No the stamps are .46 cents.
The Post office has some problems, but a lot of it is because of high gas prices & government regulations.
They have to pre-fund their health care for 75 years, no other places has to do that many years.

I tell you what, we had ordered my dad's birthday present at the beginning of the month (like the 2nd or 3rd) and his birthday was the 15th. We were panicking from the 12th on because it should have been here! It did show up, on the 14th! It should have been here the 12th!!

Most people mis-understand the Post Office & think it is part of the government. It hasn't been since the 1970's or 80's. The only money the post office makes is from stamp sells & they don't get government funding.

The rough thing is, with the post office prices going up you know more people are going to turn to Fedex and UPS, making things even tougher for the USPS.

Actually Fed-Ex & UPS drop packages off at Post Offices for them to deliver. Some companies think it is cheaper or quicker to get them to bring it part of the way & then have the post office to take it to the door.

I don't know. I think it might increase her standing as a public figure ... knowing for as crazy she is, she's also a real person or something.

Post office is still cheaper than either of them.
I have friends that also work at UPS, but I actually don't know anyone who works for Fed-Ex.

Its always good to get a tracking number for packages then you can see where it is.

Angpow is always good to receive... but those are... not so nice XD
