Correct! It is Snow and Ice.
It is used in construction of Ice Palace Hotel.
It is one interesting place, that they build this Ice Palace every year at North Hemisphere...
when reaching summer, all palace melt and they rebuild it again when winter come. Everytime different designs and sculptures. Very interesting.
