But There is certain laws about the letter at different places.

If a letter send to your house for the previous owner, you have to give it back or keep it and you cannot open the letter for certain amount of time. Something like that.

It was written by a previous owner of this house, who has a sister with my same name. and the house is haunted by someone who is female and says my name sometimes (proven by EVPs)

It is colorful

It is not made of plastic, or wood
It's purpose is not to hold things, or dispense things
It does not make stuff
and is not easily broken
Would not be nice to hug
not an electrical item
can be found in the kitchen, but isn't for a specific room

It is not a blanket, rainbow, digeridoo, not furniture, or a curtain

It was an old letter i found today, rolled up and stuffed between a support beam, and the floor boards/ceiling of the basement.

So that law doesn't apply to letter that never been sent?

can you kill someone with it?

I'm getting completely confused. The letter is my property, due to having purchased this property. It came with the house. I paid for it.
