It say's right beside it. In my province it's an over the counter item. I just had to ask politely and the pharmacist let me take a picture of it. :) Yay Canada! The nice man even opened it out of the box for me.

Could a thermal sleeping bag be considered a thermal blanket instead?
Because I have a regular sleeping bag, and then one that's for 40° and below
