naw i tend to stay up until four or five.. in the morning and then go to bed. but with me not feeling good i've throwen my sleeping schedule off 'sigh'

she never gets enough sleep
on a good night she may sleep 6 hours, most nights its between 4-5 hours

Any idea of the cause of her sleep problems? stress?

I know when she gets up she will want to go pick berries with her dad
he's wanting to make jam
shes been out collecting berries almost everyday & is getting eat up by mosquitoes
her parents had to put off the cookout for the 4th because of the weather & want to eat today

she said even as a kid she didn't sleep well

Our bedroom is a minty green, and I feel so much better when I'm in there than any other room of the house. I'm sure a really pretty blue would work also.

Make her wear bug spray!!! My Step Father in law died from West Nile Virus... or so they say.. it's long story.. but yeah, BUG SPRAY!
