Tsuki just turned around."That is true, but many people who do not know each other will work together for a common cause. Obviously..." She sighed. It did seem that he was trying his best to avoid the conflict, so Tsuki found it best to stop talking.

Demetrius looked at ehr confused but decided to let it pass, "how exactly will this detective thing work?"

Vixen nodded and turned slightly towards the ledge,facing the wind."The storm is close.It should be powerful." She said,taking a breath in.Her tails waved softly,seeming to shimmer with magic.

Haileyn winced, "i better not fly then, i don't fancy getting my wings ripped to pieces"

Gemini nodded."Have a safe journey.I do hope to meet you again." She said,an almost imperceptible smile crossing her features,though still not reaching her eyes."I'd best be going as well."

Tsuki felt slight water trail down her face.Am I crying? She thought to herself. No....the storm has arrived. She wiped off the raindrop, and looked back at Demetrius."We might want to relocate so I can thoroughly explain the work."

Lily took the cell phone out of her jean's pocket."Hello. I need a taxi to arrive at 1346 South East Porter Street. The destination is at Grand Lion Hotel.

Zero wandered around aimlessly in the entertainment district. Hotels, casinos, skate parks... almost everything that could entertain people was there. He smelt the air. Rain...darn. I was hoping I would get home before it would start. He passed by an alleyway, filled with a group of vampires attempting to enjoy the benefits of not getting sick from the weather. He pulled up the collar of his jacket, and continued on forward.

Ichijou looked down at Tsuki from the building."So, she is the one thwarting my plans." He frowned, for he strongly disliked the idea. But....a small smirk slowly emerged."I can use her to my advantage."

Alexandria was bored and decided to try to find Eric, she soon got lost.

Gemini transformed back to her fox form once more as the rain started to fall.She leapt down from the peak of the building and went walking the streets,enjoying how empty they were during such weather."Humans...such strange creatures." She said to herself.Her ear twitched as she heard a sigh,and sighed herself.The scent was definitely Benjamin's.How was it she constantly managed to run into him? A small part of her knew exactly why,but she refused to admit it.Seeking out the source of the sigh,the silver fox found Benjamin and barked to let him know she was there before approaching.She didn't want to be attacked.

When the taxi came Eric thanked Adrian and Lily and left, holding Avelina against his chest to shelter he from the cold and possible rain as he got in the taxi.

Demetrius stiffened as he caught the scent of supernaturals, bejamin, gemini, and ichijou, "there's someone here"

"Have you eaten dinner already? And no, I do not mean feeding." Tsuki sighed, and then her stomach growled. She slightly blushed out of embarrassment. Tsuki had wondered around the whole day, with it not even occurring to her that she should have ate something. She stopped blushing, and glared toward Ichijou's and Benjamin's direction.

The taxi driver looked at Eric, and then he closed the door. He started to drive.

Zero heard crying coming from another area."That is likely to attract predators." He hissed at the last word.The thought of the heartless supernaturals that roamed the city looking for an easy meal and attacking a kid, infuriated him.

Ichijou turned around and looked at Benjamin. His smile changed again to a frolicsome, devious smile."Seems like you two can never avoid each other." He said in a playful tone. "It is so adorable." Ichijou said to Benjamin in a child-like tone.

Benjamin walked over to Ichijou and punched him in the arm."Shut up Ichijou." He glared at him, and then heard Gemini's bark. Why is she constantly is the same area that I am in? He thought to himself, and was annoyed. It was...unavoidable that they were CONSTANTLY running into each other, no matter how much he try to avoid it.

Eric wondered if the driver was a supernatural or could see Avelina's wings.

Alexandria put her head on her knees with her arms around them, still sobbing.

Gemini growled and transformed again."I can't help that he's always near where I tend to be." She said,voice still cold as the winter wind."And never use the word adoreable to describe anything about me.Ever." She added,brushing her long dark hair away from her face.Why not just admit it? The thought came unbidden into her mind.Admit that you like him,and you can move on. He face showed no signs of the thoughts behind it.

Tsuki looked back at Demetrius."Let's go then." Her stomach growled, again. And yet again, Tsuki blushed slightly from embarrassment.

Zero turned around the corner, and found a 6-year-old girl crying."Are you ok?" He asked her, and knelt down beside her.

Ichijou rubbed his arm where Benjamin had punched him."Jerk." He said to Benjamin, still acting like a child. His expression changed again, and then Ichijou jumped up onto the buildings rim. His back was to Gemini and Benjamin, and he continued to examine Tsuki and Demetrius.You will help us, Kinryoku. And soon, you will be ours.We just need to get that despicable Zero and the rest of your soon-to-be-team out of the way. Ichijou thought to himself.

Benjamin looked into Gemini's eyes from where he stood, completely ignoring Ichijou's remark."Is there anything in particular you need?" He asked her, his tone changed from annoyed to gentleman-like.

Demetrius chuckled lightly, as he followed her.

Alexandria sniffled, "i'm lost"

Gemini shook her head."I was only out for a stroll,that's all.It's better to walk around without the crowds." She said calmly.Her mind was screaming at her to just tell him already,get rejected and get over it,but somehow she couldn't make herself say the words.While her face remained impassive,her eyes were beginning to betray her inner turmoil.

Tsuki continued walking, and then the rain started to pick up."Crap!" She said and took off into a full sprint to reach nearby cover from the rain. Tsuki couldn't afford to get her leather jacket soaked...again.

Benjamin sighed as the rain had finally arrived. He looked up at the sky."I should be going now. Ciao, Gemini." He smiled at her and then ran and jumped off the building into the alleyway below.

Ichijou ran after him."WAIT FOR ME!"

"I don't know" Alexandria took his hand, "we were staying in a hotel"

Eric paid the cabby and went up to his hotel room only to find Alexandria missing.

Demetrius followed her.

Gemini sighed,one hand reaching halfway out to him,though he was already gone.Another chance,gone,wasted."Dammit....I always chicken out.Next time,I'll tell him...I will..." She promised herself,clenching her fist hard enough to make her palm bleed.With that promise in mind,she transformed into her fox form and ran,jumping rooftops and riding strong winds.

Tsuki sighed."I despise Millenium City's weather." She practically hissed though her teeth. You think I would've been used to the weather here in Millenium City by now. Her mind started to wander back to her home in Okinawa, but she quickly dismissed it.

Zero took off his jacket and set it on top of Alexandria, making sure to keep her as warm and dry as he could."Do you know what it looks like?" He said as he started to walk down the street with Alexandria, as he gently pulled her along.

Demetrius chuckled.

Eric rushed back down to the lobby, panicking very much, he ran over to one of the bellhops, "have you seen a little girl with blonde curly hair, about six, about this tall" he held his hand out at his side.

Tsuki looked back at him. "You're...wait." She barely giggled. "What the..." She glanced around, acting as if someone else had giggled and she didn't. "You heard nothing."

The bellhop looked at Eric. "Why yes, she walked out of the hotel and said something about getting her father."

"alright i heard nothing" Demetrius said amiably, "i certainly didn't hear you gigglng"

Alexandria clapped her hands and smiled, "yes, that's it!"

"and you let a six year old walk out of the hotel by herself, in Millenium City?" Eric snapped, incredulously.

Tsuki glared at him, but not in her normal way of 'Say that again and I will kill you.', but as in a 'Really...Just Really?' glare.
