Yes! I use paint! Although using layers is much easier...I only have one program that will allow me to save in the necessary files that uses layers....and it's such a crappy program I prefer paint over it XD

Yay! I was hoping you would join! All the regulars in this forum should join at least - you, xuvvie, lina, solaria, and Seri! :P

Some programs that you can use are:
MSpaint
GIMP (free to download and has a layering system)
Pain.net (Free to download and has a layering system)
Graphics Gale (Not sure what the features are on this one)
Photoshop

There's other programs out there too that you can use if you don't like any of the ones listed above.

If I was already working on a outfit that i dubbed "Autumn" does it count? Or do i need to start from scratch?

Have I seen it yet? I would prefer from scratch! That way it's an even playing field.
