccines were also playing so I though all the better. I had already seen them earlier that year which was funny. There were a bunch of other bands that I have heard of like Spector, Frankie and the Heart Strings and Tim Burgess (who I would later pass walking down a street in London ;) ) plus a bunch of others like Tribes and The Ghosts who I turned out LOVING!. The event was so pleasant despite someone vomiting 2 and a half hours into it, right in the middle of the floor by the front haha OH and the amount go 13 year old girls screaming for The Vaccines but I'm not too bothered by that because I would have been like that too haha. I was more of the quiet crier down the frown row mouthing the words to Sea Within a Sea. The Horror's set was amazing, I will never hear anything like it again. It was so out of this world and they sound so much better live. Faris' voice is just so dreamy and to see Rhys' bass bop in real life is just "epic". I was travelling with my mother and she kept hearing from people that Wolverhampton was a.. different place so she insisted on coming herself. I didn't mind of course since it was all ages and other parents would have been there too and besides I can't let my mum miss out on The Horrors, she loves them too! (Plus she bought me three t-shirts). She was so besides herself when we left, she thought they were also amazing. There were so many lookers there which made me sad because they all dress so well because if you dress in jeans and boots in Australia you will wilt like a delicate flower but saying that, I admit that I was hot in there wearing a parka which was a bad decision because I had my money and phone in the pockets so I couldn't throw it to the side and it would have been a pain to hold onto it. Another mistake was not drinking any liquids until the end of the gig. I had an excellent time and I'm sure my mum did too. British crowds by the way, are much more well behaved than Australian. Kudos to you, Britain.
