I've made a Sweet Treat!

What is it? Brownies with coconut vanilla bean ice cream
Notes: These are fun brownies to make because I used soymilk, carob powder, honey, cinnamon, flour. I wanted to make a dessert that anyone can enjoy. The ice cream is made out of coconut milk and the vanilla flavor works great with the brownie. As you can see, I am almost out of brownies. I passed out brownies and ice cream to my neighbors who live in the same complex. They said that they enjoyed it. I'm glad :)

Neat entry, Spunky! It's a challenge to cook vegan sweets & I'm happy to see someone able to do it, hehe. Would you consider sharing the recipe you used for the brownies? I want to try something like that :3

((*I'm assuming it's vegan, but even if it's not completely you still used a lot of nontraditional brownie ingredients & I appreciate how tricky that can be. ))

Sure here's the recipe I used:

2 Tbsp of honey
1 1/4 cups of flour
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 Tbsp of brown sugar
2 1/2 cups of soymilk
2 egg whites
3/4 cup of Carob powder

Mix egg whites in a separate bowl and then whisk it in with the rest of the ingredients
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes

You can also drizzle your own icing or use white sugar instead of brown sugar so that it can be sweeter.

Brownies! They look yummy!
Speaking of non-traditional ingredients, here's one recipe I've used for it. Not vegan, but I thiiiink you could substitute for vegan ingredients and it would be okay. Not sure though. P:

What is it? It’s basically, a type of fish. Owo We call it, uh Caiyos? Cayos? Not sure how to spell it. Sorta like ceviche, but, muuuuuuch better and tasty. Good delicious food! It also has some chopped greens and some onions. Certain to please a couple of goddesses~
Notes: We had some last night, but alas, my parents ate the other serving, all I have is the bowl, with my username. XD Hopefully it’ll be good enough.

What is it? Just a simple salad. It's a mixture of fruits and veggies. A slice of an apple, tomato, celery and romaine lettuce and a guinea pig.
I know the Aliens will love this, because: It's fresh and crisp! Either they'll love the salad or they can eat my guinea pig.
