We're having leftover Prime Rib again. Yum. I love those meals that you can eat over and over again.

We always have Spaghetti for Christmas Eve. It's been a family tradition since I was a little girl. So I insist on it even now.

Last night, we had some kind of odd Mexican themed soup my mom made. We were doing casual Christmas instead of killing ourselves with a fancy dinner that no one wanted to fix or clean up after. Worked out well, we were all quite happy and relaxed. Now I just have to get the stuff for our New Years bean soup and we're all set!

We had the fancy dinner yesterday. There's always a ton of leftovers, so it's worth the clean-up for me. I'm not going to have to cook for lunch for days.

[78] I spent almost all of yesterday in my pajamas, it was wonderful. XD

We always have Swedish meatballs in our house on Christmas Eve, then on Christmas Day, we make a roast. I made that this year, along with potatoes, and carrots. I also made sweet potato souffle, rolls, and Yorkshire pudding. Everything tasted good, but some of the dishes weren't done for dinner, my Yorkshire pudding was a hour late, and I haven't even made the brownie trifle yet, lol.

I got new pj's yesterday, too. They're pink! Which is odd since I never wear pink, but they're really comfy. :)

[109] My family usually does something non-traditional. Pizza for christmas, Lasagna for Thanksgiving, Chilli cheese dogs for Easter. But because we're living with my fiance's parents we had ribroast for xmas eve and turkey for xmas.
