I use a brand called Vincent Longo. It's absolutely incredible. Try to stay away from the markers, cause apparently they dry out and go on strong. Vincent is a little doe brush and can easily be layered. It's expensive if you buy on amazon or the real life stores, but I got my tube for half on eBay and it came all sealed and everything. If I didn't have it, I wouldn't wear any color on my lips.

I am trying to find some kind of lip colour product that is NOT oily and sticky.
If I have to apply a oily moisturise layer BEFORE the dry product, it will still feel oily. Loose the point.
