What's going on depends on the heart chosen. Each heart requires a certain number of people to investigate it. Once that number is reached you must solve it's challenge / find out what it wants. Some are more straight-forward than others. Once you've done what is required, it gives out prizes.

The black heart has a riddle game.
The pink heart plays music and needs you to....well...we shall see...
