Aww... if it's the cramps of mean ole mother nature I could go look up advice. *wishes they were on*

Yep, the type of cramps that require heating pads, hot tea, and chocolate.

Heat did nothing for me. But luckily they went away as soon as
I started to eat non-salty foods.

Yeah... I've noticed salt seems to make cramps worse with most things... o.o

Yeah and all I have for snacking was pretzels at the time so i was pretty much dying from
10pm all the way till 10-11am in the morning.
And I passed out around noon when I was talking to my boyfriend.

Hehe... well it's a good thing to know. Salt = bad XD
I have even more reason to avoid it now

Yeah. So when its that time of the month I am going to buy me non-salty snacks.
Teddy grams seemed to help the hunger and
cramps last night.

i sleep odd hours usually.

I haven't had class since tuesday so I'm bored like crazy so I'm up late...
