I don't like meat with my mac and cheese. My mom use to always add hot dog bits, and I can't stand that. I like my mac n cheese my itself or with ketchup. lol

We usually eat it by it's self, Like spaghetti. but any kind of vegetable or salad on the side would be good. you can add some BBQ sauce or salsa to the turkey mac to spice it up.
