I have this program called snipping tool. It's like, a print screen thing. Buuuut, it's so much more specific. XD You can zone in on what you want to save and Snip it, save it, and then upload it.

Or, like what I'm doing. Currently, I have this -->

I don't own the stockings, the jewel or the bow thing. But I snipped them and then put them on paint.

Maybe with a program that supports layers, you could do backgrounds then.

Didn't think that would be allowed. I would suggest cleaning up the grey ground doing that though. That dog eared corner is bugging me (and i'm pretty sure that tool comes on windows 7. (if not others) Cause i use it all the time. I just didn't think about that as being what you were talking about.

Sniping came about with Windows 7 I believe.

it has a giant II in the middle of the video when you pause it.

The pause button only stays up for a second for me XDDD then it goes away XD

Snipping sounds like some tool I never heard off.

@Xuvvie - it's like a print screen except it allows you to take portion of the screen instead of the entire thing - so you can pick and choose :) XDD
