I love Linkin Park, and i have a whole list of the songs i like, just took the best i like (Now) There are songs like Numb, In the end, that are the most popular- I listen to them almost everyday, but their still not one of my most favorites.

My favourite band will always be Evanescence. I went to their concert this year, and it was really really good. She's so pretty and quite friendly in person as well.

I dont really, have a favorite band, I love so many, but I really like panic at the disco and fall out boy. My favorite song changes a lot but at the moment it is cough syrup by young the giant. Honestly though, I just love listening to all different types of music :)

My current favorite song is Dear Diary by MikeIWJ, I guess. I just... the composition of the song, the lyrics, everything's bloody amazing about it.
I guess the reasoning behind that is because right now I've been dealing with an ED myself, and my best friend is on the verge of gaining one. So it just sorta speaks out that I need to eat more, y'kno?
Anywayss favorite band is actually tied. Hollywood Undead and a Korean band, B2ST. HU have gotten even deeper with their new album and the songs are really good. The way they mix ballads and rapping, and having fun with seriousness is great and just keeps us entertained and loving them. Their new album is more ballady than rappy though. I don't mind though, it's still an amazing album and their old one is still great.
B2ST really have a great message, and they really care about their fans. The fact that a lot of songs of theirs are DEDICATED and written just for the fans makes me smile. They really work hard, and you can tell in their singles, mini albums, and albums. The songs they put out are great. I adore the messages they give out and let's face it... I let my girlyness come out when I hear their songs about "that girl". Heh.
Right now I'm a huge fan of Metric and pretty much all of their songs, especially Black Sheep and Speed the Collapse. I also love Chairlift and their songs Sidewalk Safari and Met Before. Funeral Suits has some cool tunes too. They only have one album out right now, but it's pretty awesome.
I just realised that the person above me listens to Metric too. Go us!

I prefer listening to japanese music for years now, because when my english got better (I'm german, sorry for mistakes ^-^") I didn't like most of the lyrics by the songs, that came in the radio. Then an anime-fetishitish friend were always listening to j-pop and else, and once there was Gackt. And I loved music by Gackt really!
So my favourite bands are japanese, like "Rentrer en Soi", "Nega", Megaromania, Valluna & Diaura.
Long time ago, when I listened to "the GazettE"s music and was reading the lyrics, I was really flashed, because they were so much better than the crap, that is in the radio now.
Too bad, Valluna & Rentrer en Soi disbanded, though the singer from Rentrer en Soi makes solo music now, it's not the same, I miss the hard music, the growl D:
And from Valluna most of the members are Diaura now, the reason why I like them so much, is also the singer, he's so hawt, and can sing very beautiful, erm, he can scream so beautiful! Too bad Diaura doesn't make the same hard music as Valluna did.
I also like most of Undercode Bands (Nega, where I was to a concert last year °°, and Megaromania).
Too bad, my friends don't like J-Rock TT___TT *has noone to go to a concert again*

Favorite bands: MANY. I'll name a couple. Foster the People, Arctic Monkeys, and Two Door Cinema Club. I like to listen to a bunch more though, like Vampire Weekend, The Black Keys, and Young the Giant, oh and of course, The Last Shadow Puppets.

I take bands and music very seriously.
Im a huge fan of alternative bands from the 90s and 2000s as well as indie music (such as Bon Iver) and 'hardstyle' (which is rock and dubstep combined, basically) But i would have to say that my one favorite arists is Marilyn Manson. People call me crazy, but his music is a great way to realive stress and his music videos inspire me. Also, i encourage you to watch at least one of his interviews, because he is a highly intellectual person who ventures far out of the norm. He's not afraid to express his beliefs. And guess what? This 'antichrist' (as someone people believe) grew up going to a Catholic school. He truly is an inspiration to me, lyrically and personally.
